I placed our order at the kiosk in the restaurant at exactly 9:36 AM. Order number 861. 1 Gravy biscuit combo add egg, 1 sausage McMuffin combo and 1 burrito. We received our food at 9:58. Other people in the lobby had waited over 10 minutes for a small coffee. Another lady with a pickup order had waited well over 20 minutes in the parking lot for her order. There were plenty of employees there working, just zero urgency on anyones part. The kiosks did not print out receipts so half the people didnt have, or remember an order number and the staff was clueless on how to track down an order without that number. To top it all off, after waiting for over 20 minutes for our food, we got on the road, opened the bag and our order was incomplete. Zero hashbrowns for either combo. Weve been to this location many times over the years and it continues to get worse. Over 20 minutes for 2 breakfast combos is absurd.. they honestly just didnt care at all. We were traveling and pulled into this drive thru to grab something for lunch. Thete was a single line of cars, then when it got to the split for 2 lanes, each car would wait until one lane moved forward and then go into that lane. Unfortunately, there are always going to be some dimwitted who screw things up for everyone. I. This case, they wete cutting in from the right, just at the split. I don't blame McDonald's for this, though. Anyway, things were not moving, so I pulled around, parked, and went inside to order while everyone else waited in the car. When I got inside, the line was just as bad. It wasn't even lunchtime, so i'm not sure why the crowd. There are a couple of kiosks to order, or you can order from the register. I don't like to use kiosks or self checkout, so I waited in line at the cash register. The space in front of the cash register, where the kiosks were located was quite small and crowded. The line trying to get to the cash registers was crowding out the people trying to get to the kiosks. It was a terrible layout. I would not recommend going to this location. read more

Been coming here for 6 years. Been OK, but recently, there are things there to complain about. Quality has gone downhill, and the service is sloppy. I haven't gone here recently, but my sister complains of recent experiences. Furthermore, I was disappointed when I applied for a maintenance job and was asked to come in for an interview, but the manager asked 'not to' interview me after I waited 15 minutes for them. I was asked to wait for a phone call and then come back sometime soon. Never got a phone call. I know these things can happen, but I've never experienced this with any other. read more

Chose this restaurant for a road trip pit stop. Dining room had not been serviced recently and neither had the restrooms. Toilet paper dispensers were empty in both stalls of the Ladies'. There was a loose roll lying on the open baby changing table in one stall. They have the ordering kiosks but all we wanted was two Frozen Cokes but we weren't sure if we could place an order at the register or not. The employee behind the counter, who had an extremely sad affect, did take our order and we received our drinks quickly. Very refreshing on a hot day. read more

We stopped here for lunch on our vacation trip. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, food took 15 minutes, they forgot our cups, brought two and forgot the third, gave one bbq each and any extra were $.35 each. There were numbers on random tables that must not have been picked up so was hard to tell what tables were open. There was Koolaid on the floor. My burger was so dry and there was a dark brown circle almost the whole top of the bread so I took one bit and threw it away. I was seriously grossed out and just wanted to leave. First of all they never get the orders right .. I ordered a quarter lb with cheese.. I ask to make sure it was fresh because last one I got was dry... the young manger with the stupid hair cut tells me no it wasn't I said yes it was he said must have been 6 months ago then .. I said no it was last week! Service is always top notch and restaurant is clean. the team seems to "work together", which is nice to see (and we, the clients get the benefit of that)! I used to LOVE McDonalds breakfast but after the last 3 visits, yes, THREE. Ive decided to cook breakfast at home. The last 3 saturdays, I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese mcmuffin to go. After getting it home the 1st visit, the bread was so hard I couldnt even bite into it. Unedible. Too far to drive back to get another. The next saturday was a repeat except for the sandwich had no cheese and hard scrambled eggs that were folded about 6 times and if course hockey puck for bread. The next saturday, went inside and told the cashier about the past two sandwiches and could she please give me a fresh one. Of course she said. I got my sandwich and lo and behold it was as hard as it could be. I banged it on the counter for the cashier to see for herself. She said omg!! She got me a fresh tasty sandwich at this point. Would have been nice to have been reimbursed for the 3 sandwiches that I was unable to eat in the previous weeks. Frankly, Im scared to order a sandwich there now. Food is typical McDonald's food. They are constantly messing up the orders. Especially in the drive thru.

I used to like this location but no longer. Visit in November, 2014 was pretty bad. Today, 12/27/14, was even worse. Sausage McMuffin was hard, dry, stale. Hash browns were over-cooked and smelled of stale grease. read more
