Who hasn't been to McDonald's????. Like all McDonald's, you order, pay and go. I visited tonight for a late night drive through order. I also noticed they have a new dessert in town . Their strawberry cream pie was delicious. Flakey crust with a sweet inside. I absolutely enjoyed it with a coffee. Their is plenty of seating inside, upstairs and downstairs. The customer service was fast, as there wasn't lots of people in line. It's also a convenient location, seconds away from the Jackie Robinson parkway. read more

McDonald's @ 15 Jamaica Ave, Brooklyn (Store #25056) On May 30, 2025 at 10:45 PM, I ordered food at this location and was denied part of my order (fries) even though I had the receipt and showed it to staff. I remained respectful and asked for the missing item, but they refused to fix it. The staff was dismissive and unprofessional. I had to call the police to document the situation because they would not listen to me. I have clear receipt, photo, and video evidence, and I filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (case #32930474). This isn't about food -- it's about how they treat people. I will not support a location that ignores customers, disrespects them, and acts like nothing happened. Do better. read more

Quick drive thru stop ... I ordered two apple fritters and a coffee two creams three sugars. I parked really quick in the parking lot. Apple fritters were delicious and always on point. My coffee well .... wait for it was some kind of chocolatey concoction with whip cream and mocha drizzle. Lesson... always take the lid off and check your beverage before drinking. Any hoot... swung back around to the drive thru... no line and my coffee was replaced. Don't recall an apology... all good tho...Happy with my fritters read more

Two stars because they're not open 24/7 as advertised. Without many options for food in the area posting hours accurately matters a lot. I tried to change their hours on Yelp and took a photo of them on the front door (6am is when they open). Other than that the experience was fine. No indoor dining or restrooms as of November 2020. read more

Esthetically this is probably one of the most rough looking McDonald's out there, but when you account for its location in the volume of customers they get you, just ignore it. You also mayencounter a beggar or two while waiting in the drive-thru line, but a polite no thank you or shaking your head will ward them off. When you get to the board to order, make sure you say something so the agent will hear you. The only thing I've had at this location is fries, nuggets, smoothies and McFlurries (yes the machine works most the time). Everything i tried tasted pretty good, so give it a try if you're in the mood for the golden arches. read more

I've worked for this McDonald's for two months. I worked as a front counter cashier. I quit working for this McDonald's at the end of April of this year. The general manager Dario pissed me off. He told me nonsense that I needed to act like a crew member. I was doing my job it's not like I wasn't doing my job. When I'm doing something else, don't tell me I have a customer, another crew member should be taking an order if a customer comes up to the front counter. It's supposed to be team work. Team work means everyone should be taking turns doing things. What was the point of having a crew if no one is going to take turns. There was never any coins and dollar bills for the cash register. Dario made it like it was my fault that the cash drawer was short on dollar bills and coins. He was telling me to collect bills and coins from the customers. He told me to keep asking customers for the exact change, which was so stupid. Like I was supposed to force customers to have the exact change. What kind of nonsense is that. Customers are not going to always have the exact change. There should always be rolls of coins and bills for the cash drawer. Dario was just being lazy to go to the bank to get bills and coins for the register. He's the general manager, he should know better. It was his job to handle things like that. He shouldn't be a manager if he doesn't know how to handle something. read more

This is the first McDonalds you see when you get off the Interboro - now known as the Jackie Robinson. So far, the drive through entrance is actually on the Pennsylvania Avenue side and not the Jamaica Ave side. Otherwise I do see people eat in and not just drive through. The parking lot does open up to the Jamaica Ave side but this parking lot is pretty small. They've been pretty good at the drive through. I've never ate in at this location since I'm always on my way to Downstate University for class that I'm always late for and I need a quick coffee and eggs fix. Free standing? Yes. Playplace? Yes. I can only speak for drive through. I dont usually eat McDonalds but I was ridiculously hungry and had no cash on me. I went through the drive through and it went really quick. The lady who took my order was really nice and helpful she told me about the 2 for 4 deal that was better than what I thought I was getting. The food came out quickly. I'll be back. read more

A few weeks ago on the last weekend of the Auto show I came in here before I got on the train to grab lunch. It was almost noon and I didn't expect it to be so crowded since it was a Saturday, not a weekday. I ordered the Southwest Salad with crispy chicken. I waited around 10 minutes in line and only about 3 minutes to get my food and my large coffee, which was $1 as advertised on TV. The Southwest salad has corn, black beans, shredded cheese and it actually had one lime wedge which was good because Paul Newman's Southwest dressing was spicy, but thankfully not too spicy. I'm not that big of a fan of McDonald's but this place is horrible. I mean come on seriously? The service here is trash it's terrible. The "security" which was just some guy in a t-shirt yelled at me for walking up to get to some table space. Rather then politely asking me to walk down because it was closed he gave me a nasty attitude which me and my mom are not a fan of. While eating I noticed he was rude to everyone even the staff and it's a surprise he hasn't been fired already. Cannot believe how badly I was treated by this McDonald's. NEVER COME HERE. The front doors were closed due to Covid. I'm an essential worker. I was tired and hungry after work so I walked to the drive through communication system to place my order. I saw on social media that essential workers can walk through the drive through and order food. I said hello loudly (less than a foot away) into the intercom about 5 times. I waited a few minutes. I told the driver behind me to drive up and order her food. She said hello one time and the server asked for her order. The driver graciously let me in the backseat of her car and added my food to her order. When we got the food, I thanked her, got out the car, and I asked the young lady why didn't she let me order food. She said she didn't hear me. I walked around and spoke to her manager, I explained that I am an essential worker, I have no car, the front doors are locked, I just wanted to order food and go home. The manager said the server did not hear me and there are no videocameras to see who's at the drive through. I don't believe this at all because the woman was further away from the intercom in her car and she heard her. I asked the manager what's the resolution, people who work but don't drive are hungry and her front doors are locked. She then dismissed me and slammed the window in my face. read more

I have been here multiple times over the past month being that I am a construction worker time is of the essence when it comes to waiting for my food and the Restaurant being OPEN ON TIME!!!!
