If I could give a no star review, then I would. Whoever is the female employee, with a bunch of face piercings, she needs to go. I never been to an establishment and was approached by someone so rude and then preceded to be yelled at as i left the store. Meanwhile, shes dripping in sweat trying to handle people food. I placed my order for pick up ... arrived 30 minutes later (keep in mind, I only ordered a chicken sandwhich) and my order still had not been prepared. I completely understand being busy and was not mad at all. I was on my lunch break and could not wait much longer. I was completely okay with cancelling my order if were to take too long. And I would have done this with NO hassle. However, the funky employee felt as if I didn't have the right to ask how long my order...that I placed 30 minutes ago... would take. SERIOUSLY Dinning room is closed, no choice but drive thru. Check my bag 2 spicy sandwiches and fry. Get home not even 5 minutes away Fries are cold then I take a bite out of my sandwich and there's a think over cooked peice of chiken (way past the storage timmer on the oven, it should have been tossed.) I frequent this location for lunch during the work week and lately I have been very disappointed. Their soda machine is always out, they lock their doors and force you to use the drive through, and the food is served cold. Today their door was open but when I arrived to the cash register a woman with an attitude said, "We don't have any registers open." She didn't give me any additional information to work with. I waited for someone else to come around to inquire about ordering but I ended up back in my car in the drive through because I have a short window for taking my lunch. I could really have done without her attitude and rude customer service. The drive through line was long and slow. I spent the majority of my lunch waiting in line. I know it's a fast food restaurant but they could at least act like they care a little bit? I won't be making a trip back to this Wendy's anytime soon. read more

staff was amazing night time ! everything was hot and fresh and that was surprising come from the location !

There were 4 people not in uniform (in fact dressed all types of ways) hanging all over the ordering counter and 2 employees in the back. When I walked into the unlocked lobby, one of the 4 ratchets told me the lobby was closed (not the employee, he just nodded his head). So despite not locking lobby and having people in it, the only option was the drive through which they aren't tending to at all because they're busy hanging out with the ratchets at the counter where they aren't serving people. The bar was already on the floor cause it's a Wendy's and they couldn't even hit that mark. 0/10 will never visit again. read more

It took forever for only a #1 single with no lettuce, tomatoes, or pickles. The cashier was about as cold as the burger that I received. I love Wendy's and the food but the person who was managing 2/23 @9pm has horrible service and should not be the example of a Fast food management rep. Attitude and no gratitude... get better workers with great customer service skills or have them work in the back. Change of management is most def needed. Customer service is key... Getting my order wrong then catching attitude and grunting and saying I ordered incorrectly when it was clearing advised what was ordered. Not only did my food take forever, but it was wrong. I also tried the Giant JBC for the first time & it was dry & had only 1 piece of cheese on it. If I'm paying more for a "GIANT" burger I expect it to be better. The original is obviously my favorite & reminds me of my childhood. Nights after a football game with my friends. The 5801 N Sharon Amity Road location has always been sub-par. Tonight really broke the straw for me though, due to a mishap with the mobile order. When I got to the drive through I informed the employee at the speaker that I had a mobile order and I gave her the name of the mobile order. She then proceeded to tell me that she had no idea what I was talking about and that they don't do mobile orders at this restaurant. So I then went to go park and go inside the store myself except the store was being renovated so I had to drive around in the drive through again. This time I drove straight to the window. I told the employee that I had a mobile order and she then asked if I had an order number. I responded by saying that the app didn't provide a number but that the name of the order was ---- . She then said that I had to drive up to the next window. I proceeded to drive up to the last window and I told the next employee that I had a mobile order and I tried to explain to him that my fiance got confirmation from his card that the order went through because he was charged the full amount for this order. The employee then proceeded to tell me that unfortunately they do not do mobile orders at this location but some locations do. So then I asked him if the address I had on my mobile order matched the store location's address and the employee confirmed that it did indeed match the store's address. He said well I'm sorry but there's nothing I can do about that we don't do mobile orders here. I was really frustrated at this point so I had to cancel my order on the Wendy's app and go elsewhere. I then called customer support @(888) 624-8140 to let them know about my experiences (by the way, you should call customer support for Wendy's and let them know about your experiences here because the lady on the phone was really professional and understanding of the events that I described to her) and I asked them if they offer mobile orders at all locations or are some locations excluded. She said that it was just a training error and that all locations have the capability of fulfilling mobile orders. So anyhow a representative from Wendy's @ the above mentioned address is supposed to call me back so there may be an updated ending to this saga of a failed order. By far the worst Wendy's I have ever stopped at. I've gone through drive through plenty of times and they take forever, even when it's not busy. The last time I stopped to dine in was not a very good experience. I went to take my daughter to the bathroom and it was disgusting. The trash was overflowing, it smelled like urine, there was an ADULT diaper wrapped on top of the trash, and toilet paper all over the floor. After a few months, I decided to stop by today, again with my daughter, I had to walk out and leave before ordering. Just walking in the smell of urine and humid nasty water slaps you in the face! I really don't know how people were sitting there eating. I don't think I'll be going there again, even if it's so conveniently close to home. I would much rather make a drive and go elsewhere. read more

I don't understand how so many people work here without actually doing any work. The line is often wrapped around the building and no one seems to have any interest in doing their job. We need to work on our food business here, Wendy's (on Sharon Amity Rd. in Charlotte, NC). Maybe it was just a bad day for the employees but the entire ordering process was slow. Not because the line was backed but there was an inadequacy about the entire process, from ordering the food, to getting the food. The cashier seemed new or not adequately trained, countless food and drink orders were long, the time to get the food for each customer while I was there was very slow. This is not an patient/impatient thing, this was just, well, slow and many of the food orders were slow to get filled and they were very incorrect on top of that. They did seemed very well, adequately staffed so I am unsure as to what the problem is or if this is/was a 1 time fluke. read more

I've stopped here twice on the way home from work, and both times they have gotten my Order wrong. I ordered a number 1 cheese burger, I drive home look inside and they give me a chicken sandwich, like how do you mess up that bad??? The second time I came here I ordered chicken nuggets with fries, they give me a cheeseburger???? Seriously?? Then when I turn around and come back so they can correct it, I stand there for 20 minutes listening to them arguing saying, that's not what he ordered!!! Why would I drive back and return the order that I was giving???? On top of that, they weren't polite, they didn't apologize, they gave me my correct order and walked away!!
