First time ordering took half an hour to get our food. Guy in front of us also waited a long time and had half his burger eaten before he even got it. Then ordered a second time using points took 15 minutes for one sandwich. Fries weren't fresh. Will be a long time before going back to that location. read more

I haven't sat in an empty McD's drive through for a long time. Nobody in the store, 2 people in line (I'm 2nd), and I've paid and been waiting to collect food for 5 minute and the person ahead still hasn't left. Ordered online on Thanksgiving morning...I really wanted a coffee more than anything. The damn app takes my order, even gives me an order number and tells me my meal is being prepped, only for me to arrive and find out the restaurant is closed. The app won't let me cancel because my "order is being prepped"-- by nobody. I will be addressing the fraudulent charges to my card when they are ACTUALLY open, since they are pretend open today. read more

We had no issues. Our breakfast to go was hot and fresh. They were quick and attentive. Drive through was clean and easy to access. Easy to find and great for travelers passing through. read more

We waited for 30 minutes to get a breakfast sandwich and there was 10 other people waiting for food also.

Service was fast but we really got ripped off on the fries and soda. We got two large fries and two large Dr Peppers and neither were full. The fries were filled up more like a small maybe a medium, and the sodas were missing about an inch if not more on top for both drinks. If I'm paying almost $5 for one large fry it should be filled completely up, and maybe even over flowing. If all you need is for us to pull forward and wait a few minutes to make that happen, THEN DO IT! It's not that hard to ask someone to pull forward and wait a few more minutes in order for them to get what they paid for. I was very disappointed in my meal today. McDonald's DO BETTER! read more

My visit to this place was less then acceptable... I came to the McDonald's in my town to have some dinner after a hard day. The customer service was less then satisfactory it took about 20 min for someone to come and help me at the front desk. I then waited about 15 min for my food to come out when it came out it looked very thrown together and sloppy and the fries where stale. I then went to try to get my drink and the drinks where very warm. The ambiance In the restauran was very poor. Service was terrible. They need new managers to run the store. Went inside to eat and it took 20 minutes to get our order. And the order was an uncomplicated meal order for two people. Staff is incompetent and lazy. The staff had time to talk amongst themselves and laugh but no time to work. I had to ask for tea because they hadn't put any out for customers. It's McDonald's in an incredibly small off-the-highway town. So far we've been sitting in the drive thru for about ten minutes. Seriously the slowest McDonald's we've ever been to. I originally started this review with four stars but it's steadily going down. Just found out that the thing taking so long is the cashier behind the counter. Transaction time: 2 minutes. Now waiting in line behind the person in front of us to get our food. Total waiting time: 3 minutes. IF I COULD GIVE THIS DAMN PLACE NEGATIVE FIFTEEN STARS I FREAKIN WOULD. Good food though. I'm a truck driver. And this late in the game to not accept walk ins to order and leave is absolutely ridiculous.

Apparently, no one employed by McDonald's either knows espresso, or cares - either about the coffee, or about service. the "manager" here (David) didn't know what an Americano was. "2 shots of espresso, then fill the cup with hot water." "I can't ring that up, so I'll just charge you for a small coffee." Sounds good to me, and has been done before. Then this jerk rings up a small coffee, AND 2 shots of espresso. Swears he cannot ring up the espresso shots without a coffee drink. Says that the espresso is metered, so if it doesn't match the register, it would be "stealing". So you want to steal from ME? When asked for the customer service number, he first printed something out of the register, then folded it up and put it in his pocket. I wanted to get back on the road, so I picked up a crumpled receipt from the counter. He says "give me that person's receipt" and snatches it out of my hand. I reiterate that I need the customer service number, and he says he'll have to go get it. He disappears into the back and is gone for 5 min. Meanwhile, I spot the number on the door, and head out. He comes out of the back smirking . . . and then when I say that he could have just said that the number was on the door, he laughs. "Asshole." And he yells "Have a nive day, MA"AM". There is so much wrong with this, I can't even list it all. Metered? And when you make a mistake, you charge the customer again? Since when is a cup of drip a "coffee drink"? That you can add espresso shots to, but you can't sell a single (or double) shot? And since when do you charge a customer for coffee when they want water? There's a Starbucks 2 blocks away. They know how to make an Americano. They use paper cups instead of toxic styrofoam. And the price is better. The service is infinitely better. Save your time, save your temper, and just go to Starbucks. read more

Pretty terrible training of employees. Watched a guest walk up and request gogurt which the cashier couldn't find below her in a fridge (didn't look, just asked another employee and continued to take more orders). Requested (2) #1 meals, to which she asked if we wanted a drink? It's a "meal"...that's what it comes with! I don't eat at McDonald's anymore, except for an occasional breakfast when I'm traveling, so maybe I don't know what a typical Micky D's experience is, but my visit here on Saturday morning was awful. Only one register was open and there was a long line, but it seemed to be moving fast. Unfortunately, that was because the cashier was taking orders and not much else. Now there was a ton of people standing around with numbered receipts, but no food. When the line of people to take orders from, the cashier stood there for a second, like she didn't know what to do. The manager had to tell her to help fill the orders. I don't know if the cashier was new, but it seems like better training and more staffing would help. I saw a total of five employees (cashier, drive-through cashier, manager, and two people preparing the food in the back. My order was easy: Black coffee and what is essentially instant oatmeal. They just have to empty a packet, add hot water, then open two other packages to add toppings. It probably would have been faster for me to walk to the convenience store next door, buy instant oatmeal off the shelf, and prepare it myself. read more

I never got a receipt to know my number, when I got my food the girl who served it was disrespectful to me and said somethings that was disrespectful and it took forever to get my food and it wasn't just me who didn't get their food on time the girls name was Abby and when I was ordering she didn't tell me anything on what I could get I said I want a 20 piece chicken nugget and then she just looked at me and said nothing. read more
