Been using yelp for years but never written a feedback, but the service at this restaurant is just outrageous. The cashless machines weren't working so most of us got a ticket to pay at the cashier. As i was waiting on line, some other people decided to skip ahead of me and when i came out and said that there was a line, the cashier said to me with an annoyed face that "well if you had the ticket you could've just came in front of the line and paid". After i paid for my food i was waiting on the pickup side, another asian lady who heard that she didn't have to wait on line went straight to the cashier, and this time the cashier's response was, "excuse me there's a line". read more

But that's McDonalds, right? If my tummy is happy, then I'm happy. The service is, again, typical. Sometimes it gets fuzzy, is all. But it wouldn't affect your overall experience much, I wouldn't think. Mostly it's alright. Not too good, just your typical McDonalds service. The size of the McDonalds isn't something to behold. It's average sized, is all. Can get a bit crowded for a McDonalds, which is never, never overwhelming. So practically, the size is basically a useless element at this point, but just in case if you care. Generally average. Nothing special. Everything's generally typical for a McDonalds. Just A-OK, three stars out of five. Don't be scared to come here, it's actually pretty good for a McDonalds because 5/6 of McDonald establishments are equally similar to this one. So definitely try coming here for a quick bite, maybe a burger or a wrap or something. This McDonalds is actually cleaner than average, so that's a valid up. read more

I ordered 2 medium fries and 2 pieces of chicken tender and it took them nearly 20 mins to pack them. And when I got home, I realized that they only gave me one medium fry. But they charged me $7.60 total and the 2 pieces of chicken tenders is only $2. Obviouslay they missed my order. It's only 3 things in my order and they missed one. Where do they find these employees? Today, I went to this McDonald's and wanted to order a few items from the menu. I ordered the first item, and the cashier processed it into the machine then quickly tells me the total before I even have a chance to tell him the next item. I ordered the 2nd item and he did the same thing again. This cashier had no interest in assisting customers with their orders and just not want to be bothered. I've seen more than once issues of the dirty trash cashiers belittle and harass fellow Chinese customers because they don't speak ghetto English, where every sentence begins with "What?". Why doesn't McDonald's hire any Chinese speaking cashiers? This location is filled with seniors who don't speak English, why hire workers who don't even speak proper English and make it harder for everyone? I did once experience a very lovely student who was working and provided great customer service (even to a drunk customer who was being very rude), but her shitty coworkers probably drove her away. The only reason I go to this McDonald's is because it's convenient where there's a express stop train station and a bus line. They are definitely understaffed. You can tell when they pull a cashier to make fries and drinks when there's still a line going on. A drink order took 20 minutes!! I placed an order through the app, got there and hit I'm here. I hear the machine for the online orders so I know my order just went through. I had to wait 20 minutes for a mango pineapple smoothie. And other people who received there orders were double checking to make sure they got everything. They did not!! Some people were missing fries, and burgers!! Avoid this McDonald's if you could. The cashiers here use to be so darn rude but they changed all the cashiers. All the cashiers here are extremely nice and friendly. some are mehhh but they're not rude, I guess they're just having a bad day. I come here to grab a quick burger or snack wrap when i'm running late for work or after I get off work or whenever i'm too lazy to cook. However this place use to have ketchup & BBQ Sauce & Sweet and Sour Sauce now they just have plain old ketchup BOO HOO . :( But they do have BBQ Sauce, Sweet & Sour Sauce, Sweet Chili Sauce & much more but you have to pay 15cents each for it. Which sucks frech fries!!! -_- 2 out of 5 times I go there I either want a shamrock shake, milkshake, smoothie or frappe either one machine is broken -_- which sucks! The seatings here aren't as comfortable compared to the ones in manhattan :(. But it is mcdonalds so oh well you can't expect too much. read more

Horrible customer service. I mean I didnt expect to be greeted and smiled at but neither did I want to be rolled eyes at. Asked for bbq sauce which I paid for and what I got instead was an open bbq sauce all over my food which I only saw when I got home and opened the bag. I hate going to this McDonald's but I have no choice since it is near where I live and my little bro craves for McDonald's quite frequently. The customer service for this place is extremely bad and most of the times I went, a rude staff takes my order. There used to be this one lady that I love going to because she was so sweet and gives extra toys to my bro but unfortunately, she wasn't there no more ); As for the rude staff, It seems like they are always in a rush to finish with my orders which is something I do not like. We as customers have the right to take our time to order. As for the food, I never have a problem so that's good. There are lots of Asian customers there and I have always wondered why they don't hire staff that can speak Chinese to take the orders rather having those rude staff giving a total attitude and being disrespectful because of language barrier. This McDonald's has always been here since I moved into this neighborhood and it has since been through several renovations so that it looks very nice now. I rarely eat in or take out but when I do, the food is always as expected. The lines are never too long and there's always a seat to be found and A and I tend to favor the ones in the front by the windows. There is no longer any play area for kids, which I suppose is good since that means there is less loitering. I did notice some bad teens hanging around but they were asked to leave by management, which was good since I was with baby A and A told me one of them dropped a beater he was holding. There were a couple of seniors sitting alone as expected but it didn't bother us. There are usually some seniors loitering outside in the summertime but since it's winter, I don't notice them around anymore. A and I decided to eat this for dinner on New Year's Day and as he said, it's as good a way to start the year. :) read more

Since the last time I have visited, I must say that I observed improvement in terms of space management. When I walked in today, I saw that the place is empty. I could not believe my eyes. There was finally room to sit somewhere. The lady that I ordered from kept me updated on my food and told me how much more minutes I have left until my 50-piece chicken nuggets are ready. That was something new and helpful that made my experience much better than before. I see that they have finally came to their senses. This is the most disgusting play place for your child. There is a wall inside the playground where a big patch of Sheetrock was exposed. I was horrified when I walked to take a closer look, it was pipes and other God knows what infestation could be happening. There were nothing to cover it and no signs. I called corporate to complain and they said they will notify the upper management. The overall customer service of this place is lacking too. A customer in front of me was arguing with the cashier about getting a cup of water. The cashiers don't even wear name tags either so you don't even know who to refer to when you want to make a complaint. read more

Was just there today for a school trip and this is literally the best McDonald's I've ever been to. The entire staff was extremely friendly, especially Erica whom I believe is a manager. When ordering today, 9/30/16 @ McDonalds Bay Pkway, wanted to try McD newest $4 combo, ordered it and the total amount that rang up, came to $4.78. I explained to the the price was incorrect, she called over the manager ( a Jamaican Man) tried to explain $4 plu tax equals $.36 and he could not explain why the overcharge, is attitude was rude, having no respect, talking down to me, a senior of 62 y/o, he belittled me in front of his staff and customers and when I asked him for his name and management phone number, he refused so I then stated I will call corporate he laughed and flipped me the finger. Its one of the nicest cleanst mcdonalds I know in Brooklyn. In the day time it is often crowded and it can be hard to find a seat however there is always seats later at night. The employes will almost always give out extra sauce if you ask and they let you order the secret menu items although sometimes the manager has to be called in order to do so. This McDonald's anterior has changed over the years, they used to have playground the last time I visit. For some reason there's a long wait for ordering food. The ice-cream machine never works when I come. Therefore there's no McFlurries. One thing for sure, I wish there was better customer service. I will never go to this McDonald's ever again. I have been disappointed by them for so many times and today they have exceeded my patience for them. It's not the first time that they forget something in my order. It has happened several times at this McDonald's already. It's a really bad weather today and it's raining very big outside, so I had a takeout order of two happy meals for my kids. When I got home, I realized that they forgot to give me both of my fries for the happy meal. When I went back after the rain stops and told them about the situation, they would not give me my fries. The worst thing is, I cannot believe the person that I talked to is the manager, she ignored me several times and I had to talk to another staff so she can solve my concerns. This McDonald's is disgusting even after the renovations they made a month ago. I saw a guy sniffing crack at his table.. Also,seen a centipede crawling by the seats. Employees have nasty attitudes for no reason when I was ordering.. They never have smoothies,ice cream or anything. The fries are always stale and cold. The soda taste nasty and watery. The chicken nugget had something black in it. The self checkout machine never works as well!! Also, around 9:00 pm they always close off one side of the restaurant and you have to sit where they tell you to sit and they close at 12:00 am, it makes me feel uncomfortable. When you order something they get kind of lazy and you can see it in their face that they don't want to do it..
