Our food was okay, we ordered the snack wrap and it looked tasted fine. The McDonald's is a little bit old, but they have the self ordering kiosks which makes everything easy. The place could be a bit more cleaner but not sure what can you expect from the area you are, it looks very wear off. read more

The Sore Manager Dennis was extremely rude, aggressive and loud regarding a bicycle that was briefly in the lobby. He was in my face and threatened to call the police even after I told him I would remove it. He refused to give his name at first after I asked for it. He also had no nametag. Finally, he gave his name as Dennis, and I told him I was going to report him. He replied: "Good luck with that" and threatened to trespass me from the store. I am a junk food addict, having driven a truck on the road for over four decades. I looked forward to the reintroduction of the McCrispy Chicken tenders. Apparently, my memory must be mistaken, These were rubbery pieces of chicken ligament or something in the vicinity. Almost all breading and what little chicken was hiding in there was GROSS and inedible. Slowest Mickey D's ever! I thought we had the slowest McDonald's in California but, no, this McDonald's takes the cake! Arrived in FL in the morning and from the airport we just wanted to get our rental car and find a McD's and get a quick bite before heading to Kennedy Space Center. We already lost some time from the delayed schedule and we wanted to maximize our time at the space center. This McDonald's is located in Cape Canaveral. What did we order again?? ... it took 20 mins to get our meal! And I'm not sure what order number they went by but two or three numbers after ours were called before yelling out ours. How long does it take to make a Quarter Pounder w/ Cheese and fries again? Originally, we wanted to go through the drive-thru but the lines were long so we thought maybe walking in was faster. I went there this evening for a couple of burgers and French Fries. I ordered extra onions, did they do that? NO I ordered extra onions, did they do it? NO I ordered NO ketchup, did they do it? NO and I waited and waited and waited and waited. It took a full 29 minutes to get my food. I wanted to bring it back but there were about 7 angry customers hanging around by the cash register so I just ate what they gave me. One woman waited 40 minutes and finally got her food and walked out and 5 minutes later she was back because the order was one cheeseburger short. Tried to walk in the lobby last night on 2/14/23 to get some food to go. The door was locked at 8:53pm. With the door stating lobby closes at 10pm on Tuesdays, which this was a Tuesday. A employee was sitting down eating by one of the doors so I knocked and asked her what time do they close she said we close early I asked how early because there was no sign stating they were closing early on Tuesday 2/14/23. She told me the manager gave the ok on the lock door and to close early while I'm being told this there are multiple people inside in line ordering food. You employees who worked last night are unprofessional and lazy you should not screw over your customers just to have bodies in the building stealing your money hire quality workers actually pay them their worth because your night crew you have now are worth only the door. read more

Yesterday I went through this McDonald's Drive through. I ordered a large Coffee,sausage burrito, two scrambled eggs with cheese and two round eggs with cheese. The coffee was great, the burrito was hot and tasty. The scrambled eggs were hardly even warm the cheese not melted. I was hungry and did not have time to return to get it fixed or I would be late for a doctors appointment in Orlando, so i just ate them. I ate one round egg and it did not taste right, i took a small bite of the other and realized the eggs were burned. Later when I was headed back home I stopped in to show the staff the egg and maybe get it replaced. A nice young lady cashier was on break and started to help me, then the general manager came out, she pulled out her camera and took my food I wanted replaced in the back. A few minutes later she returned to me the burned egg and my receipt and told me she would not be replacing my food.She would not explain why and she was obviously upset. When I went to leave she followed me into the parking lot and video taped me leaving. She told me I was banned from the property and not to come back. I don't understand, no other McDonald's serves me burned eggs, and if that store preferred to serve burned eggs all she had to do was say so and I would just stop buying my breakfasts there instead of freaking out on me, video taping me and my car and violating McDonald's policy. read more

While my wife and I were in town, we stopped at this McDonald's multiple times during our visit to get breakfast items. We had good experiences each time we visited and have no real complaints. The only reason that it doesn't get five stars is that the double drive-through line took was slower than expected on a couple of the visits, but that was evened out by the quality and freshness of the food. Usually I don't have good experiences at fast food places in touristy areas, but this McDonald's is the exception. read more

My family and I are here last week 7/28/23. The day before leaving for a cruise. The restaurant was full and clean. We did not wait long for our food. It was hot as expected. However, there it was disappointing to see an elderly cleaning lady being mistreated by another employee. This emolplywe came out of what I think was a bathroom near the playground. Told the elderly employee to stop cleaning to let a person walk by. It was unnecessary, as she was doing her job and didn't have eyes in the back of her head. When I went up to order a sundae I asked for the employees name but the cashier said she didn't know anyone's name. I believed her and assumed she was new. Never coming here again , we came to this McDonald's, ordered and paid , we had waited 10 minutes before a girl came out saying nothing that sounded like the order , I said that it wasn't our order and she was confused and slid the window without saying anything . Then another different girl came and opened the window and was shocked we haven't gotten our food yet, they were taking too long so one of the girls came telling us to wait at the front door. We accepted politely since they were just teenagers , 30 minutes has gone by and no food ,then 2 more workers came outside at different times asking what our order was , 10 minutes had gone by and a worker comes with a small bag even when we ordered 2 meals , we look into it and we see 2 cookies and a chocolate milk , we complained it wasn't ours and the worker says it was like we were lying . I like McDonald's overall wherever I travel. Predictable except for the ambiance. I've been to real dumps. I've been to upscale McDonald's in Europe that would stun Americans. McDonald's is in my IRA mutual fund portfolio. I want them to do well. This one obviously caters to cruise ship patrons and retirees. Lots of the latter. It's clean, modern, friendly. What's my point already? The acoustics in this place are terrible. Everyone talking is heard by everyone else. It's nerve jarring. God help you with some noisy family kids. It's been said this place was recently remodeled. The contractors really missed the boat on sound absorption. Every sound is reflected without attenuation. I have to say that this is one of the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Unfortunately we aren't eating in these days, but their drive-through service is excellent. It's fast and I don't think I've ever had a screwed up order. For example we had egg McMuffin's this morning and we did the online ordering and pick up... The process was flawless. Even if you order there they are really fast. In the summer, sometimes there's a long line in the drive-through but they're really fast. They get the job done. Very friendly.
