Food was great. We had the #1 breakfast and the omelet. Wife said the omelet wasn't over cooked, which usually happens when she orders one. Gag me with a spoon!!!! The place has a general dirty feel. We were seated near the kitchens and the smells were enough to take away you appetite. In my opinion this is one of those places that doesn't have to improve because tourist come and go. Tasty diner food for a reasonable price in the middle of a tourist district - It's pretty clear that they've stuck around because of the good food and friendly service. Our absolute favorite place in Branson. I could have ate there for every meal, if my husband would have let me. I had their chicken fried steak, chicken fried chicken, onion rings, okra, homemade cinnamon roll, biscuits and gravy. Everything was phenomenal and homemade. You could tell the love was dashed into every item on the menu. We ate here 3 times during our quick visit.
