We got in the drive through line with patience in mind. The staff was amazing, they were clearly scrambling and doing their very best to help everyone. Even under all the pressure, they were so kind and very thoughtful. Fast food cannot be easy, especially in a small town. I absolutely appreciate all their hard work. Even with all on them, there was laughter and jovial camaraderie as they worked together. We saw those dining in smiling and enjoying their experience as well. Our food was fresh, tasty and our drinks were crisp. And nope, we are not parents of any employees, just neighbors appreciating a tough situation and the grace observed.

Approximately 25 minutes later I checked on my order and my sides were still sitting on the cook's counter. I was told the fish had not been cooked. I asked for credit and was told credit was applied to my card but they had nothing to substantiate the credit and suggested I contact the bank in a couple of days for confirmation on a $25.79 charge. There are no checks and balances on orders other than yelling verbally to the cook on upcoming orders and this was verified with manager. Surely in today's environment the orders could be confirmed with the cook in a method other than verbally to prevent this type of occurrence.

When we received the order, we were missing added meat in our Pinto Beans and cheese and we went up to ask if we just just have to meat we PAID for (in a kind manner of course because she had been nothing but sweet to us) and when the lady went back she calmly said "we just forgot the meat in the pintos and cheese" the man proceeded to get another attitude and said "no they didn't. It just said no black beans for the black beans and rice." My mom quickly snapped back and said "For the Pinto and cheese, Sir." He realized his error and my mom told them that that is not good costumer service on his part for what he did. I just want this known because he was just plain rude for no reason towards my mother. Completely disrespectful when we were just asking a simple question. If you can't handle being a manager in food service while being costumer friendly then you can't handle any job in any industry. (Not saying customer service isn't hard, because I've worked it, it can be.) They were busy so we understood that there was gonna be a wait when we walked in, our only issue was with him and his bad attitude. I hope this review reaches corporate or someone above him because no one should be rude to costumers the way he was. Everyone else working was very sweet and patient and kind. They are the only reason I am even giving it a 2 star instead of a 1 star. They did everything perfect, he was the only issue.

The sizes were inconsistent ranging from 1/2 inch to 2 inches in diameter. We loved the pesto drizzle, it gave it a lot of flavor. The crust was nothing special, if anything it tasted like an overcooked thick tortilla. Bacon dry. Pepperoni was decent, but thin. There was a single slice of pepperoni for each slice, with the exception of a couple slices that had two per slice. As for the supreme, the pepperoni and pork was missing which we immediately noticed after we ate our first slice, as it was missing something. The dough was flat. It did have the greasy bottom(that I enjoy), but the outer crust was so flat, at first we thought they got the crust wrong. We spent about $25 for everything with a coupon, would have been more. Last time we ate at this location they got the toppings wrong, I am just done wasting energy on businesses that cannot get it together.
