This was my first experience with Culver's, and I was quite excited to see that it was near family here while visiting. I had heard about their butter, burgers and milkshakes for years, and being on the West Coast you just don't run into many of them. I went through the drive-through late at night, the people were absolutely fun to talk to on the speaker, and they seemed to actually somewhat like their jobs. That's always important, especially if your job involves serving other people in someway. Good for you. The store is very clean, and even though the lobby was closed by the time I went through the drive-through: it was extremely well cleaned through the windows and the entire property looked well put together. I got my food, a double sourdough with some modifications, and of course: the cheese curds. I had been told about the cheese curds so much that I had to try them this time, and I'm glad I did. Five out of five overall, and I look forward to coming this way again to visit family so that I can get another butter burger. read more

We had two meals to include the flavor of the day (Crazy for Cookie Dough). While everyone as very nice, we received fries with order and it was supposed to be cheese curds. In addition, neither concrete mixer had any cookie dough. Also, the domed covers on the concrete mixers... what's the point if you're not even going to fill it up? Stopped for dinner after a long day of driving. Three of us ordered their fish platter. It was good. Typical for a chain restaurant. Prices were higher than what we expected across the board. Service was fast and very attentive. I would eat here again. read more

I did not care for their sweet tea was bland , very clean and attentive workers wiping down the next empty table for the waiting customers! Thought it was larger inside. The last few times my food orders have been missing items and the restaurant has been dirty and one time smelled so bad we took our food out to the car. I come here at least once a week with my grandson. But because of those reasons tried another Culvers to see if everyone of them had gone downhill. No, just this location. So after this last time Culvers sent me a survey and I replied honestly. I like Culvers so I'm hoping they'll step their game back up. The assisnant manager emailed me. Yes, that typo was in his signature. Said he would send me a gift card because of the past few bad experiences. He sent me a slap in the face. A coupon for a "value basket" My total when I go is usually around $30.00 and because I order online at the table they have a record of it so double slap in the face. Way too expensive don't let them fool you. Same price for a burger meal at a nicer restaurant. No idea why a fast food joint would have such high prices. They must be importing their foods from Mumbai or something with 180% tariffs. If I'm paying 15 bucks for a little burger meal at a fast food chain it must be illegally imported dragon meat from New Zealand that they're using. Their patty melt is absolutely disgusting. It is plain greasy and no flavor whatsoever. The worst burger I've ever had.

So this place is for you if you want to wait in the drive-through after they say "be right with you" then sit in the line for 10 minutes and they never take your order. I pulled around and five kids were mopping and cleaning up at 9:30. They obviously were waiting for me to leave so they wouldn't have to take my order. Never again! Avoid this place! Always clean. Food quality is good. Service is good, but there's usually a wait inside when ordering. Drive thru usually moves quickly. Their custard is excellent, plus toppings is a plus. Can't wait for the Sebring location to open. read more

Our first time eating at Culver's and we had the pot roast sandwich that was just so tender and succulent. Good french fries very clean interior, excellent service that was so fast. Our server Kim was so nice and followed up to make sure everything was great for us. At the bottom of our checkout slip was a survey, and if you take the survey, you get a code for a free ice cream! We chose a vanilla custard with hot fudge and pecans that was really scrumptious. let me down for sure. after working all day all i wanted was a burger, cheese curds and a shake. took my ass to culver's and ordered a culver's deluxe with cheese curds instead of fries because i do not prefer their fries and a chocolate milkshake. If I could give this Culver's negative 5 stars I would... might as well be a McDonald's because the workers forget half of the order, and barley make an effort. Just a bunch of dumb adolescents and young adults working that could care less, can't wait for AI robots to take on the jobs that these humans seem to be struggling to do bare minimum effort...
