Worst McDonald's ever. Got there 40 minutes before close, got to the window with 20 minutes to spare. Lady answered and said she was helping a customer and said she'd be right with us. Took her 15 minutes and I asked if we were still gonna be able to order. It's 10:55 at this point and I'm worried we won't be able to order and she said yes in a very rude and sarcastic tone. At 11:00 everything shut off and I asked over and over if someone's was still there. All the while the other line was moving and people were getting to order. She got on there and not kindly at all told me I wouldn't be able to order. I slightly lost my cool as I had been there for 40 minutes and now was being refused service for absolutely no reason. She had stalled for 20 minutes because they were busy and she didn't wanna have to do her one job. I work customer service and I understand being busy. But refusing service after being told multiple times I would be served and then flat out being refused for no reason is unacceptable. Please save yourself the headache and do not visit this place. And if they know what's good for them they will fire whoever that drive through worker is. Not a good look for this store. read more

Literally the slowest McDonald's I've ever encountered. Not only did they close their lobby over an hour earlier than their hours stated but we waited a total of 45 minutes in the drive thru. Had we not been trapped in by other customers we would've left but unfortunately we couldn't. When we ordered the person taking our order was not helpful. Kept putting in incorrect items for our order and we had to correct multiple times. When we finally received our food it was incorrect not once but twice. You would think by this point it would be surprising but alas we were yet again disappointed. No apologies, just attitude. 100% do NOT recommend. read more

My order was wrong it took an hour to get the drinks AND ONLY THE DRINKS then when we asked to get a new burger it took another hour. Don't even get me started on the restaurant itself. Super SLOW service. We bought meals for six of us and every person received lukewarm or cold fries. Server at counter was making excuses for slow service saying they didn't have enough help and too busy. Just go somewhere else it's not worth the wait and cold food. read more

Counter person walked off as we walked up and didn't come back for 15 minutes. Tried to use the kiosk but it didn't work. When she came back she rudely said the kiosk worked but she would help us. Then she said breakfast was over but she'd would give it to us anyway. Had she helped us when we walked up it would have still been breakfast time. The lobby was dirty. I counted 17 flies on tables, ceiling, walls. One fly was even trapped in the cookie container and walking all over the cookies. The bathroom stalls looked like they had been wiped down with greasy towels. Dead flies on the floor and no toilet paper. They didn't get our food order correct, but we waited so long it wasn't worth asking them to correct it. read more

me and my 2 children went around 8 to grab supper. the line was short, but they still made us go park and wait for our order. I was asked what dips we want for our chicken nuggets. I said ketchup to both orders. ordered an apple juice with my sons happy meal. they brought out our order and I drove away a few feet. only to realize they did not give me the apple juice and gave TWO ketchup packets for 16 chicken nuggets. Tried to go thru drive thru tonight...was moving slowly...so went in...they really want you to self check out...but dont take in account the difficulty of trying to order special deals example 2 for $4 sausage mcmuffin...finally got it ordered. Employees were running around in circles and some were very confused. 30 minutes later I finally got my order. Meanwhile boyfriend tells me how the drive really picked up pace. Actually when I left the restaurant....1 car ordering....so yes drive thru gets preferential treatment. Tip...stay in drive thru line or risk wasting 30 or so minutes of your life. This location is always dirty. Especially the restrooms. I am local and started coming here 4 months ago, approximately 2-3x a month. The first time here I noticed that the men's room urinals will not flush. I have notified the manager on duty on two occasions and they said they would notify the regional manager. Today I stopped by to use restroom and get a drink and about vomited as soon as I walked into the restroom due to the smell of urine. If what customers see is this dirty, imagine what the kitchen is like. I will never again eat food from this location. Hopefully management will see this review and address the issues. This McDonald's has its flaws but was made up for by the new General Manager Leslie and one particular employee Joelene. Our order was missing an item and a 2 sandwiches needed to be remade but remade with hesitation and with a smile. I foresee as a veteran and a Chef and Restaurant Manager for 15 years that Leslie will be an outstanding leader for this establishment. And Joelene, gosh wish I had at least 6 of her in my establishment. She is a superb employee, who not only maintained her job code but went up and beyond her job code. She had a perfect smile, as is the requirement for a full uniform, and politeness that goes without compare. A debt of gratitude to this establishment for great leadership from Leslie and an employee who will forever be unforgettable in my mind, Ms Joelene. Joelene, to you I salute!!! read more

Ordered 1 ice cream cone and order of fries to go. Took 20 minutes and when we got to the room found we had a bag of bbq sauce (????) and NO fries. To top it off, it was the manager that gave us a bag of sauce instead of fries. My fault because I know better than to go to a McDonalds in the first place. read more
