I wish I could give it zero stars. We did a mobile pick up order, and when we got there, they asked us for our mobile code. The lady said okay and told us to go to the second window, as we were pulling up, the lady in the first window couldn't find our order, then at the second window they still couldn't find it. And accused us of lying, when we had the email receipt of what we got and they didn't believe us and then had us pull forward and wait for what felt like 40 minutes and then they somehow found our exact order and brought it to us. And when they were trying to look at the order email receipt, the one worker snatched my husband's phone out of his hand to look at it. The only saving grace was the manager. read more

Keep driving there's another McDonalds near by. They find new ways to disappoint you every-time. Mutable missing items and the items you get are cold or overdone Fries dumped in the bag, but it's only a half an order so there isn't much to repackage. This store is one of the worst McDonald's I think in history supposed to be a fast food restaurant, but waited longer than going to the steakhouse for my meal sat outside while they played games and the manager has a very bad attitude. Terrible service today. The drive thru line was super long so we walked in since all we wanted was two drinks. They had an employee at the register taking orders for the drive thru and it took way too long for anyone to tell us this. Then the employee who should've been taking our order kept walking in and out. When it was our turn of course their milkshake machine was being cleaned. We walked out without anything. Super disappointed and hate wasting my time. Can't they have a sign that the milkshake machine is down since this happens all too often? read more

Stopped in on a Friday at lunchtime. Had mobile ordered with counter pick-up. We were cheerfully acknowledged by the Manager who told us our order would be immediately ready and it was! The rest of the staff were pleasant and friendly. The restaurant was clean -food was hot and fresh. No complaints. read more

The short haired Caucasian cashier lady behind the counter felt bad for me as I had a long wait and she gave me a free complimentary fountain drink. OK I know it's just a dollar drink but it is the gesture that counts .. keep up the good manners and display of great customer service . it is the gesture that counts in these situations read more

If I could give zero stars I would. After waiting 15 min at the drive thru window for my order they got it wrong. I had to go back inside They looked at me like I had a third eye when I asked for a cup holder for the 4 drinks I ordered. When I went back inside to get the food they forgot when the finally got around to handing me my order, the girl who took the order asked me if it was something she did wrong. I said no they didn't put all of my order in my bag. She said "good, then it's not my problem" and went Back to looking at her phone while standing behind the counter. Their customer service training is awful and McDonald's should be embarrassed to have this store as a franchise. Pro tip: don't stop here unless you have 15-20 min to wait for a wrong order. read more

Was in the mood for a Big Mac meal. It was like a throwback to the 70s. My Big Mac looked exactly like they advertise on bill boards. The fries were perfect and hot. I went thru the drive through and the staff was friendly and polite. The meal tasted fantastic. read more

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! Went here and ordered for two people, they had us pull up and wait. We waited over 15 minutes and when we got our food the fries and the nuggets were cold and rubbery. I turned around and went back to exchange the food and the staff yelled at me stating that there was no way it was cold, that they were not going to remake it, I told them to try it for themselves and they kept arguing that it was my fault and that the food was fine. One staff member was being polite and arguing with them to shut up and telling me that they bagged the fires and nuggets before the rest of the rest of the order was completed 15 minutes later so naturally they were cold. I will never patronize this restaurant again! Wasted 20 plus minutes in line, ordering, waiting and then to get yelled at by young kids because I wanted warm food is ridiculous! I never have a good experience here. I walked into the dining area of this location and was told they were closed. They told me I had to leave immediately and use the drive thru. Not only were your doors unlocked, but you did not have 1 sign up indicating the lobby area is currently closed for ordering. Signs that were up on their door included: -Lobby hours - 7am - 10pm -Come on in But no problem, my bad I guess. So, I go back to my car and wait in the drive thru line. You'd think it'd be more efficient considering the multiple employees I saw inside that were "working". Wrong. Not only did it take forever to get my food, but it was the wrong order. I get that we're in a pandemic, but so is every other business. This location has been providing poor customer service for as long as I could remember. Last night (5/11/2016) a friend of mine went to get food there. They have an experience of having horrible service at this location. He went to get something quick and was harassed and made fun of by STAFF upon entering the building. He was joked about and laughed at by STAFF because of his height. This is the nastiest McDonald's in PA. Theyre rude, incompetent, no customer service, and serve stale food. I sat there for 35 minutes waiting for my order which was done 10 min after i ordered. While we waited for them to acknowledge us, 3 people returned their food. 4 other people walked out. We asked for a refund and it took another 25 min to do it. Wow! Went here, drive through, ordered, got to window. Guy couldn't find my order. I said, well, then just order it, what's the big deal? Guy then accuses me of being impatient. Hey, if I was patient, I'd go to a sit down restaurant. He then told me to leave as he wasn't going to take my order. I should have demanded to see the manager, but being impatient and very pissed, I left without food. I would have gone into the place, but I'm legless and hadn't brought my prostheses with me. This McDonald's used to be promising 10-15 years ago. The food was consistent and the service was fine. Now this McDonald's is dissatisfying. I regularly order either a steak, egg, and cheese bagel for breakfast or a Big Mac meal for lunch when I visit a McDonald's. I have gone three times in the past two months, and the food is subpar. My last steak, egg, and cheese bagel was drenched in oily grease and onions. My last Big Mac had so much special sauce on it, it could be taken off with a napkin. The service is worse, if that is possible. I have waited up to twenty minutes for a simple two-person order. The last time my order was messed up and it took another ten minutes to fix. The staff tells at each other and points fingers at each other over who is responsible for messing up the orders, and it makes me uncomfortable. I won't be back. read more

Been going here since I have been living in Brentwood (born in brentwood). This place is just garbage. Most of the employees just do not care about the food and orders are almost ALWAYS incorrect. The ice cream machine is usually "broken" after 5-6pm, sometimes even all day. The design of the place is extremely dated and the interior always has trash on the floor and just isn't cared for. While I would like the place to be renovated, I'd just rather have it get demolished. The place has been like this for as long as I have known it and doesn't really look like there is light at the end of the tunnel. read more
