This location is closest to my residence. Myself and 4 others stepped in for a little lunch today. Of course it was a little busy as it was right at the start of their lunch rush. But honestly, the drive-through made it look worse than it really was... The drive-through is wrapped around the building, as usual. But inside, it was not really busy at all. Only one other person in the lobby at the time that we sat down to eat. The young lady behind the cash register was nice and patient. She accidentally entered in one of our orders incorrectly, but it was quickly fixed. How's the weather like this location 2 to 3 do it yourself set up in the lobby. So When in a rush, you can step up, order your own meal, and pay for it with a credit card before just picking it up. That really lessens the chance of errors with your order. read more

Upon reaching the drive thru speaker, we were greeted with "Uh..is this a doordash, ubereats, or postmates order?". Which didn't surprise us because sometimes, this location at night suddenly goes "cash only" and you can only order at the 2nd window. Which seems shady. Fortunately for us we had a mobile order...or they weren't going to take our order at all. At the window we were informed that they did not have the 3.99 Frappe I ordered and offered to replace it with a 1.00 soft drink, That's all. When we received our order the 2 medium fries were only half full, cold and seemed to be just the tiny end pieces of fries at the bottom of the bag. We backed up to the window, we had not fully pulled away yet and complained about the fries. The guy said "Oh ok I'll drop some fresh fries for yall.." Um..Isnt this done anyway? Arent customers supposed to be served HOT and FRESH fries with their order? These fries had obviously been sitting a while. It was also obvious that a small fry was just dropped into the larger fry box. I am appalled at the employee's laziness. 2 employees standing around doing nothing, no cars in the drive thru before us or after us...yet neither of them can make fries? Are giving customers cold fries made who knows how long ago? With McDonald's prices this is unacceptable. We got new fries 5 mins later...greasy without a drop of salt. This McDonalds is a freaking joke. Paid for my order at 12:38am. At 1:04 am I am still sitting at the window waiting for my food. How many egg McMuffins can u cook In 30 minutes. Then the Witch that delivered our order slammed the window shut on me when I went off on her for the fact that we waited so long and didn't even give us our drink. We received our order at 1:10am. The drive thru window was open the whole time we were sitting there waiting, so we could hear the employees laughing and playing while we were waiting, no one ever came back to the windows until 1:10 when our order was delivered. Also, we ordered a sausage and egg McMuffin and a egg McMuffin, the egg McMuffin didn't even have the Canadian bacon on it. If I were the owner, I'd fire every lazy ass person who was on the shift that night. Just because you're a fast food restaurant doesn't mean you have to be low rate and suck. I unfortunately have to come to this McDonald's because it's the closest to where I work & live. Honestly just speechless. Every time I go to McDonald's for breakfast & sometimes lunch (which is pretty often since it's the closet to me) there is a problem. There is this one older woman (can't remember her name but she works at the front counter) there that has verbally attacked me & was going back & forth with me & threatening to get physical with me putting her finger in my face just being completely disrespectful. Like don't get me wrong I get it. I'm not a Karen I used to work at Starbucks for 3 years & I understand customers can get very annoying & sometimes unreasonable. I never come in there with bad energy or ever trying to rush or anything. But yet this woman just has the worst attitude towards me. I did call corporate about this & the woman is still there so it's very clear McDonald's doesn't care who's representing their company. I understand working at McDonald's probably sucks & dealing with customers all day is annoying but I shouldn't have my day ruined just trying to order a iced caramel macchiato. But there's more ... I let all that go. I kept going back there since AGAIN it's the closet to me :( .... There is a younger girl working at the counter so I'm trying to order a large iced caramel macchiato with 4 extra shots & instead of the caramel syrup can you substitute vanilla syrup... Whoever was working 11:30pm 12/4/21 should be fored immediately. Wasnt taking orders at the speaker, so i drove up to the window and wasnt helped for another 10 minutes. extremely rude cashier, maybe he was a night manager idk. i called ahead of time to check and see if they had iced coffee, was told yes & when i got there they weren't taking orders at the drive thru order area, they gave no explanation as to why. waited in line for over 45 minutes to have our order taken at the payment window just for the man to say that he never told me they had iced coffee (i spoke to a woman when i called), and he said i hung up. he then got into a petty argument with my husband before we eventually just drove off. We ordered our food through the app to pick up. We got there and parked at the curb side pick up and put the curb side number in the app. All this took place between 8:00pm and 8:30pm. We waited a little over 10 minutes and decided to go inside to why we never received our order. Mind you they were not busy. We waited at the counter and a lady who was the manager acknowledged us and said someone will be with us in a minute. She called for some guy. The guy went to the register but didn't acknowledge us. He looked like he didn't want to be there. Another customer walked in and asked if he could take their order. I then asked him if he was taking orders if so we wanted to know about our curbside order through the app. He went and found the order sitting on top of something and gave it to us. Who knows how long it was sitting there because when we hot home the food was not warm. This was the worst customer service. What was the point in using the app for curbside pick up if the were workers don't check on the cars sitting in the curbside pickup.This location is the worst at night to go get food from. This McDonald's, although updated, often will get big orders wrong. I have ordered things as simple as 2 double quarter pounder with cheese from the drive thru and when I drive off, it will be 1 double and 1 single, both in the double boxes. The food is often served warm, never hot for some reason. Many of the behind the counter staff have attitudes,like they are not interested in helping you. What else are they there for? I think the employees are stealing money! You advertise 2 mcdoubles for $3.00 My husband ordered 4 and 1 small fry. The nasty woman at the window charged us almost $12.00. When my husband ask why, she said they don't give prices like that at this McDonald's. I do not recommend this restaurant, the staff is rude very poor customer service. They obviously do not understand the English language, just plan do not care about their customers, they are always speaking in Spanish so you don't know what they are saying.
