Pulled up to the drive thru with the Jimmy John's workers smoking weed next to the dumpsters. Saw them literally passing a blunt as I drove by. Ordered my sandwich and then threw it up about an hour later. Makes me sad because this is the closest jimmy johns. I won't be coming back here again due to this experience. read more

Very, very, VERY little turkey if you order it plain. Oh My God! Verify before you order a sandwich at this place. It's like no turkey at all. I usually only review for over the top amazing food, but this time it is for the over the top amazing service! I went through the drive through and at first my order wasn't correct, but when walking in to try to correct it, the manager met me at the door, immediately got it straightened out and remade exactly right all at lightening speed! His approach and helpful attitude was worth 5 stars and makes me feel confident that this location takes great care of their customers! Thank you staff! My sandwich was great too! read more

Nothing irritates me more than when my order is messed up because of careless mistakes. I get everyone makes mistakes. But when I drive over an hour there and back just to get food, I expect it to be what I order. AND then when I call to let the RUDE manager know what happened...she offers to re-make my order for me but BEFORE she can do that I need to drive back up there and bring her the messed up order. I have ordered from here several times since they opened not long ago. As they find their groove, I expect there to be some issues, but am grateful they have all been minor. The first time I ordered there was WAY too much mayo. So the next time I ordered no mayo but to include mayo packets which I didn't receive, but no big deal (I'm sure a quick call would have resolved this but I didn't want to put forth the effort when I had some in the fridge). Ever since I have learned "ez" mayo is usually perfect, they pile on the meat and veggies and everything is super fresh. It is a great alternative to pizza when I don't feel up to cooking and/or can't get out... like right now when the toddler is napping. Also, EVERY delivery driver I've had has been incredibly nice and all deliveries have been in less than 10 mins! read more

I used to run a jimmy johns for 5 years as an assistant manager, it's basically the worst food service job on the planet. Upon my visit I was greeted warmly which was great! They made my sandwich backwards and so the meat fell out of my sandwich just by holding it. The workers here don't care. I asked for just one mayo packet and was given 3 mustard packets. I went through the Drive-through on Friday and it was Easter weekend. The girl running the window forgot to give my debt card back. So I had no debt card the hole weekend. I went to get my card back and they did not even apologize or Say anything just have a good day. So I did not have my card all holiday weekend. I at least expected a simple apology. I come here more then once a month. I'm not sure if I will be returning. Also manager didn't say a word just told the girl to get the card that was it didn't say anything else to me. read more
