I tried the sliders for my main course, and others at the table ordered salads with proteins. There was a fabulous selection, perfect for a lighter meal. These were so bountiful that there was a nice portion to take home for lunch the next day. My trio of sliders were a little underwhelming. The rolls didn't seem same-day fresh and the meats were a little dry. I wanted something light; next time, I'll order a salad with a choice of barbecued meats. Maybe it's because we're in the mountains and it's hard to source ingredients. The staff are so sweet and the interior has a surprisingly very nice, candlelit ambience. There's lots of seating available, and you order at the cashier and take a number. The person at the cashier warned us the food would take an hour to prepare - it was WAY faster, so I'm happy she prepared us to be pleasantly surprised.
