    Ahi Tuna Tacos

As soon as you walk in, you do not expect what is on the inside versus what the exterior of the building looks like. This place is really awesome. It has great dive bar vibes. It's a mix between Hispanic day of the dead meets pirate vibes. The drinks are amazing. We had an old-fashioned and a preacher mule. They were so good. We forgot to take a picture! The old-fashioned is not too strong tasting. It has a nice balance with the orange so it is very smooth! The food here is phenomenal! We started with the half dozen of Rae oysters and they were very fresh and had everything that you needed with it. They were amazing! The entrées that we ordered were fish and chips and Aji tuna tacos both came with french fries and the french fries were super crunchy and extremely fresh and delicious! The fish and chips fish was evenly breaded, and the fish was very light and did not taste fishy at all! The Aji tuna tacos had a little punch of what tasted like wasabi, they were amazing! Thank you, Kim for the amazing service we had a great time here! Highly Recommend!

Convenient location near our hotel and local cruise ship ports. We had a group of 8 and all enjoyed the eclectic menu, something for everyone! Interesting dark decor that seemed to lean more towards death than religion. My generous portion of fish and chips were tasty but also dripping in grease. The large bar selection kept everyone happy and service was fast and friendly!

First time being here, this is a you little cute bar in Cape Canaveral. I really enjoyed my tacos. The ambience was nice and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I will be back when I'm on that side of town again.

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. I had been here before, but it was probably six years ago. Everyone was sitting at the bar and it was pretty crowded but there were a few open spots so I joined the crowd. A friendly employee welcomed me and gave me a menu and took my drink order. I ordered their crab cakes ($18.00) and a Fat Tire (on draft) for my drink. While waiting for my order I observed the interesting pictures on their walls. Some of it was pretty funny. The two employees working the bar came by and checked on me several times and it wasn't long before my order arrived. The Crab Cakes consisted of pan-fried crab, shrimp, iceland codcake and ginger slaw. served with sriracha aioli. They were excellent!! I'll definitely be back for more of these! I may try one of their tasty desserts next time too. Great service, wonderful crab cakes and competitive prices, I'm going with 5 stars. Check them out! Located right along A1A in Cape Canaveral not far from the Port. Hours are: Mon-Tue: 3pm-11pm Wed-Sat: 11am-11pm Sun: 11am-10pm

Popped in here for some refreshments while biking around the island! Love the vibe! Our bartender was a delight and she and the server were both wearing chunky necklaces in keeping with the theme! A true sign of excellence. We had some quick bevvies and calamari and a delicious salad. Just enough to fuel us to our next location. Cheers!

Food and drinks were 5 stars! But server who handled our checks was upset he couldn't figure out what order went on which check which is understandable BUT when dealing with a large party it's common sense as a tenured person working in hospitality to start by asking how the bill will be split! Like duh and then to show your frustration to paying customers bc of your error is mind boggling. Its literally YOUR JOB not mine to keep up with that. Our bartender was amazing and other service was great! Loved the ambiance as well with the hanging doors. I will be back but hopefully the male server that yelled at us is in a better mood. We were there shortly before close on 7/27 also online showed they stay open till midnight but door signage said they close at 11pm and when we tried to order more food same rude male server told us bluntly the "kitchen is closed" at 930pm.

Outstanding place, highly recommended. Good food, beer and scenery. Check your bill for correct pricing.

    Scotch Eggs

Very good beer bar with an above average cocktail bar. Service was excellent. The scotch egg was a bit too much meat, in the breading. The baked Brie plate was a bit underwhelming and the Brie was actually tough enough that it had to be cut with a knife. Ambience is fun. Service carries this place to a solid three. Lots of promise for a four. Won't thrill ya, won't kill ya.

The ambience was amazing! Wait staff was phenomenal! And the food and drinks...no need to say more. If you're in town you should definitely check this place out!

Stopped in for a bite to eat since we were in the area and wanted to try a place we haven't been before. Located in a small strip mall attached to a pizza place and subway. Inside is a neat decor. It's like stained glass, lots of colors, neat light fixtures, there is a bit of a Mexican day of the dead feel as well. Food menus are on the back of old album covers, which is neat. Has a nice bar area with lots to choose from. I was happy they had Caribe on tap! Hubby had a draft Bud Light and said it tasted funny, so his next he got a bottle of bud light. He thinks maybe the lines need to be cleaned or serviced. I ordered the triple crab cakes and hubby ordered the hell fire shrimp. Both were very good. The shrimp we were expecting to be hotter. The crab cakes were good. Service was good and attentive as well. Heck out this funky place!

    Pulled pork nachos! Phenomenal!

DINED 10/26/25: we came based on a recommendation from our hotel clerk. The pulled pork nachos and blackened Mahi Sandwich are PHENOMENAL! We sat at the bar to watch NFL Football and our bartender, Cole, was very friendly, personable and helpful (food recommendations). The bar has plenty of seating and wasn't too loud to have a good conversation w/o yelling. I would highly recommend this bar, the food and we will be back each time we cruise from Port Canaveral.

Preacher Bar is located at 8699 Astronaut Blvd. (A1A), about a mile south of Port Canaveral, directly south of the Radisson Resort at the Port (walking distance ...50 steps). Upon entering, you immediately notice the soft music in the background. The volume is at the perfect level so that you can still engage in conversation without yelling over the music. The decor is a mix of stained glass lanterns and Mexican-inspired art. I stumbled across this bar during my stay at the Radisson, as it was literally few steps away. Marlene took care of me while I sat at the bar. She was extremely friendly and attentive. I asked her about the fish and chips and she said it was her favorite item on the menu and I see why. Hands down the best fish and chips I've ever had. The reviews on Yelp mentioned the tartar sauce was A1. Unfortunately, I don't eat tartar sauce, but I don't doubt those statements, as the food was top notch. This establishment deserves 5 stars for food, vibe and service!!

The fresh slaw and pico complimented the shrimp. The fries were piping hot and they didn't need any ketchup. My mom ordered the Blackened Grouper Sandwich with sweet potato fries. The sandwich has remoulade sauce, Bibb lettuce, and sliced tomato. The sweet potato fries were cold, but they quickly brought fresher hot ones to the table. She loved it. The tacos are panko-crusted chicken tenders, topped with pico de gallo, shredded romaine, and chipotle ranch dressing. She enjoyed both the tacos and macaroni salad. Since the sweet potato fries were cold they brought us 2 free desserts. We got the Dubai Chocolate Cheesecake & Pineapple Upside Down Cake.
