This is the worst McDonald's I have ever had ordered from 1st they always claim they are out of half their menu , 2nd when you do a mobile order they claim their system is down and they can't process any mobile orders , 3rd their staff has attitude issues they don't like it when you come back to the restaurant to get your order corrected after they messed it up. So if I could I would give a 0 rating since this has been an ongoing issue for several months and no sign of improvement at all. read more

Terrible service! They do not seem to know how to alternate taking orders at the two drive-thru order boards. I gave them my code off the McDonald's app and she asked me to repeat it (as they so often do). Then she said it would not take that and for me to refresh the app. I did that, and then the app told me I would have to wait 15 minutes before using the app again. However, I did not USE the app the first time, because the code would not work. Please fix the app glitches!! I asked the girl if she could honor the deal anyway and she said "no" so I told her I was leaving. She said "Have a good day!" but it was not a friendly tone. We went into the dining room and ordered our breakfast because we needed to stop to use the bathroom on our way back home. The lady who took our order was super friendly and nice. Our food was out within minutes of us ordering. I was also impressed that they offer one free meal a day to those police who stop by in uniform. That's very respectable! read more

Once I pulled up to the window to pay, I pretty much had to catch my drink because the lady couldn't get rid of it quick enough. Took one bite out of my Double Quarter Pounder and realized that apparently they just brown the outside of the patties now, as well as get the bun nice and soggy for you. Glad I didn't order a salad. Worst service ever. Sat in line for 15 minutes before finally getting to the speaker to order. Then she tells me to hold on. After about 10 minutes, and being blocked in this entire time, I look over and see the person next to me placing an order. I finally had to talk into the box that I was still there waiting and had been much longer. She got a nasty attitude and had one the entire time. I wasted 30+ minutes at this sorry place. UPDATE 8/23/18 Went to get breakfast and had to repeat my order 5 times. Got to the window and she still didn't have it right. Added and iced American because it showed up on the menu. AND she left it off after repeating multiple times. Get to the second window and they hand me hot coffee. Told them that's not what I ordered. HORRIBLE is the first word that comes to mind. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. First, the drive through line - which SHOULD be renamed to the "Pull up. Put you car down n park. Got a book to read? If not, how about you car owners manual? You're going to be here a while - Lane" 4, FOUR, cars from the other lane gave their orders and drove forward as I counted. I tried to get someone's attention. "Hello?" I called out. Another car. "Hello... hello?"Ahhh, speaker response. "We are taking orders from both lanes!" Someone barks. Dead air. Finally speaker turns back on, and I order. Of course by the time I drive around to the payment window, the truck that had originally been immediately in front of me in the same order lane, was LONG gone. Then I pay. Next window, "please pull up (one of my sandwiches needs to be cooked. 1:19pm I get in line (just happened to be texting my son). 1:29 ordered. By now, I'm keeping track. 1:50 I get my sandwiches. I went to McDonald's this afternoon and ordered 3 plain butter biscuits and a large tea. When I got to the window she told me my total was $7.49. I told her that was not right - that I wanted plain butter biscuits. She tried to say I wanted chicken biscuits and I said No, I wanted plain butter biscuits. She then left the window and when she came back she said my total was $7.49. I told her that was not right that plain butter biscuits were usually just $1. She said they were $2. I told her to just forget it and drove off. She either needs training or McDonald's has lost their mind if they expect anyone to pay $2 for a plain biscuit. read more

Horrible Experience. Cars were wrapped around the drive thru lanes and the employees were moving like molasses. Tattoos, piercings, weird hairdos, and a rowdy crowd (employees mixing it up with customers) awaited me inside as I didn't want to wait. I stood patiently as the "employee" waited on someone before me. Then a guy came up after I had been there 5-7 minutes and the "employee" waited on HIM!! I left, the employee watched me, and nothing was said to make it right. We now have 2 McDonald's in my town that cater to loud, rowdy, and disrespectful employees and customers. I am done. read more
