I place a order online so i went to get it. I was riding with some one so they wanted to order too. so she placed her order I gave my code we polled to the window to so she can pay and I can get my receipt. The cashier changed the 3 number 1 to 3 double quarter pounder we didn't know that till we got that order and I didn't receive mine so naturally we went inside to fix this so the employees said they gave me my order and that she ordered the 3 double quarter pounder so we said they didn't so she got a refund for the order and had to pay again to get her order fixed me on the other hand had to explain to them that I never received my order and the entire time they were making my order they kept saying I was lying about never received my order but after a long time I received my order after they made a bunch of mistakes so I'm happy I guess because that's all it take to make someone happy give them what they order so I was double charged and every employee in there was extremely rude. They took the mess up order and didn't throw it away. They reused it. So that makes me question if I ate someone's mess up they had there germs all over. read more

Went through the drive through at 10pm on Sunday night and it took them 9 minutes to get me a Big Mac burger only, not even a meal. I was the only one in the drive through - if I had not paid already I would have left because they took my money and I never saw anyone again. Finally the guy hands the bag out the window and says "sorry for the wait" and closes the window. What has happened to McDonald's? Terrible service, poor attitude. After waiting a long time to be waited on Rude manager. Not listening to me. Wouldn't let order what I wanted

If I could give a zero I would! DO NOT GO HERE! Men's restroom had no soap! Women's restroom had no toilet paper so we were forced to drip dry or wipe our flaps with their napkins! until a lovely spouse of another guest took toilet paper from the men's restroom. Employees were made aware several times during our short stay alone! No one had any urgency! In fact, we witnessed as we ate (before we knew about the men's soap) use the facilities and not go in to refill soap but come out with dry or wet hands....there was NO sanitizer either according to employees! When we contacted the franchise owner - he made EVERY excuse and DEFENDED the lack of sanitation! We informed him we would he contacted the state health department and he said do it - challenge accepted, Steve Montgomery! So, moral of the story...save your time, money and health because I can guarantee that American cheese on your burger is grade A head cheese! Slow service and had a poor listener at the window. Saw I was being charged for a water bottle and asked for tap water before I came to the window, but I got to the window and double checked that he got the order right. He did not and had to get his manager to correct the order-then gave me a LARGE water that cost 75 cents. Then-I'm assuming a meal comes with fries, not added on. I got the buttermilk tender meal. They charged me extra for the fries! Manager take note-I was here on Thursday around 11pm. Not eating here again..overcharging customers and incompetent employees. I'll pass. read more

I'm not sure if this is the right location, as the map indicates it is somewhere other than where it exists -- this review is for the one next to a Phillips 66. On a VA-TX drive and stopped nearby for gas. Desperate for something quick to eat, I swallowed my pride and went to Mickey D's. Maybe I was just in a road coma, but I had a really pleasant experience. The sandwich I got tasted like real food, was served hot and was assembled with care. The staff was very friendly and impressive and reminded me a lot of a Chick-fil-A crew. I was the only patron in the dining room at the time, but they kept me entertained with a running conversation on the merits of roles in relationships. It's worth taking a break from the drive and stopping in instead of just hitting up the drive-thru. read more

Me and my buddies went to go get a late night snack at some good ole McDonald's. We went inside knowing that the lobby closes at 11pm, it was 10:23. One of the workers said the lobby was closed. I told them what their sign said several times waiting for an answer. Finally I told a lady I wanted to order food and she said the lobby was closed and that apparently their register didn't work. I was very disappointed because I was so excited to sit down and eat some McDonald's. Instead we are going to taco bell, which is better anyways. We told the girl to give us a second and she said okay then when we were ready she said hold on then we said okay and she says what can I get you so as we were going to say our order again she says hold on. We get to get our order and the girl hands us the drinks and asks if that's the only thing we ordered. We reply with no our meals and goes back to get them. read more

This place deserves no stars but I had to put at least one. Went last night at 10:15 there to get five separate orders so we tried to go inside and when we got in they yelled at us and said "NAHHH NO NO NO" and told us our lobby was closed. So we told her that we had five separate orders to do in the drive thru then and she said it was fine. So we get in the drive thru and they tell us they can't do five separate orders and that we can circle the building five times to get what we want. The service was incredibly rude and we left because they didn't deserve our service. Don't go here unless your prepared for some attitude. read more

Stop here to eat! This McDonalds is conveniently located right off of the freeway. Stop in for friendly service, fast food and clean restrooms. We stopped in our our way back to Texas and the staff was attentive and prepared our food quickly. The food was fresh and tasted awesome. We used the restrooms and they were clean and smelled like Christmas. Great experience overall! read more

I had dinner here tonight. As students in Arkadelphia, we frequent both McDonald's' in the area. It's common knowledge around here that the Arkadelphia MD is better than the Caddo Valley MD. But, I decided to give CV another chance. 'Twas a mistake. The chicken nuggets were obviously old and tasted as I would imagine cardboard to taste. Stopped for breakfast and a coffee fix on our way from Texas to Tennessee. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, the food was McDonald's good...a hit with the kids, an OK meal for the adults. We got what we needed...food in our bellies and caffeine in our system. read more
