I go to this location in the morning sometimes after dropping kids off at school. The same staff have worked there for 5 plus years. The food is hot and fresh for breakfast. Never been inside this location for 30 years due to how oily the floors always were. But I love the morning crew. They know what they are doing. I ordered on the McDonald's app breakfast food at 10:00. they stop serving breakfast at 10:30 so I thought I would be good. I pulled up to the drive through at 10:20 and sat there for 10 minutes. After I finally got to the window, I sat there for 3 minutes before the mean worker guy decided to start talking. I told him my name for the order and said they were no longer serving breakfast. It was no later than 10:33 at this point. I thought he would politely offer me something else instead and apologize but he was honestly sassy and rude to me. I don't know if it's an infestation of flies or they're part of the workforce but there are sooooo many of them and none of the employees seem to care. Service is not great! We placed our order we received the happy meals correct. We ordered 2 quarter pounder meals. They serviced us in two quarter pounder with cheese and a sausage sticker on box containers. I ask why we received two sausage burgers the server said because it's not a cheese burger we put a sausage sticker on it. It's Spanish for hamburger. OMG I'm Spanish how stupid does she think I am. She could of said sorry we ran out of quarter pound containers and all we have left are these containers. I give this no rating because of that treatment!! This McDonald's seems to hire really incompetent people, with an occasional decent employee. Don't expect your food to be correct. Don't expect them to care about your order or the quality of your food. They can be dead and still get it wrong. I actually heard an employee say that she hopes a customer chokes on his food. This is the dirtiest McDonalds I have ever seen. Service was friendly, but incredibly slow. The HOT coffee was given to me COLD. The staff was friendly, but cluelessly funny. The floor was so greasy that they shuffled when they walked. It's a good idea as a customer to shuffle as well because the dining room floor is as greasy. Trash was all over the kitchen area. I love McDonald's so it's a bummer when an establishment doesn't prepare the food to its best quality. It's obvious the food is left to sit and given to customers regardless of it being old. Often times the employees don't even say anything to you as they hand you the food. This is McDonald's, not a 5 star restaurant. I don't ever expect the best food, but I sill love coming here for a quick meal. We had the McNuggets, and some ice cream with my niece. I still think as far as fast food goes, they have some of the better ice cream! The playland in this McD's is a joke. They used to have the jungle gym, or fun items to do. Now they have a "toddler" area, which is one little measly 2 foot high slide. They also have a Piano that the kids walk on. They also have 3 computers for the kids to play games on...really....computers! That is all they need! They also have 1 basketball hoop inside a cage, maybe enough room in there for 2 kids. I have to say this was the most horrible tasting food and drinks from any place. How do you make a Coke and Dr Pepper taste like lake water and soap? When my mom was a kid my grandpa would take her to this McDonald's and buy her an ice cream cone, but he would always eat the top half in a single bite before giving it to her. Now my grandpa is buried in the cemetery a mile away and I was driving through town to see my grandparents grave and decided to go get an ice cream cone from this McDonald's because it is a very special memory my mom has of him but when I arrived they told me the ice cream machine is broken. All I wanted was some ice cream as I remember my grandpa. We went through the drive through on the morning of 7/8/20 and it was the worst experience due to how RUDE the lady on the other end of the speaker was. My daughter loves yogurt so I made the mistake of asking if they happen to have any parfaits the lady says "The Menu is there for what we do have not for what we don't have"! Well excuse me sass pants, I just ignored it and continued to order. I asked for the three cake meal with sausage the response I got back "it's called a hot cake meal with sausage unless you want three". I was still polite and said "Just one Hot cakes meal Ma'am". I know it was the lady on the speaker because when I was handed my "iced coffee's" that lacked any ice I asked if I may please get a cup of ice... she slammed the cup down filled the ice, shoved it out the window and said "next time ask when you order". I didn't catch her name but she really needs some training on customer service or just a talk about being a decent human being, I work with the public in healthcare and if I took that time I'd expect to be fired.
