This place is always a go to for amazing beverages, art, and inspirational food. The ranch is homade, the ketchup is a amazing smokey flavor, the seasoning on the fries are bomb, and the wings (watch the F#$k out!!! Amazing Thank you Echo

We had a terrific experience the night before our cruise. We were seated immediately. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Our waiter was kind and reasonably accommodating. He took care of all our needs and was very personable. We shared the Brussels Sprouts, Chips and Salsa, Mac and Cheese, and Mexican Corn. I really like their preparation is the Brussels which had a softer consistency than most spots which prepare them to be crispy in a Worcestershire reduction. These were perfect--almost like boiled cabbage like we prepare in the South. The Mac and Cheese didn't use traditional elbow noodles but was still quite good. I didn't really get much flavor of the smoked Gouda. It could've as easily have been cheddar based. The corn was on the cob and slightly dry in spots but still quite favorable. I loved the Fish and Frites--hot, crispy, and substantial. The fries were well-seasoned. This was the pinnacle of the "from-scratch" delineation of this spot. I was not a fan of the coleslaw. Matter fact, no one at our table was. We are used to a sweeter, shredded preparation ideal for topping hotdogs or sausage and this was terse and bitter. I suggest they reconsider this recipe. We left it on the table as a testament to our dislike and shared it with our kind waiter. We didn't have dessert and had ample amounts to take home/to our hotel for later. They are located right near the terminals at Port Canaveral. There is ample parking and it's free parking. It's great for family dinners.

The bar staff was super friendly and on top of their game. They handled all of our needs without pause. The Sun-kissed Spinach dip was ALL THAT and then some... SO GOOD!!! My Caesar salad was awesome and the salmon added to the salad made it precisely what I needed!! My partner love the Tortellini as well (she finished the whole thing!!!!) We sat outside and the weather was perfect!! We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Service is really slow. Lunch took about two hours and there were one of a few tables in the restaurant. Our server was really nice and refilled drinks. We got apps and maybe that threw him off. Overall though, didn't seem to pick up on the pace of lunch. My mahi mahi was terrible - dry Fish, greasy sauce, and undercooked veggies. This place would be good for dockside cocktails but skip the food.

Delicious food and excellent service by Calvin! We had fish and fries and blackened seafood Alfredo, and they were both the bomb!

**INITIAL REVIEW** The Space Coast (Brevard County) doesn't have many locations that centers on tourism. However, if there is one location that truly centers a major part of its business on tourism, it is easily Cape Canaveral. Recognized as the busiest port in the world (Officially), Cape Canaveral is known for being a viewpoint for shuttle launches and a port-of-call for cruise ships. Ergo, being a center where tourists come and go, it is only natural restaurants would want to open up in the area and get some of that money the tourists are spending. Most of the restaurants opted to be on the water of Port Canaveral, including Gators, Rusty's, Fishlips, and Grills. However, there is one that differs opting a view of the iconic (and often empty or in repair) Exploration Tower, Rising Tide Tap and Table. Though an address is provided, Rising Tide Tap and Table (which I will shorthand simply to Rising Tide for the remainder of this review) is the only restaurant on the lake that features Exploration Tower, that huge unique tower that is supposed to look like a sail of a ship. The restaurant looks like a beach-trendy lifeguard shack scaled up for the Jimmy Buffet chic. That means you should bring your best flip-flops and fanciest button-down Hawaiian shirt. Inside, there is ample seating both in the main dining area, the bar, and the outside dining porch/patio/deck. I have eaten here multiple times and have always either sat at the bar or at a booth with friends. Keeping up with the aforementioned description of Rising Tide's outdoor design, it was also utilized for their decor: stylized fish logos on the wall, hanging star lamps because sailors used them to navigate, etc. On my latest outing to Rising Tide, the one I will utilize the most in this review, I went here with my buddy Chops. Skylar, our waitress, was very sweet and helpful. Because of her, I decided to try some of the seasonal menu items including the Steak and Bleu Cheese Sandwich and the Peach Cobbler, which I actually shared with friends. My meal came with a Caesar Salad which was more Boujee attempt to keep my mouth hole busy before the real food came. Chops, on the other hand, had to try out the Fish and Chips. He said it was really good and cooked to perfection. We also got some special mixed drinks: he got an Old Fashioned and I got the Margarita. And though I don't have any pics, I have been here with Roadie X eating plenty of their appetizers while chugging down different beers including Mango Carts and Caribs. Their calamari and fish dip (whenever they have it) are really good. Ultimately, Rising Tide is definitely my "go-to" whenever I am up in Port Canaveral. It is always great to enjoy some brews and appetizers after and afternoon of using highly-sophisticated global positioning system technology to go head-in, ass-out in the bushes and trees in search of Tupperware (geocaching). I highly recommend people check Rising Tide out, and if you are there during the late "Fall" and "Winter" months, opt to sit on the porch/patio/deck and enjoy the sunset falling past the horizon of Exploration Tower. Also, since I only been to Rising Tide twice, I am only going to give them four out of five stars. My fifth star for consistency will be added once I go two more times, and the everything - service, food, atmosphere, etc. - is just as good as my previous two visits. P.S. - If you are a scavenger hunter, like me, and enjoy letterboxing, there is a letterbox hidden inside Rising Tide. I missed it the last time I was there because they "moved things around," but my fellow letterboxing friends found it and have placed it back where it belongs. Guess who's going back to Rising Tide real soon?

I've been to Rising Tide a few times. My overall impression is that it's an average dining experience. I hesitated to give it three stars as I've had a few really great experiences here but not anything over and above consistent. The service has always been excellent and when we had an issue it was resolved quickly and with grace. I love their large beer selection but I feel like the cocktails are personally a hit or a miss... haven't had a cocktail that's wowed me but it's not really that vibe anyway. I love that they have a Sunday brunch or at-least serve something beyond 1030am. We had a different experience trying to get breakfast at another restaurant in the port that we walked out of and into Rising Tide instead and glad we did. The first time we had brunch here was delicious! The second time I think someone messed up the biscuits and they were not good. But the star in my opinion anyway is the homefries! Ive been here for lunch and dinner on separate occasions and don't recall what I had but I also didn't dislike whatever I had enough to remember it. So for that it's an "average" experience. Though I will say if you're up for brunch and in the Port, give it a try here.

We had a party of six and were sat immediately. We wanted a view of the water so we asked to move tables and I'm glad we did. We moved to a bar area with a booth that had a better view and better lighting. Our waitress McKayla was so sweet and pretty I just loved her, I think she was also bartending. She even made my son who has special needs some honey mustard when that's not even on the menu. That was really special to me. We enjoyed all of our food very much! This place is a very cool addition to the cruise terminal area and I really had a great time with my family!

Service was very friendly, has area for outside seating, great atmosphere, shrimp and seafood is very fresh, the seafood Alfredo was very tasty as well as tacos. Would definitely come again! Food is made from scratch. Good selection of Florida beers.

    Our view from the patio.

We only had drinks. The beer and cider were very good. Sat on the patio, the view was beautiful. The food looked good and smelled great, but we had already had our dinner before stopping in. I'd love to try it again if I get back to this area.

    Popcorn Shrimp

Beautiful setting on the pond overlooking the pretty former nautical museum. Ample patio seating for a quiet lunch before embarking on our cruise. Popcorn shrimp was a surprising mix of shrimp, popcorn and bang bang sauce. Very tasty! The chicken quesadilla with their blend of salsa was also a pleasant surprise. Both were more than enough for lunch. Service was fast and friendly.

    Happy hour menu $5 each

Nice place been going on and off to this place for last 5 years Happy hour. $5 cocktails OUTSTANDING. The old fashioned with redemption bourbon was definitely worth the price. Too bad I'm driving or I'd order another. $5 apps were OK. They all taste very VERY good, but paying about one Buck per fried shrimp or small meatball or boneless swing AKA chicken nugget. It's been awhile but their beer pairing dinners are extremely highly recommended. Check their Facebook or other page to reserve, but it's custom dinners off the menu paired with a local brewery. Absolutely a fantastic evening. Indoor and outdoor seatings are nice and great for large groups I took advantage of the $5 cocktails, but their four-page beer menu is very hefty with lots of great draft options.

    Bananas foster cheesecake..fabulous!
    Jason B.

This joint was recommended by a friend, and it did not disappoint. Started with the popcorn shrimp, and ended with the bananas foster cheesecake. The former was crispy with a great sauce, and the latter was cool, creamy, and topped with fried bananas...what more could you want, except a great local beer list...which also was top notch! Ambiance is seaside industrial, service was friendly and helpful, and prices are in line with the locale... if I'm back in Canaveral, I'm back here...this joint makes the list!

We made 7:45pm dinner reservations however we arrived early and found space at the bar so we decided to eat there versus a table. We ordered the scallops appetizer. They were cooked to perfection. I have Tuna and my husband had the short ribs. Oh my goodness. They were so good. Service was fast and efficient. Entrees were out within 15 minutes of ordering. Though that's the case we were not rushed to finish our meal. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend.

All were great, but loved the uniqueness and deep flavor of the coffee one. 5 stars - Bread: warm basket of ciabatta was a big hit. We had to order another. 5 stars - Key lime pie: more tart than sweet and a good crust. In my top 3 (and I order it everywhere I go). 4.5 stars - Wine list: decent selections and prices. - Martinis: our table had a cucumber, espresso, chocolate, and lemon drop type and they were all great. - Kids menu: fresh pasta, grilled chicken, and more. My son got both to make his own chicken pasta and enjoyed it. Midlights: - Short rib pasta: sounded amazing and was good, but could've used a bit more flavor in the filling and thinner pasta exterior. 3.5 stars Lowlights: - Ambient noise: party music from the dive bar next door doesn't really fit the quiet vibe of the nice restaurant.
