The WORST McDonald's we have ever been to. Men's bathroom door didn't open and no one cared. It was basically to bad. Tables were not cleaned, and floors dirty. Don't go here. read more

Don't use the drive through. They make you wait half hour for your food. Defeats the purpose of drive through then to top off, parking is super narrow. read more

The food is alright. The service is good because it's fast. The ambiance is calm and nice.

Around 11 PM the day before midnight I ordered a Double Cheeseburger large combo and 10 piece combo order. The 10 piece McNuggets were cooked well, alright no problems but as soon as I got to one of the Double Cheeseburgers I smelled a strong metal odor on the bun and immediately spat out the food into my napkin. I had to throw away the burgers because it smelled like metal. The coffee I ordered with my Double Cheeseburger large combo also did not taste good, I felt like I had to cough randomly so I threw away the rest of the food. Please make sure your coworkers are not cross-contaminating with door handles and the same gloves used to cook/prep food in. Please practice clean hygiene to prevent contamination, McDonald's is a classic and it would be a shame to see this place go because of a few mistakes made with possible improper hygiene and food preparation by lazy workers. Please make sure the workers can also speak english out of respect for non-english and non-spanish speakers. read more

We ordered online, expecting it to be fast. When u order online they give you a receipt at the first window and then send u to the third window to get your food. We waited while we saw car after car get their orders behind us and drive away. We counted about 10 to 15 cars get their food before us. Then when someone finally came to give us our food, she handed us our box and practically ran away, and I knocked on the window to ask for ketchup but she either didn't hear me or ignored me. I drove back to the second window when it was safe to do so and the girl was upset and reprimandedly said that if I needed anything I needed to go back to the third window, when she could have easily just given me what I needed. I ended up having to get out of my car to get the ketchup which absolutely defeats the purpose of ordering drive thru. Horrible service. read more

There will not be a third. Tonight is the second time this restaurant has given me food undercooked to myself and children. The Double Quarter Pounder was undercooked which has my stomach in pain and bubbling like the pop rocks candy mixed with soda. CHECK YOUR BURGERS BEFORE YOU TAKE A BITE. I also ordered 20 a piece nugget for my children. Cold, soft and wet should not be the description of 12 nuggets. Disappointed in the supposed workers during a pandemic, that has created a totally different health problem. MJ offered me a replacement burger, isn't that funny. The male who took my order got it all wrong. I was very specific with my order too. I ordered a small caramel frappe, they put down a large iced coffee. I gave them three stars because at the end they tried giving me a free hot coffee. Then I changed back to one star because I noticed that the cook burned the edges of the eggs. read more

Horrible service, I ordered food by drive-thru and didn't get what I asked for. I call location to let them know and they informed me to wait in the mobile app parking. As soon as I pull in another customer let's a "leader/manager" know their service is hideous. He just leaves without saying a word, smirks and raises a peace sign with his fingers as he walks in. As I am waiting for my corrected order, cars are parking behind one another pretty much ahead of the drive thru exit to get their order filled. Something terrible wrong is happening and the staffs attitude just doesn't care. read more

This McDonalds is super busy. It is just across the border from Mexicali and a convenient stop off when you've been waiting in line at the border for several hours. It is clean, has a large parking lot and the staff is very efficient. They got our order ready super quick and it was piping hot! Fries were delicious and the chicken nuggets were fantastic. Only lost one star because the Diet Coke tasted a little off and the burger was good but very greasy. read more

It used the kiosk to take my order. The staff was helpful and professional when they helped me. This McDonalds was also clean and decent. The only thing that bugged me was the restroom, the trash bin was overflowing with used toilet paper. read more

Horrible service. Ordered through drive thru & I live out of town, I was already a couple blocks down from McDonalds when I realized I didn't get all of my food. The line was super long so I had to get off! Super annoying! That's the reason why I went through drive thru in the first place! The manager didn't even apologize or anything for their mistake! I went to McDonald's this morning and order two sausage burritos. The menu board read it's for a $1.00 each. I was charged a $1.19 each. Brought it up to the manager and she stated the store manager change the price. What's out for this McDonald's they are falsely advertising and then charging you more. read more

I go here often and never have an issue. Even when i do decide to add last minute things into my order at the register when i go through the drive threw. The inside is nice too. They always greet you when you enter as well. I used the kiosk i hardly speak with the cash register people. read more

Not a big fan of McDonald's as it, except for their breakfast menu, which I love. The problem is the food just looks old, it certainly doesn't taste fresh. I ordered the artisan chicken last night and it was disgusting. After taking a bite I opened it up and found that my chicken was extremely greasy, it had a chewy gum like texture.
