Stopped by for lunch after a visit to Rutgers Camden nearby. 3 out of the 4 self-serve ordering kiosks were broken and unavailable for ordering. Seemed like they were also short-staffed as it took a while to order from the counter itself, although the lady was nice once I got there. My double QPC meal came out relatively quickly, and was on par with other locations. The area itself is relatively clean here though there is a strange waft in the eating area, maybe due to some of the other customers at the time. Terrible, but God is good. I just got off the bus at the transportation center in Camden , it was an hour ride so I had to use the bathroom. I decided to go to the Mcdonalds again altho last time the workers had attitudes but we wanted to get some coffee and relax for a minute before travelling to our next destination. When we went in we both had to use the bathroom so my husband went in with no problem, a hispanic gentlemen let him in without questioning him on wether he was a customer or not; so I waited for someone to come to the counter. A manager approached , a heavyset older African American female , looking over her glasses. She already approached with an attitude but I kindly asked if I can use the bathroom, she then asked are you a customer , I said yes and I will be purchasing a coffee after I use the bathroom, she asked me again with an attitude like she didnt hear me, I told her again that I just needed to use the bathroom and I was getting a coffee so she looks at me and said the door is open and walked away rolling her eyes. I was so upset I couldnt drink my coffee while telling my husband what took place. I did file a complaint but it seems that they know what they are doing at this Mcdonalds and they know that corporate wont do anything about this problem at this establishment noone , not corporate, or anyone cares enought to either retrain them or hire someone who even cares how they treat there customers. I'm surprised this restaurant is still in business. I just ordered a McCkicken sandwich customized with bacon and cheese and a small fry. It was not made fresh. It tastes like it was sitting in the warmer all day and they grabbed it, slapped a slice of cheese and bacon on it, mind you the sandwich and fries were both cold, on top of that everyone at that location has nasty attitudes you say thank you and they look at you like it's a foreign word!! It's not professional and when you go they drive thru the only thing they say is hold on after waiting in line already 10 minutes!!! I went this am to grab a coffee for my mom. The worst ever! I was harassed at the drive thru by a homeless man yelling at me because I wouldn't put my window down. Then once I got to the window the employee was straight up miserable. I asked her a question about the app and she rolled her eyes at me, turned around and kept taking orders. Customer service poor. Man was tidying upstairs he turned to me with grumpy tired face telling me upstairs is closing soon. I asked him why there's no sign he told me in a very grumpy tired voice "I can't put a sign everywhere" when my 6 year old started eating he came again saying "we're closing upstairs" When I complained to the asian staff standing next to the trays she looked at me with a grumpy expression and wasn't bothered neither said sorry. All things considered, I'm glad that McDonald's puts up with the unsavory characters that are all over the place on the property. They could easily have pulled out of there a long time ago considering the problems the citizens of Camden cause. Granted, service is slow, but so are the clients. Some take forever to order a simple meal, and I get hit up while waiting in line, or they are there at the drive thru asking for your change. I wanted to do something truly horrific to my body, and was out of the original four lokos, sent I ventured into the downtown area to nab some fries. While McDonald's isn't necessarily deserving of blame for all the world's ills, they certainly aren't solving that many of them. The fries were how they've been since I was three - fried, salty and filled with regret. I generally find the service at this location to be on the slower side. I've met a number of interesting fellow customers every time I've gone, so keep in mind you might find a couple of chatty nance's if you step foot within the area. Heard there's been a couple of people who have OD'd in the bathrooms, but having never witnessed such, I'll take that with a grain of salt. Will be back next year for monopoly. read more

I was kinda blown away on how slow service is at this location. Seems like the help is more intrested in their phones and talking among themselves. I looked around at who was doing what. Now that was funny easier to say who was doing nothing. Maybe not nothing cause most of them did have plenty of time to play with their phones. Customers dont seem like a priority more of a distraction to the use of their phones. Now while i was waiting i watched who i would assume was management kind of flip on a customer that had returned to the counter to ask if they had left their gift card by mistake. The manager who was a woman so sloppied dressed looked like one of the homeless people out front told her to go elsewhere got sercurity and had her removed. I was like wow. More time goes by even though the nasty manager was up front she took no orders and the other cashiers were no where to be found. The nasty manager came up front with a drawer and called for an employee named Carmen. This employee comes to counter dressed perfectly clothes neat and tidy. Looking like a person who takes pride in themself and happy to have a job. Prior tO this person a lot of time had passed 15 20 min. I placed my order which was an ice tea i had in in under 30 sec and was on my way. I watched for a few minutes longer and the line was moving. Carmen is the only reason I gave 3 stars i give her 10 the rest of the staff 0. I can say they need a lot more of her and none of the nasty manager types. I could be wrong but we lead by examaple and when non managenent sees their superiors disrespect customers and dress shabby they feel if. they can so can i. This shows in this location I know people have bad days so i will return their tommorow because i have to go to camden and order the sane exaxt thing and see what the results are. Can't believe I'm reviewing a McDonald's but this one is the worst of the worst. Always insanely slow. So so so slow. Almost as if it's April Fools. And to make it worse, there are always several homeless people outside bugging you and bugging the Drive Thru. Worst McDonald! It takes 10 min for them to take your order and in that time about 100 homeless people walk right up to your window asking for everything under the sun. This McDonald's hires a lot of unprofessional people but it's 1 girl that has been there for quit some time that disrespects the paying customer ALL THE TIME! Monday afternoon around 2pm I took my lunch break and decided to get McDonald's. This young lady took serval mins to even acknowledge me in the drive thru! When she finally did she said "Owell for the wait you can eat somewhere else" I asked her several times "May I order" she ignored me! When I screamed HELLO she told me I should have been started ordering when she got on here the 1st time! She's VERY RUDE!!! I never ordered from the speaker . I drove around to the 2nd window because no one was at the 1st window and spoke to an manager! The manager was very nice! She gave me an free meal and apologized for her behavior. This girl turned a 7min fast food process into a 30-35 min thing, which made me 18mins back to work ! McDonald's need to train their employees on professionalism and respect to the paying customer ! This is ridiculous how she talks to customers ! I do not recommend this fast food place ! The food is disgusting & the customer service is disgusting!!!! The service at this restaurant is so slow that I can't even describe it I have waited as much as 10 minutes without even being able to place an order with only one car ahead of me and if you have the app and you try to use the car service where they come out to your car with your order they don't do that either you can stay parked in the parking spot for 15 minutes marked for that service and then go inside and they will act like they didn't even know that you had an order and I'll ask you to what it was and I'll bring it up on the register where somebody had deleted it rather than bring it out read more

The line is always long at night with 1 cashier. I waited 20 minutes 3rd person in line just for a milkshake. I'm here a few times a week. Last night I came asked to use the bathroom, the cashier had a nasty attitude..i ordered and then waited for the bathroom to unlock..had to go back up front and she was a smart ass and said good thing I didn't pee myself. I'm in the bathroom for 2 minutes an employee opens the door asks if someone's in the bathroom..i said yeah can you please hand me toilet paper from the other stall? She nastily said "my shift is over so no I can't and you need to get out right now". I left and just threw my drink away because I'm not going to drink their spit. My first initial review was a 5-star experience but after this week I have to take it down to a three star. The cashier that I had was so rude and ignorant I can't believe that she still works there. Now everyday I go to a McDonald's and I get a caramel mocha frappe now I know that that is not on the menu and they have to make it special but that's what I want so that's what I'm going to get and this girl can't seem to wrap her head around it so today I ordered it there's no way to put it in the computer so she just put caramel and didn't tell the girl that was making it that I wanted caramel and mocha mixed together so this poor girl makes just a caramel frappe and I had to tell her like I'm Sorry Miss but I wanted caramel and mocha mix together and the girl that made it or should I say I was trying to make it had no attitude about it at all. Now the girl that tried to make it was having issues with the machine so the woman that took my order, the rude one, stepped in and ended up making it herself. She was acting like she was going to fix the machine but she made it the way that she wanted to it was only mocha no caramel in it at all now that's just pure laziness and ignorance at least the little short girl I don't know what her name is but at least she was attempting to actually make it the way that I wanted it. There's usually a man working during the morning he has glasses he's usually the one that makes it for me but he wasn't there today so I had to deal with this lady and my only problem is with her. I walk in and say hello she just looks at me and says what do you want I told her I want a number 9 with a medium caramel mocha frappe and she just put in Carmel knowing that the girl was going to make just a caramel frappe but she did not care and then when it came down to it she ended up making it anyway and just made it all one flavor and drizzled a little caramel on top to make it look like there might be some in there. Why are you so rude? What did I ever do to you except try and be nice? If you do not want a job in customer service then why the hell are you still there. I wish that I had the woman's name that tried to make my drink properly because she was very sweet and nice and had no attitude and was just very concerned about giving me the right product and same with the man that usually makes my drinks for me because they both have great an excellent customer service&because of THEM i will continue to come to this mcdonalds. read more
