No worker at counter to greet and take orders. Waited 4-5 minutes to order. Ordered food at 7:50pm. Received food at 8:25pm. One person waited as long as me and only had 3 cookies. Someone waiting outside came in after waiting for an hour..I saw their receipt. It was no exaggeration. They handed them happy meals that were sitting there for who knows how long. Everytime I get food for my family, this certain Mexican lady messes up our order every single time. I literally recorded everything I said and on a phone call with my loved ones with exactly what i wanted to get for them. However, I look in the bags and there's at least 5 things wrong, once again. 2226 IH-30 E, Caddo Mills, TX 75135 according to google. Passing through, I placed an order for to McDoubles in the drive thru. I said no ketchup. I pulled forward and checked my order. They took everything off. No pickles, no mustard, nothing. I pull back around and let them know. They re-made my burgers. This time I didn't check because I was in a hurry. They did the same thing again. This time I called. After telling the manager, she asked the person who made them. Then tells me that she claims that she made 'them' correctly. I said that if it's the same as the first ones and the first ones were wrong then how can they be correct? She then took my name and said that she'd put it on her 'complaint' list. Well, if you have a complaint list in the first place, you must need employees that can actually make burgers. SMH I never and will never return. read more

Stopped here on the way home for a quick meal. Usually do not do McDonald's but thought what the heck. The fries were okay but the hamburger was horrible. How do you mess up a hamburger that is designed to be built one way. Millions built but they could not get it right. Could not eat over two bites, it was horrible and unbearable. It's McDonalds, what can I say. Make sure you check your food before you leave... They are pretty good about giving you what you didn't order, but complete meals or failing to give you everything you did order, incomplete meals. I would say rarely do they get the order right through the drive thru. read more

This location is inside the Pilot Truck Stop, I've never really had any issues with this McDs. Service is decent well from what I see when I'm going thru the drive thru to get my kid a happy meal, it's McDonald's so the we all know how the food tastes. Very convenient it's right off the freeway. Overall this place is a 3 out of 5 it hits the spot when you that quick bite to get right for the night. read more

I try to steer clear of McDonald's. I'm genuinely terrified of what goes into their food, but when we pulled over for gas at the Pilot station, my husband came out of the McDonald's attached to it with a mcflurry in hand. I grabbed it out of his hand and started devouring it. Mmmmm Oreo ice cream goodness. Since we're only 3 hours into our grueling 13 hour drive back to Nashville, I caved in and got my own mcflurry too. The young lady at the cashier welcomed me when I walked in, and she was very friendly. She even pointed out that I accidentally handed her a $20 bill instead of an extra $1 bill! Horrible customer service by the female manager. Placed an order on mobile app. Mobile app clearly states breakfast hours till 11 am but store has its "own" breakfast hours. So I had to cancel my order that I've already been charged for well guess what the manager can't refund or cancel my order and neither can I. She begins getting rude with me and rolling her eyes and stating I should go back to my own McDonald's location if I want breakfast and that there's nothing she can do I have to figure out how to get my refund myself. If I could leave 0 stars I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD! The customer service WAS TERRIBLE. Throwing trays at the customers. The manager herself walked away when we had a question. Everyone in our group got their food except the first person who ordered. The entire staff had several customers waiting because either their food wasn't right or they never got it. There was a hair in my caramel frappe. This is the most disgusting McDonald's I've ever been to and I will never come here again especially because of how rude the manager herself was and the employees. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They are always dirty and if you come late at night they have a sign posted that says mandatory shutdown, drive thru closed and only cash. It's a lie....I just questioned the cashier and she said it was for later. I think they don't have the staff to deal with the drive thru at nite. $1.59 for one scrambled egg?!!? Are you people insane... Or do you think I am? Jack in the Box sells scrambled eggs ala carte for $0.49 per egg. I can get 3 scrambled eggs and one piece of sausage for $2. It's a great low carb, inexpensive breakfast that will keep me coming back. read more

This was one of my favorite McDonalds to stop by on my commute from Dallas. The food is always fresh and tasty, but this time I stopped by will probably be my last. The condiment station was a gathering spot for at least 20 gnats! To make it worse they were flying around my table as well!!! I HAD to snap these pictures! read more
