Coming here a couple of times a month. I always use the app for deals or do the receipt survey for good values. Restaurant is very clean and less hectic after the under aged restrictions during certain hours. Good place for a hot quick meal

Fish filet only gets 1/2 a slice of cheese -_-

Food is ok here. Average. Nothing special compared to other McDonald's. I ordered a fish filet today and I think it's ridiculous that they only give u half a slice of cheese. Does mcdonalds really need to save that money? Fries were OK. Lukewarm

Wow, yet another McDonald's review. I wasn't expecting to write 2 McDonald's reviews in less than half a month but welp it is what it is. ** [ ORDER DETAILS ] I Ubered some McDonald's today for my sister and me, after 11 am, for their lunch menu. Yes, Uber Eats. - 1 Big Mac w/ extra pickles - 1 Medium French Fries - 1 Cheeseburger w/ extra pickles and onions - 2 4-piece McNuggets The order total came to $19.07, pre-tip, but including tax and service fees (no delivery fee with the Eats Pass). ** [ EXPERIENCE ] Yes, yes, yes, and yes. Honestly, I'm pleasantly surprised with both the food and the delivery/service. Impressed in fact. The burgers were still warm when they arrived and the staff certainly were generous with the number of extra pickles! Fries were crispy on the outside, not at all soggy, with the perfect amount of salt. McNuggets were crispy and delicious too! Nothing was missing from my order and the delivery was sooo fast. So so impressed! ** [ FINAL THOUGHTS ] I still have yet to try the Spicy McNuggets. The Spicy McNuggets were the first thing on my mind when I decided to order, but nope, McDonald's be like HAHA WE'RE ALL SOLD OUT. WHEN WILL I GET TO TRY IT?! I hope they're not sold out next time :/

    Bad service with bad attitude

A fat lady who looks like a manger there on Sunday afternoon is very very rude. She doesn't know what customer service is and skipped my line by calling the next customer behind me to do the orders. I told her I'm next and she answered me with attitude saying I wasn't paying attention. So apparently you have to be VERY alert In McDonald's because YOU AS CUSTOMER are responsible if YOU will be serve or not. No apologies and complaining back to customer that their line was skipped is the customer's fault. She only came out to serve one customer and then went back to pack food. I waited over 10 mins and I still haven't get my French fries and nuggets. I went back to cancel my order. I don't want to eat their food anymore. A person like this is ruining this famous franchise reputation. If you don't have patience don't want to be kind, just quit don't put it on the customer

Eh, it's a McDonald's. What's there to say? The food is the same across all McDonald's. That's what they're good at. Making carbon copies of highly engineered addictive food. There's a good amount of seating, but the bathroom is horrible. Don't go, just hold it in. The workers are pretty bad. It's almost as if McDonald's train their workers to have attitudes. Not all of them, but maybe 80% If order kiosks get deployed here, customer service would go up.

Yes! They finally got BBQ sauce along with sweet and sour & the usual ketchup :)

It's the Mc Donalds I've grown up with so I can't complain about that. The food is your usual Mc Donald fast food. You can't really complain about it; but I've seen 'better quality' MickyD's somewhere else. I can't even get BBQ sauce without paying 25cents for it. They only serve ketchup and if you're lucky you'll get sweet n sour. -_- other Mc Donalds I've been to actually have served honey mustard! Anyway, there's not much complain about service coming from my experience. There are a couple of rude workers here but I've never encountered one that was particularly mean with me. I've seen better MickyD's though! p.s. order fries without salt ( they'll make a fresh new batch and you can add salt later on ) sometimes the fries get soggy and they just sit there after a while so ordering a new fresh new batch is the way to go.

Friendly waitress greeted us and sat us immediately. Menu's came out and they recommended a pizza and burger. We agreed and ordered. Place started to pick up and get busy immediately after we ordered. Food came out pretty quickly. We each had a burger. Not a lot of options on the menu but we all tried the emily burger. It was worth it. Think, juicy and with an amazingly unique taste. The ingredients were high quality, the burger cooked to perfection. The table also split the modern pizza (I think). Not sure what to expect from this one but turns out it was perfect, unique and delicious. The cheese taste really shined through. Overall, we were super happy with the food here. Stop by if you have a chance.

The burgers are definitely famous for a reason they were so good! The price is a little on the high side, but honestly, it's worth it. I would 100% recommend it. They also have a lovely outdoor patio, and we were able to bring our dog, which was a big plus for us. The service was great and everyone was very friendly. Definitely a must-try if you're in NYC!

I believe it's been there for 56 years. The side I walked in you had a huge counter with the menus above. I'm not sure what they are famous for but burgers, roast beef, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches and more. I had the cheeseburger and fries which are baked like chips. Awesome touch. The orangede was delicious too. We also got a free pizza with our order, which I believe was from spending a certain amount. Seating is right behind the counters and they had tables and old school booths for the tables. Great spot and I can see why they've been around for so long.

Both restaurants have been in business for well over half a century with well-deserved accolades. Despite having grown up in Brooklyn, I hadn't been to either before this year. I read reviews and actually asked ChatGPT what to order at R-N-R. We went with its suggestion: medium roast beef with cheese, onion rings, root beer and lemonade. My sandwich was more well-done than requested. They don't offer 'rare'. The few bites with red meat were infinitely better than the rest of the sandwich. The roll, as everyone points out, is baked in house. Though light and puffy, it didn't outweigh overdone beef. Onion rings were great, root beer average, and lemonade -- per my husband who loves lemonade -- excellent. While I wouldn't balk about returning, my vote goes to Brennan and Carr, though truly, when cooked as requested there is no substantial difference. If you take the train, get off at Sheepshead Bay Road and head south. Turn left at Emmons Avenue and keep walking. Twenty minutes all told.

I ordered: * Truffle Maker ($11.59) * Truffle Parmesan Fries ($6.50) * Chicken Bites with BBQ sauce ($8.05) * Large Yuzu Honey Lemonade ($4.00) Truffle maker was pretty good and I was glad I was able to remove the caramelized onions and truffle aioli (I'm picky). The bun is soft and sweet and the burger has a good amount of sautéed mushrooms. Truffle Parmesan fries were pretty standard, but still very good. Yuzu honey lemonade has bits of citrus at the bottom of the drink and it was refreshing. I saved the chicken bites hours later and it was still pretty crispy after being microwave. Texture was reminiscent of Taiwanese popcorn chicken, nicely seasoned. Overall had a pleasant experience, I definitely want to return and try the rest of their menu.

Considering the height of the table, they were the perfect height. I like the music that was being played. The music wasn't too loud or too low. I was able to make conversation without the music being overwhelming. Service 10/10 This joint has a self-order/self-checkout option, which makes it easier. They also have a restroom. Not all restaurants have restrooms that are made available to customers. That is an A+ in my book. Food 10/10 I ordered Hous Burger (hold the onions. Don't at me) it was pretty good. The taste of their burgers is different from most of the burger places I have tried before. I have also ordered Yuzu Honey Lemonade. I was trying to taste the honey in the lemonade. I guess I was expecting too much. The drink was refreshing. I may try the Matcha Yuzu Lemonade next. I met a gentleman who goes by the name Ten P aka 10pushups on IG. He recommended that I try his cola shake. That is what I got, plus the whipped cream. I was honestly looking for the taste of Coca-Cola because Cola is in the name. Regardless of what I expected, the shake was pretty good. I am not a shake person, so when he asked me to try it, I made an exception. Overall: I plan on coming back to Bun Haus. This was good eats.

The service is impeccable, the wait staff is well versed in the menu and will offer help if you don't know how to truly get the best sandwich that you can. The star here is the roast beef sandwich, it's moist and flavorful and cooked absolutely perfectly. My suggestion is to order it with cheese and have it dunked in the au jus. I prefer what they call a "knife and fork job" where the sandwich, the meat the bread is all dunked and comes out in a river of au jus. They make amazing sides, I typically go for the onion rings and corn fritters which are tasty, fried nugget of sweet corn and they are delicious. Curious about the "famous" Brooklyn roast beef war -- yeah! it's a thing! -- T and I decided to see for ourselves. (Once I try the competition I'll weigh in with my vote.) With a reputation built on beef we ignored other options and researched how to order. You can get double dip, "dingle-dangle" (don't ask), cheese/no cheese ... it was confusing. We both went with rare roast beef, cheese and onions. T asked for his double-dipped in gravy. Yum! Short of five stars, but yum nonetheless. We ordered two unhealthy sides which added to the decadence of our lunch: corn fritters and onion rings. If you only get one, go with the fritters. The place is busy. You'll likely have to wait a bit -- but I found it interesting to watch the guys at the counter work. Service was friendly and attentive. Unlike someone's comment about paying blind -- not so. We were given a check with an accurate breakdown of what we ordered. Prices are posted. And yes -- cash only.
