There's really only one thing I get from McDonalds is the $1 cones, but here, they have really good soft serve.

So much has changed. nearly 30 percent of the time I am missing items from my order. If the items arn't missing then we are being pulled because there are no hash browns. We stop every sat and Sunday morning for breakfast while we are headed north on 41. Make sure you get a receipt and check your food. This will slow the line down but I'm done driving away only to get home and fine half of my order is missing. Driving back to get the missing items and then enjoying a nice cold breakfast. Sorry to everyone else that will need to wait while I audit a small bag of food. This morning I had 2 sandwich meals, eggs and two sausage patties. That's a total of 9 things to put into one bag. You can use your fingers to count and still have one extra finger. The people that work here are very friendly. This is not a people problem IT'S A TRAINING, MANAGEMENT AND PROCESS PROBLEM. FYI, if you visit when a manager by the name of Elvira is working your order will be perfect. So whatever Elvira is doing, train the other managers to do the same. read more

I ordered some nuggets and a McFlurry, one of the nuggets had a big black chunk in it and the Mcflurry wasn't mixed

terrible service and food. if you even get what youre supposed to. this is everytime too. we live a block from this place and its ridiculous how often they make you wait for things and don't give you the order without 5 things missing. I understand it's a fast environment but ownership doesn't care at all. it's been like this for years and years. how does one make someone wait for 15 minutes for 4 sausage biscuits and then only give them 3. it's lunacy and terrible service. I hold management and ownership accountable not the overworked staff. they never have enough people there either. Do you like your fast food experience to contain all the excitement of an IRS audit? Well then this is the place for you. Forest Gump would say, "life is like a Chaska McDonald's, ya never know what you're gonna get". Do you like escape rooms where you are trapped and need to gather enough items and eventually leave with a sense of accomplishment? That's what your drive through experience will be like. Did you find all the fries you paid for or will you get almost home to discover some are missing? The only way to find out is to dive head first into the experience and embrace the chaos. Will they make hash browns in advance or will you take a side quest only to be lost and forgotten about. This place is an adventure only India Jones could survive without going crazy. And that infamous stale grease smell will wash over you like a tropical falls the moment the drive through window opens. Can I recommend for a quick bite to eat? Heck no. But I can recommend it as an adventure experience topped only by the movie Raiders of the Lost ark. So grab your whip and man purse, tip down that fedora and swing on into McDonalds for a dining adventure unlike any other. read more

This is a go to stop for a quick bite and it's next to kwik trip. Easy in and off 212. Ordering is in two lanes and quick and efficient. It is dark back by the drive thru, I wish there were some more lighting. It looks closed or dreary. Otherwise the food is the standard, which is good. It is predictable and hot and McDonalds. read more

they never get your order right food is often old or cold! staff is often confused and get your order wrong!

I went to McDonald's in Chaska to get two ice cream cones, which is now almost 5 dollars. They used to be $.99 apiece last year as I pull up to the window to get my order. The boy comes up to the window. The tiny ice cream cones are totally melted and it's literally running down his hands, I told him that I would not accept that and he got angry. Made two new ones and when he came back, told me to have a nice day really sorry won't be back there! read more

I'm giving this place a 4 star review only for the fact that Lorena the lady who had just taken my order was so nice. I could tell she was newer and this location was getting busy with their morning commute rush. However, I'm very disappointed in what I witnessed as I came up to the first window to pay. She was getting yelled at for not answering in a timely manner. This manager or whoever she was yelled at her to the point that she made this nice girl cry and want to quit on the spot. That to me is unacceptable and I feel Lorena deserves an apology! I get that it's busy and it's the holidays and everyone gets short staffed. I worked in the fast food industry and retail for many years and no one and I mean NO ONE deserves that treatment no matter the situation! Lorena keep shining! You got this girl!! read more

This place is terrible. I have never felt more unheard in my life. All I wanted was a Mc flurry and to sit down and eat it with my friend and this location close there. I am their lobby an hour and a half before it said the lobby was closed. I am so disappointed and just feel like I am not heard as a human, and I feel like that I should be allowed to go in sit and eat my McFlurry. I wait 20+ mins in the drive through line after placing my order - just for them to tell me that they weren't accepting cards today. No sign? Awful service here we pulled up to the drive thru and the person working the window told us to go ahead and order. So we proceeded to order and then sat there for a couple mins with no response. We decided to drive up to the window and the person working the window just mouths to us that they were closed. Why in the world would you not tell that to someone before they order or sit in the drive thru for so long!!! read more

Where do I start. First and foremost, most of the staff is very rude. Rarely a hello, rarely a thank you. Many times the "pay" window attendant is busy talking to a coworker and not paying attention to the customer. I've had them drop my money past my hand because they're not paying attention so it falls to the ground. I'm not the only one this happens to because I've pulled up and found money on the ground. Common courtesy, manners, general respect is all we ask. We are paying for product and service so try to act like you care. Most of the fast food restaurants could take a lesson from Chick-fil-a. This McDonalds sucks and maybe corporate should step in. read more

Horrible service. I was told to wait for my food, about 15 minutes later they brought me a bag of food. I drove off and realized it was not my order. It took me about 3 miles to drive a loop to get back there. They knew their mistake. And they handed me the food I had ordered. Trouble is it was from 20+ minutes earlier and it was lukewarm. They didn't bother to do any service recovery. They didn't bother to make me something fresh. They didn't bother to accommodate me for my trouble. they did take the bag back that had three breakfast muffins in it that I had opened to see what was in there realizing it was not my order. Scary how they would take that back when we're dealing with the coronavirus. I think they wanted to give it to the rightful owner. Yikes!! read more

Normally this Mcdonald's has very good food. But recently when I go in the morning to try and get my breakfast. They're already done with breakfast by 10:20. I don't know why they keep closing it early since they used to close it at 10:45. Very disappointed. read more

If you're looking for the worst service at a McDonald's ever go to the Chaska location on Hazelton. I have not only a dairy allergy but an allergy to mustard. I asked the lady at the drive-through speaker for a Burger plain no cheese . When the order popped up on the screen it did not say plane and it did not say no cheese so when I went to confirm with her that it was plain with no cheese as she did not confirm with me I said to her I just want to remind you it's supposed to be plain with No cheese. Halfway through the word cheese I was cut off by the woman on the speaker saying yes I know I got it. This is completely unacceptable else the words plain no cheese did not come up on the screen and I'm highly allergic to mustard and dairy and had I gotten said Burger with either of those ingredients on it I very could easily ended up in the hospital. So I was simply trying to check with her so that I didn't have to check the Burger wall sitting in the drive-through holding up her line. I've never been treated so rudely in my life and will not be returning to this McDonald's. This happened at 12:00 p.m. on January 31st 2020. I would love for a manager to contact me. read more

The food was normal good food you would get at any McDonalds but everything I touched was sticky, I looked around and everything looked very dirty, even the floor. There was an employee wiping off tables and things with a rag that must have been used again and again and again without rinsing it off because it looked like everything was wiped with wet soda pop and then not dried. What a horrible sticky mess! read more

If you going to go to a McDonald's in Chaska, this is the one I prefer. Cleaner, newer and seemingly less trouble with turnover than the one downtown. Foods always been good, quick and hot. I've not had a bad experience here yet. read more

Taking my lunch break today I was told by the cheerful guy that he would bring my order to my table. Trouble was all the open tables had smeared sticky swipe marks or rings from previous guests. This was at 1pm so the lunch rush had faded and only six tables were in use so I chose the least awful looking table and waited with the flies buzzing around me. Finally I got my order brought out and I went to get something to drink. Two wet floor signs attested to the mess on the floor which was sticky. The two staff covering the lobby were not real busy looking but were checking in with the guests like waiter staff might do. Spare me the schmooze and just keep the tables and floors clean. I quickly ate so I could get out of there but for the time I was there no tables were cleaned and the floor stayed wet by the beverage counter. Really gross and I have eaten in places in Central and South America that were better managed. If you want to compete with Culver's just keep a clean place and don't worry that I might need to wait at the counter for my order. read more
