Not sure why I continue to expect exceptional service from this place. As usual when my order was handed to me, I ask for all the breakfast condiments, especially some jelly "It's inside the bag, sir" I know better. They were not! Special Request was almost made correct. Friendly/quick service from Maryland was GOOD compared to other MCDs. Most of employee/managers were helpful and friendly. I go here due to friendly staff but AVOID when thirsty due to NO self serve drinks and needing to wait in line to get a refill (for water). Self serve refill is closed, so I don't frequent MCDs as often due to trouble to get refills for ice or drinks. Self serve water should be made available. This is LOST marketing since thirst brought me BUT now, I go to small markets with made to order tacos vs. MCDs. Clean interior/table but AC is so HIGH my food and I get cold sitting in 10m. The young Hispanic girl at the register saw that I was next in line and looked right past me and asked this other Hispanic lady if she needed help. Despite having called the previous day and receiving confirmation that our order would be ready, we had issues ! Upon arrival, the staff was unable to locate our order under the name "Jacob." As a result, we were only given two of the three missing items. This lack of organization is crazy & unacceptable. I confidently drove into this McDonald's restaurant expecting to order after school meals for my grandkids. Didn't happen!!! Imagine my disappointment when the restaurant was out of nearly everything: No water, no soft drinks at all, the Menu display was out of order and illegible, and the worker who took the order gave me such attitude. There was no "thank you for coming to McDonald's". In fact the service was so poor, it prompted me to write this review. I tried to purchase a happy meal at this location and was told they were unable to sell happy meals at this time. I had to purchase every item separate and wasnt given the happy meal price.  I ordered a small Sprite and was told they didn't have sprite or Dr pepper at this time.  When I got my order I asked for 2 ranch and 2 sweet n sours. I was told I could only get 1. I told them I didn't care if I have to pay for the extra ones and she insisted I can only get one.  I told her,  first you can't sell me a happy meal,  you don't have Sprite and im supposed to go home with only 1 sauce. She tried to avoid me getting extra sauce by telling me I had to pay 0.25 each extra sauce. I didn't care about paying but you'd think that was the least they could do especially since they couldn't sell happy meals and didn't have Sprite. My boyfriend and I are both frontliners and love that McDonald's are giving Thank You Meals to first responders and healthcare workers. Since they started, on days we work, my boyfriend and I will stop by a McDonald's to grab a meal. We've never had a problem before. We show our badges and no questions asked. We decided to stop by this McDonald's on the way home. When we asked if we could order two Thank You Meals, they said they can only give one meal per car. We explained we had two people in the car and had both our badges. They still said no, even after we asked why other locations give two.
