One guy working and a very rude woman behind the counter. Took 25 minutes to get food and I was one of two people in the store. Floor is sticky and gross. Avoid this place if possible, this is the worst hardees I have ever been in. Manager wouldn't help her only staff member. Felt bad for the kid working the counter he was trying but clearly set up to fail. Maybe they should put him in charge and fire everyone else. read more

Waited over 25 mins for our food after we ordered. I walked up to the counter to see what was taking so long and the same guy who took our order was standing at the fries eating them out of our fTy container. wipes his hands on his clothes and goes back to packing our order once he notices me. then tells me they're getting it ready as quick as they can. Our burgers were cold and fries were cold also. The bacon looks like it was thrown in the grill long enough to grab it right back off. read more

Fast service food quality was good. Prices were good. And I do have to say they really should put some effort into cleaning it up a little bit and perhaps moving some shrubs from in front of the building it's very hard to get out of the drive-through and see traffic coming. read more

This Hardee's location always seems to have problems. The last two times I have stopped for breakfast resulted in no food and wasted time. A couple weeks ago, I stopped by the drive thru and after 10 minutes I left without talking to anyone due to their complete lack of service. I noticed that everyone else in the drive thru left as well. By lack of service I mean I wasn't able to order at all. The car in front of me and behind me left at the same time. This morning (Monday) at 8am (suppose to be open at 6am) I went to the drive thru only to be told they are not open yet so I enjoyed breakfast at Burger King instead. I enjoy Hardee's breakfast occasionally; but this location isn't worth stopping at until they figure out how to run a business. read more

We grew up in the Carolinas where Hardees originated. This was such a nice treat. Really hot fresh fries, cooked to order sandwichs, and fresh brewed iced tea. During Covid the dinining area is closed. Our RV is too large for the pick up window. We odered at the outside kiosk and I walked up to get our food. read more

Just ordered food through drive through, got the bbq chicken sandwich and heard on the intercom someone else say they were out of bbq chicken. I was then asked to pull around to the window. When I got home to eat my food and found that they were out of bbq chicken and gave me a tiny old chicken sandwich with ice cold onion rings. read more

My son (a minor) and I were driving through Wyoming on our way back to Washington state and stopped at this Hardees for something to eat. My son was at the time wearing a military style jacket, that I, HIS MOTHER, had picked up at a local second hand thrift store. My son adores this jacket as it keeps him warm, it has a bunch of pockets that he could keep all his million of things he carries around, and its cammo and he LOVES our military and adores anything that looks military as it reminds him of his father who was in the marines and army for 15 years and did several tours when my son was younger. One of the workers behind the counter named Jason, started out very politely telling my son that his wearing that jacket was disrespectful to all soldiers, this soon turned into a rant and Jason rubbing has hands together and telling my son over and over he was "TRYING to say this as nice" as he could but he knew 120 men, including himself, that would rip that jacket right off his back! As this young man was speaking his demeanor slowly changed from being respectful to, I got the feeling he was struggling to hold himself back from jumping over the counter and attacking my son! My son was very respectful and apologetic, which I couldnt understand as this is a jacket anyone could buy!! He in no way protrayed himself as a soldier! When the employees asked if he was in the military he told them no and said that I bought him the jacket from a Value Village. It seemed the nicer and meeker my son became the tougher this Hardees employee became. I took my stuff and stormed out in shock. Later called and found out the names of the employee as well as the supervisor that stood back and watched. I will be reporting this to the corporate as no one should be threatened NO MATTER WHAT when dining at any establishment! Not only will I not go back to a Hardees but I left with a bad impression of Wyoming as a whole. Not one person stepped up and stopped this employee! read more
