Very unattentive. My order was incomplete. It took over five minutes for anyone to notice that I was standing there with a receipt.

This mcdonald's is incredibly slow. Some of the employees are very nice but others eh not so much. tonight my family spent nearly $30 on fries and nuggets that tasted old and stale. they did get our order right, for once. read more

We spent $15.09 and got NOTHING! Not really true; however, here is what transpired. After a long wait for the employees to finish their little chit chats in several different groups, I placed an order for a #4 meal and a #8 meal with no cheese on either. When asked what size drink I responded with medium and stated that it was for inside - not to go. I was given tag #11 and moved off to the side to await my food. When #11 was called it was all in a bag. I then asked IF she could/would put the food on a tray. She did. I then took the tray to our selected table and went and got some catsup for the fries. I then returned and opened my sandwich only to find that it had cheese on it. I NEVER eat cheese on anything and knew that I had specifically stated no cheese on either sandwich. My wife's sandwich was without cheese and was correct. I returned to the counter and again waited EVEN LONGER than the first time and three times stated EXCUSE ME loudly but got nobodies attention. There were three different groups of employees taking among themselves and customers were just standing around waiting. Finally, the young lady who took my order originally came back to the counter and I informed her that I had requested no cheese and the sandwich had cheese. She stated that she did not hear me say that. I informed her that my exact words were NO CHEESE ON EITHER ORDER and therefore, if one sandwich was without cheese how could she not have heard me? She wanted to debate the issue and never offered to do anything about making another sandwich without cheese. I could tell that this was a waste of time and effort so I got my wife and the tray with all the French fries, drinks, and her sandwich and placed it on the counter and we LEFT. My wife got one bite of her sandwich - quite expensive for $15.09. On our way on down the road on I-35, I attempted to call the restaurant five different times at the telephone number listed on the receipt at 816-632-7201 so I could discuss this matter with someone. Each time the telephone rang for over one minute and then went to a beeping noise. I guess that nobody was present at the restaurant or that they were all too busy in their little chit chats. I did believe that I saw a woman who appeared that she might have been the manager, but she was in one of the many chit chat groups. This entire matter could have been settled very easily by offering to provide a sandwich without cheese. Instead, the cashier wanted to debate the issue. I guess that she was right because that is what was important to her. I only got a sandwich with the cheese which was left on her counter. read more

One of better McDonald's Ive been to in a while. On more than one occasion now, I've visited and found the food hot and freshly made.

If you are passing thru Cameron MO on your way to the airport, go to Wendy's or wait for an over-priced snack from Wolfgang Puck! Waiting for our food in the drive thru line was at least 15 minutes and that was AFTER we paid! I can excuse the wait if the fries are hot. They were not. Will never stop at this McDonald's again. read more

Worst McDonald's I've been to in my entire life. Couldn't get an order right to save their life. Spent 30 minutes waiting in the drive thru and STILL didn't get the right order. We drove away with someone else's $40 special order when we only ordered $16 of food. My husband demanded a refund and only got $15 back. The manager rolled her eyes and got acted like it was our fault her team couldn't do their job. Worst customer service in a McDonald's I've ever had. Went inside to order and there was only one person at the counter taking orders. One man was placing an order when I came in. I used the restroom, came out and the same man was still at the counter. The staff person was taking forever trying to make the correct change. I got in my car and went to the double lane drive-through. There were no cars at all in these lanes but the order taker told me to wait. I waited over 3 minutes. Other cars came, ordered and went through the other lane and there I sat. When he finally asked for my order I left in frustration. Skip this one on your travels. read more

Hello, I was a customer on 12/07/17 at this McDonalds restaurant at 11:20PM. I am a truck driver and I go to a lot of fast food places due to the fact I have a hard time parking at regular restaurants. This particular restaurant offered convenient parking for semi trucks. This night that I went into this store they were slow and only had two customers in front of me. My wait time was 30 min plus which was very excessive. The manager with red hair was very nice and out of five employees she was the only one concerned about customer service and trying to get her staff to work harder to try and get the customers serviced. While waiting for my food I had plenty of time to see the events taking place and why the service was so slow. I will keep this simple and just write what my opinion was: 1. The two woman that were working the drive thru and the front counter was all about kissing up to the red haired girl and trying to get brownie points. They never really worked harder for her just tried to conversate with her and kiss up to her making her think they were working hard. 2. The Cooks, there were two guys making all the food. One guy was fat and very lazy. He kept watching the customer which was me and also his boss. He offered no help to the guy making the sandwiches. The skinny guy making the sandwiches was slow and unorganized. He kept backtracking his work and just flat out could not keep up with the drive through orders or a front counter order. When my food was finally almost done, and I made sure no one was going to spit in it and no other customers were in the store. I went off and told all the staff that they were the laziest people and that this was the worst food service I have ever had. I couldn't help myself at the situation. The red haired girl gave me a full refund of my money and apologized for there service. I also apologized and just a note, I will never return to this store again. I also happened to notice that the very next morning the same staff were there working again. So, apparently they can not find any good quality people to work at this store. I also noticed that even in the morning the fast food drive through was backed up with about ten cars waiting. McDonald's this a store you truly need to do something about. The employees need to learn respect towards there boss and also need to learn the term "TEAMWORK". This is why I gave this store a one star review. Enter at your own risk. read more

Stopped at this McDonald's Sunday (8/16/15). Waited about 5 minutes to order. No one at counter to take order so we left.

Very very unhappy! Ever since the new owner has taken over my order has been incorrect 9 times out of 10. Today I ordered the chicken nuggets meal. Had to wait for my drink so my fries were cold and I also had a quarter pounder with ketchup and pickle. I live too far away to go back. Always always check your order before you leave!!!! read more

Can't complain about anything. Best McDonalds I have been to for awhile. Restrooms were clean, restaurant was clean. Staff was working well together. Food was hot and service was fast. The manager must be proud of this one. read more
