Service at this location is very slow. Customer service is sub par. Ordered through the app and decided on curbside pick up because line for drive through was too long. Waited for 30 minutes. The only thing good about this location is the playground. The priority is the drive thru so be prepared, if you go inside; to wait at least 20 minutes to realize you're missing something from your order then have to wait an additional 10-15 minutes for them to stop arguing with you about how they put the sauce inside the happy meal then another additional 10-15 minutes for them to get said sauce lol. The 2 workers (2 ladies on March 14 @ 3-4) working the dining room are unprofessional and combative. I wonder when the minimum wage goes up in April if they'll be just as unprofessional and combative... Only come here cos it's the nearest one to my house. Always, always, double check your order before you leave especially at drive thru. Or else you'll be going home missing at least something. McDonald's has this whole "double checked" thing but don't believe that. I've learned to always check before I even drive off. I ordered through the drive thru and once I pulled up they asked me to order everything again and that I couldn't use the coupon because they already used it (without actually giving me anything). The staff gives no apology and honesty just doesn't care at all. I was waiting at the drive thru for about 30 minutes and got cold fries and nuggets. Been to this location a few times in the past since it's not too far from work. Today just came here to try and get one of those coins for the Big Mac but they were out of them as I expected. Anyways this location is off of Avalon in Carson it's a pretty good sized location also has the playground that is indoors and in a separate room from the main restaurant. This location has also been upgraded to having the self order kiosk. Overall an ok location it's clean and has space only downside when coming here during the peak lunch hour is dealing with the parking and trying to enter and exit due to the traffic on Avalon. read more

I always make it a point to park and go inside to place my order. I to go order is always the same and the workers know me as a regular BUT despite being a regular face, my orders have often been short and not complete. I now have to check my order before leaving. It's should not be up to the customer to check if i have 2 deluxe breakfasts and all that comes with it (2 hash browns are always forgotten). 2 apple pie (always have to check if they are in the bag), 4 sausage and egg McMuffin's. So we're buying food as the kids play and I pick up the food as I order from my app. The issue is picking up the food. They ignore you. They act like robots just bagging food. This place doesn't let you get your own drinks. So I'm standing just to ask for a cup of water, and I'm standing there for 5+ minutes. When I did customer service I acknowledge a person right away who comes to the counter. When someones at the counter, you're supposed to acknowledge them. I really do wish McDonald's automates things more so I can have a machine drop down water when I press a button. My friend wasnt in the car with me, and I wasnt sure what I should get her. My ordertaker went over a few items on the menu and told me she'd wait while I called to ask. Horrible service!! You order ahead of time on your phone app to save time but drive thru is way faster(tried a couple of times). Also, the app needs improvement!! It lets you choose your sauces but when you get your order, they tell you that it's only available if you order BTS meal.. my son wanted to try the sauces(literally the only reason why we decided to have mcdonald's) but didn't really want the fries so we were glad that we can get the nuggets with the sauce he wanted(SO WE THOUGHT!) The app lets you pick the sauces and CONFIRMED it!!! Avoid this location. I should have learned my lesson the first time. A few weeks ago during a late night study session tr, I was sent to purchase food. Asked for NO ONIONS/EXTRA PICKELS on my big mac and of course I get onions. The indoor entrance was locked so I had to go through the drive through which took over 30mins. Today: I pick up food for my family since we are unable to attend any family celebrations. I order (for myself) #9 without onions/extra pickels. HOW HARD IS THAT! I get home and only one cheeseburger is correct, the other has ONIONS with regular pickles. I call. The manager states AI can go back and do drive through. I tell her last time that took 30mins. I stated I wanted my order corrected and a refund. She said she couldn't. I go back and manager states she can give me a refund and remake my order. O get my food and start to leave when I realize she didnt give me a refund. I go inside and tell her my refund? With a smug look on her face, she states neither remake your food or you get no food and a refund. YOU MESSED UP MY ORDER! That isn't what you just told me.
