It's stressful to order. You can only order at the kiosk via card. Not good at all for this area. It was chaotic this last experience.

I was just there at 2:47 I ordered my food in drive thru there was two cars in front of me waiting for door dash orders. They allowed the two cars to hold up the drive thru instead of having them pull to the side. I waited a total of 23 minutes nobody was at the first window when you pay the entire time I was waiting behind both cars. Once I reached the second window the young man was getting smart with me because I asked was my drink watery now since I waited so long he got smart and said we didn't even make your drink yet. Then he just looked at me like I was dumb and got smart again and said duh I'm waiting for u to pay I told him I'm using Apple Pay he wanted to take my phone back to the first window when I asked for the manager she didn't show her face she told him to tell me to drive back around. After I already sat there for 23 minutes. Yall need to fire the whole store and hire people with better customer service skills. read more

The worst customer service the worker are very rude and nasty taking 20-40 minutes to give customer there food.also the store have these outrageous lines in the store and drive through and start to fuss at customers when they ask bout they food most of the workers need to be retrained and fire the service and management is piss poor I wouldn't recommend going here unless you want to wait 2-3 hours for your food. read more

The last time I was here, I ordered some fries and a shake. The person who did my shake got it to me super quick. (Great Service Right?! WRONG!) I asked them if they could tell me the status of my fries and they snapped at me saying "I don't do fries!" in the most disrespectful tone. Don't know what caused that but I gave her hell and ended up getting my food free because I wasn't paying for that shitty service. This establishment is the classic case of being in an urban area and the employees feeling as though they don't owe you good customer service. My GF started her order by saying, "I have a coupon for buy large sandwich1 get 1.."...Before she could finish her sentence, the guy working the drivethru abruptly cuts her off and says, "What's your sandwich?" It was very rude and her and I both noticed. I get that you're coached to move the line as fast as possible and you've probably seen that coupon 100 times that day, but that 10-20 seconds you saved is the difference between 5 stars and 1. Next, (this was kind of our fault, but I still don't like the way it was handled), I had one of the sandwhiches be a grilled, Premium chicken sandwhich. He asked which one and we didn't know there were multiple, but then he agitatedly says, "Which one, it's like 5 sandwhiches up there." He was right, but the tone just left a bad taste. This McDonalds is fairly new and was moved about a block down from where it used to be. It looks nice inside and out but the customer service has not changed at all. I started to give him the benefit of the doubt and assume he had a long day or was trying to move the line, but I spoke to my roommate about it and he said they were rude to them the 2 or 3 times that he went. Do not let these inner city establishments think they can treat you like anything just because they're in "the hood." I know the pool of polite people to choose from may be few, but that's no excuse. We live in the age of communication and information, so put these places out there, and boycott, if needed. (can't believe I'm passionate about a McDonalds. I usually hate eating McDonald's but I was starving. Reluctantly, I went to this McDonald's, and I was greeted by Aneisha (I believe). She was pleasant and quite upbeat for a crowded Sunday morning. I ordered a chicken biscuit for my sister and hash browns and coffee for myself. The coffee was surprisingly good, and my hash brown was hot and crispy. My sister felt that her chicken wasn't cooked thoroughly. Overall, I had a nice experience, and I will return if I'm starving and on Marlboro Pike. Hopefully, I will have Aneisha to brighten my morning. read more

Take too long with orders no matter the time of day. Ordered on Uber eats and they don't give sauce.

If i could give no stars i would. The service is super slow. I left my house 15 minutes early so that i could get breakfast and coffee and of course arrive to work a little early (this place is 2 minutes from my house). I was the third car in line and waited 8 minutes and once i pulled up the the main window i waited an additional 5 minutes before i pulled off leaving my order behind because now I'm going to be late to work. After refusing to go back i said what the heck after a few month. Order my coffee and got to the window to have the lady scan my FREE coffee and it didn't work. She went to get a manager who tried to tell me that i needed to order more coffee to get a free one even though it said "redeem yourself free coffee now" and "you've earned 1 free coffee" both showed on the screen. She then proceeded to shake her head as if I was the one who was unable to read or understand what i was read. I just told them to give me my card back and pulled off. It will be a cold day in heck before i ever go back here. read more

Why did I revisited this McDonald's again. I needed to use the restroom facilities and the women's bathroom didn't have soap, the floor was wet, the bathroom stink, and the toilets were nasty. This McDonald's is very nasty. read more

This was my first visit to this rather recently opened McDonalds. It was bright, clean and the staff seemed courteous enough given that it was after 8:00 PM. I ordered an item I've never tried before. Chicken McBites. This is a disaster! What I received was a medium serving of inedible fried flour with not a wit of chicken or anything else (at least I hope not) in it. That was a total waste of $2.99, and I didn't discover this folly on my part until I'd gotten home. Don't waste your money. It's too hard to come by these days. read more
