Terrible service workers are nice tho messses up my order more than once it's horrible food is ALWAYS burnt I swear

Customer service is non-existent. We stopped by for a quick bite to eat in the evening about 4pm. We used the mobile app to order and the app wouldn't give me a "pick-up code". I went into the store and waited 20 minutes to get help at the front counter. There were 5-10 people waiting for their orders and the front cashier was filling orders for the drive through. I finally talked to the girl at the register and her solution was to cancel my order and re-order.... I did that. I then tried to re-order my same order and found out I could not use my rewards or deals. The girl at the register told me, "try again another day!" I left with no food. I asked her if I could speak to a manager, she told me "they are busy". The store was in terrible condition with dirty tables, stuff on the floor, and overflowing garbage. We will not return to this location and will not recommend to our family or friends that live in the area. Shame on you the owner. Close your doors if you can't take time to hire enough employees or have a manager available. read more

After two trips through the drive thru here in the last couple days.... Brewster offers little for quick food bites....I will never do that again. The first time the wait at the drive thru was a half an hour and the second time 20 minutes in, they asked us to please pull forward as our food would be awhile. How does the manager of this McDonalds sleep at night, I was charged $10.00 for a sausage mcmuffin w/egg. Just the sandwich. It costs less than $1.00 to make. Add the 3 employees that were working at 8am on a Sunday, the cost to make this sandwich is less than $2.00. WTF. They are the ONLY fast food restaurant for more than 50 miles in all directions. Highway robbery. I will never eat at a McDonalds ever again. read more

The quality you remains the same. The new ordering system a.k.a. kiosk doesn't give you the options that we had before. Neither does the drive-through orders. The general manager came out and didn't even know how to do it. I've been ordering the same stuff for the last five years and they had no idea how to do it. Listen, it's the only fast food restaurant within 50 miles. It's McDonald's. You know what it tastes like. I don't like: No dipped cones No frozen Coke Cleans there frappe machine during morning coffee rush Doesn't post signs when closed Twice I've sat in line for 10 minutes only to get to the order screen, which is lit up and on to find out they're closed. All they have now is drive thru so you think getting the order right the first time, BEFORE they drive off is VERY important! NOT!! First visit drove off after paying $50.00 for lunch. Drive 10 miles to my location and one worker was short a Hamburger. 10 miles back to fetch that one. Today I was short a drink but waited for it thinking they were getting it. Nop. Another guy came to the window opened it and stated "what". You're missing my drink. Got it and drove off. Now after paying over $30.00 there were no napkins. Called and spoke with the store manager and related my story. She stated "okay good bye". In a tone as if to say, whatever. Do you think I'll be back at that restaurant? You do the math. read more

i really can't believe this mcdonald's... just because they are here in Brewster and the only drive thru, does that mean they can screw up orders constantly...!!!! today was the last straw.. don't get me wrong i do like some of there food but i ordered a mcgriddle with sausage and a hash brown, simple enough.. waited 5 min. THE MANAGER comes to the window says the wrong order i correct her she shrugs it off then hands me my bag without looking at it saying the correct items i ordered... ONLY TO FIND OUT NOTHING I ORDERED WAS IN THE BAG!!! now i have to park , get out and complained that this has happened numerous times and it's crazy.. only to have her indicate it was my fault she told me the correct items...!!! then says i need to put my mask on, EVEN THOUGH HERS WAS NOT ON HER FACE, or excuse me it was on her chin.....!!! Really how difficult is this.. can't this Mcdonald's strive to do better than this... we in Brewster deserve better service than this!!!!!! read more

Check every order at least twice to find all of the ways this place screws up an order. Don't throw your receipt away until you have your order because they not only screw you in the drive through they do it at the counter too. read more

Newly remodeled, always clean and nice. Food was excellent, much better than the bigger locations in other cities. Very good service! We drive 30 miles just to go there. read more

Kind of disappointed to find out this location was located in a gas station but service was great and probably one of the best McDonald's I've ever been too. It's a little outdated but what do you except from a small town that seems to be in the middle nowhere. I went here for dinner and for breakfast. For dinner, I got the hawk box and split it with my family. Burgers, nuggets, and fries were cooked perfectly! When I got a sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle, the hash brown and sandwich were nice and dry and not at all greasy. Brewster is kind of a ways from my current location, but if I ever go to Brewster again, I'll definitely stop by again. read more

Fries were old, stale and hard. Not like the golden crunchy hard, but like legit too hard to chew. Burger was warm and ok. I dont eat at McDonalds often, and this one doesn't make me want to come back either. read more

This is the worst I have ever see. They NEVER get your order correct. Even the simplest of things like no ice in your soda.

Worst customer service ever. I ordered through the drive thru. I had to wait for two of my hot mocha orders in the parking lot. They said they'll bring out to me. In the end I had to go back inside to ask for them. They had them out ready but never went outside to deliver. They girl that was serving them had an attitude. She made fresh ones. They were not the right ones I ordered. They were all the same drinks. And one of my siblings got sick. Never going back. Officially not a McD's especially in Brewster, Wa. read more

Eat here often and you can always count on one thing... Getting your order wrong! Always check to make sure you have everything because more often than not you will be shorted one or more items! They do a terrible job of checking to make sure you have what you paid for. read more
