Raising Canes is decent. The chicken is always flavorful, served hot, and super fresh. The sides are sort of what made this place viral to begin with being the Cane's sauce, toasted potato bread, and Cole slaw. The portion sizes are on the bigger side. They give you a large portion of fries and sides but not enough chicken in comparison. If it were up to me I'd skip the fries and just opt for extra tenders, canes sauce, and slaw. The fries are crinkle cut and have no color or crisp. Ask for extra canes sauce. The people who work here are always friendly and upbeat with the restaurant itself being brand new. Give them a try!

The chicken isn't the crispiest, but it's cooked thoroughly and has good flavor. The fries are consistently soggy and bland, whether you dine in or take out. The toast is better. It's light, fluffy, and buttery and a pretty big portion. The coleslaw portion is generous, and the sauce cups are larger than average, which is appreciated. The interior of the restaurant is bright, open, and spacious. It can get loud and rowdy during school hours and peak lunch times, but overall, the atmosphere is not bad. Personally, I prefer Chick-fil-A because their chicken tenders are crispier. Raising Cane's chicken fingers are softer, and the flavor is more about the sauce than the seasoning of the batter. If you like peppery sauces, you'll probably enjoy it. It's a very popular spot, and I do recommend trying it. It's just not my personal favorite. I wouldn't go out of my way to get it, but my husband definitely would. As for service, you order and pay at the counter, then pick up your tray. The staff are friendly and efficient, so no complaints there.

I wanted to see what's the hype about raising canes. You see videos all over social media exaggerating how good dipping these chicken tender into a huge cup of canes sauce tastes. There are 2 kiosks to self order or 2 registers opened. The food came out within 5 mins. I ordered a meal to try one of everything. The chicken tenders were very juicy and moist but lacked some flavor inside the meat. The batter/crust wasn't really packed on and the other side was already falling off. The sauce wasn't all that. It's so regular and I think there are better sauces out there. It tastes like thousand islands and Caesar dressing mixed. The crinkle fries were on the skinny side which I liked. The toast had a layer of salty seasoning on it, came warm and it was good. Overall this is more of a 3.5/5 than 4 stars. Unfortunately I can't give our half stars. PSA: go during a time where there aren't all middle school kids there (I went around 2:30pm). They all just take over the whole sitting area. But there's a security guard monitoring the restaurant.

Finally tried Raising Canes and it did not disappoint! The stars of the meal were definitely the Cane sauce and Texas toast. The chicken tenders were big, but a little dry even though they were freshly fried. Its breading was justtt crispy. Love the decor as it makes me want to dine in with all the different types of seating and artfully placed pictures.

I love the Chicken Fingers, Fries, and Texas Toast. The chicken fingers is not oily compared to other places like Popeyes & KFC. The staff is great & the ambiance is amazing compared to other fast food restaurants.

Definitely an overhyped franchise. Don't get me wrong, it was pretty yummy but honestly.. not worth the hype. The lines out the door even years after opening don't make sense because it's not that much different that other fried chicken places like Popeyes or chick fil a (and dare I say, those may even be better). As a whole, the super cramped and dirty area with huge crowds is not worth it. And this location in Brooklyn is probably the best one (wayyy less people compared to Manhattan) but I'd still opt for other options. Worth a try though.

I finally had the chance to try Raising Cane's and it didn't disappoint. I came for lunch with a few friends and there were plenty of seating. Restaurant was clean and I love how they had a security guard on site to keep squatters away. Ordering was quick but food took a while to come out. Staff were really nice and welcoming. I had the 3 finger combo which came out to $12.99 after tax. The chicken tenders were really juicy! I feel like this is something that needs to be eaten right away for it to be good. The sauce was good, the toast was good but the fries were mediocre. They were really salty and dry. Probably on my list of the worst fries I have ever had.

I visited Raising Cane's on a Saturday morning shortly after they opened. Ambiance It has that new restaurant feeling - everything's sparkly clean, nothing is broken, and the staff is pretty friendly. When I walked in there were a few staff members cleaning and wiping down the tables and front doors. The sauce station also looked cleaned and from what I could see into the kitchen it looked clean and organized as well. Food I ordered the three piece tenders combo with a regular DC. The meal was made fresh to order and took a few short minutes to be ready. They take your name and call for you - Starbucks style - when your order is ready. The chicken was fried fresh to order and had a nice crispy batter. This was the best part of the meal. Very generous sized tenders as well. The combo comes with Texas toast garlic bread - which was tasty but not special. It also comes with their crinkle cut fries which were particularly salty to me, but had a good texture. They definitely weren't soggy. Lastly it comes with the Raising Canes sauce. I heard a lot of hype about it but it was sort of underwhelming. It's very Mayo heavy and I didn't really get any other pungent flavors. Overall, a nice fast food spot. I'll be back for chicken but maybe not the sides. Definitely the sort of place you want to eat it while it's hot, as I don't think the crispness will last if you take it to go.

4.5/5 Actually really impressed with this chain! The chicken is so so fresh and juicy, very lightly battered. While I wouldn't say the sauce is crack, it's pretty good and make sure to get extra sauce for the fries hehe. Aside from the delicious chicken, the toast is seriously something - insanely fluffy and soo buttery I could've just eaten three orders of the toast itself lol.

If you're getting Raising Cane's, please eat it fresh! I made the mistake the first time and ordered it to-go thinking it'd still taste great, but unfortunately, it didn't. The second time around, I came back to eat in at the restaurant and it was a totally different experience. The tenders were piping hot and juicy and the fries were decently crispy. However, I thought the sauce was overhyped. It's not bad but it just tastes like ketchup mayo with black pepper. If I was craving some chicken tenders, I'd probably visit another chain given the high price and average sauce options available at Raising Cane's. I will give them credit for the very nice interior decor and the comfortable/clean restaurant though! The staff was also very nice and helped us clean the table when we were done eating.

Love this place! First time I came across Cane's was in CA while visiting my daughter! They didn't disappoint there, and the same goes for this place! Their food is delicious and truly fresh! They were super busy, but got my food in a timely manner! Everyone worked really well (most of the workers looked like they were in their late teens, early twenties; which concerned me at first, but these kids were gracious, helpful and hardworking! True pros! Kudos to their manager and hiring personnel!) Loved the ambiance here, as it was very much like it was in CA, and clean too for such a busy location! If you want fresh, great tasting chicken tenders, ice cold sweet tea, and delish side orders come here for sure!!

Basic chicken fingers and French fries that are overpriced. It's a nice, large space but definitely not my go to.

Fries are too salty. The chicken is awesome tender juicy. The slaw is extra fresh. I didn't like their famous sauce , too much pepper.

I can taste flavor through the meat so they marinaded for a while with a brine maybe. The sauces were sweet (I chose swicy and soy garlic). The kimchi fried rice was on the tart side which I don't mind. The buldak noodle is regular and spicy. Only thing is that both the subj twice eggs were super overcooked. Overall I would order again to try the snow cheese flavor.

They put a fun twist on Korean-style fried chicken, and their different flavored wings are absolutely packed with flavor. The kimchi fried rice was especially delicious--spicy, savory, and cooked perfectly. I also loved the desserts and drinks, which were a great surprise and way better than what you'd typically expect from a casual chicken spot. The service was fast and friendly, and the staff really seemed to care about getting everything just right. The location itself is pretty small with limited indoor seating, so I'd definitely recommend doing takeout if you're coming during busy hours. There's also a little outdoor space, which is a nice touch, but parking can be a bit tricky in the area. That said, the place is clean, well-run, and totally worth the visit. I'm already looking forward to going back and trying more from the menu--everything I tasted was superb! The party box was absolutely adorable as well and the way that they packaged it was very cute

I ordered the chicken wings from here and they were hugeeeee which I'm usually like okay yes I love…read morechicken I'm never going to be mad about having more chicken than expected...but one of them were so huge it was raw in the middle and that's sickening. A few days ago I also got the hot honey chicken wings and they were better. The food isn't like knocking your socks off, I think it's just something you get so your stomach isn't growling in the night because you're hungry. Service is okay no complaints, and I would say due the position of the store on the block, the ambiance is a little awkward but that's not anyone's fault. Thank you guys for the food and PLEASE make sure your chicken wings are cooked thoroughly to avoid any health related issues with customers. Happy holidays and keep up the great work!

I was…read moreless impressed that it was a halal chicken place only because there is another halal eatery specializing in chicken across the street so it wasn't something completely unique coming to the area. I never heard of the brand until it came though it has other locations. It has a great location being right next to the b41/b103 bus stop heading to Kings Plaza/Canarsie. There is no seating but high counters along the window so you can stand and eat. It is a shame due to the space they have available. The person at the counter is generally nice and answers questions and gives recommendations. I think it has a nice range of items though if you go in person, you have to deal with the menu flashing too quickly on the screen to get a good read of the options. They provide a paper menu next to the cashier. I ordered the chicken tenders (mild) as my first taste since I was planning to share with family. It comes with Texas toast and a yo yo sauce. I was informed that the spice options for tenders (original, mild, medium, hot, very hot, lemon pepper) were seasonings so you can't order it separately. For sauces, you should order wings. The amount of meat you get from the tenders is decent for the price. The seasonings used were not my favorite and they were unevenly applied. I might have been better off getting it hotter or lemon pepper. The Texas toast was provided but it was underneath the chicken as to soak up the oils from the tenders as opposed to being separate so I couldn't judge it on its own merits. The yoyo sauce was decent and a great compliment to the chicken. This meal was similar to Raising Canes. The Texas toast and sauce definitely helped but while the chicken wasn't as crispy as Canes, the juiciness and relative lack of flavor go hand in hand. I wouldn't order the same thing again but I would be willing to order something else from the menu like the Mac bowl, burger or the fish options
