Service can take a minute (not forever or anything), so if you're hitting the drive-thru, plan to slow down and take it easy. Back in my day, I remember when I was a student and I used to frequent this place. I have fond memories here getting a latte and working on my assignments and lectures. Recently I came back after a couple years and I got an Iced Lavender Latte with soy milk. It was pretty good, though I feel like it was a little more milkier than I'd prefer. It didn't blend together with the espresso as well as I'd hope. I wish the espresso shined through more. Other than that, I still enjoyed my latte. I also ordered a S'mores scone I believe. I forget the exact name but I knew it had chocolate in it, and I really liked that. All in all, this place was good and service was timely. We ordered at the counter inside so I can't say about the ordering process and timing for the drive through. To me it didn't taste as good as my college days, and maybe it's the nostalgia and romanticizing that part of my life back then lol, but I'd still recommend this place. read more

I found this coffee spot on Google Maps and noticed they had pretty good reviews and a nice selection of pastries, so I decided to stop by and check them out. The coffee shop itself is really cute, with plenty of seating, and they also have a drive-thru, which is always a plus. The customer service was good, and they moved pretty quickly with our orders. I really wanted to try their Pop-Tarts, but unfortunately, they were out, so I ordered a bagel instead. I haven't tried it yet, but it smelled and looked really good! I also ordered a blueberry iced latte, which unfortunately wasn't my favorite. It tasted more like water and blueberry than coffee. My wife ordered a mocha with a double shot of espresso, and she also said hers was watery. She took two sips and ended up throwing it away. I was a little sad because I forced her to come with me! Overall, I'd give the drinks a 3/10. However, I'd give the customer service and cleanliness of the coffee shop an 8/10. The atmosphere was cute, and the service was good, but unfortunately, the drinks just weren't a hit for us this time. read more

A nice-looking wood-lined shop, but I was a bit surprised at how little they had. Only one or two baked goods were on sale. A freezer full of non-fresh items had little that I could eat. I figured at least my beverage would be good, but it was a weakly flavored chai at a rather high price. In a sense I feel bad about reviewing a place like this because I don't really drink coffee, and if theirs is really good maybe the peripheral things aren't as important to some. Happy 4th birthday, Be Caffeinated! My husband and I stopped in for their 4th anniversary party, which was a great time w/ live music, food & arts vendors, and of course, coffee! They also were giving out free bagels, which is apparently a new menu item! Everyone was so friendly here, from the girl at the counter to the guy welcoming us at the front. Very impressive based on how busy they were! I got a matcha latte while my husband got a caramel latte. We also of course got bagels - I got the everything and he got the black & white (double sesame seeds). The matcha latte was good, but it wasn't as rich as other matchas I've had. The caramel latte did not have much of a caramel taste, but just tasted like strong coffee. The bagels were tasty though! Overall, good experience but the drinks were lacking just a bit, which is why I'm giving 4 stars. read more

I went to Be Caffeinated out of curiosity with my friends, and let me tell you, this was a wonder well met. Starting off I walked in to be warmly greeting by a kind and knowledgeable cashier. Every question I asked was met with a definitive answer. Ordering was done with ease and efficiency. Shortly after, I was told I could sit anywhere and the employees would find me. I did so, going outside to a nice patio, where the nice tables and decoration left a "I guess I can stay a little longer " feel rather than the "get your food and get out" type of feel. To double down on that, there was a wide variety of board games and books to choose from. Lastly I will share my experience with the food. I ordered a Honey Vanilla Latte and Maple Cheddar Bacon Biscuit. The latte was both hot and delicious, while the biscuit was not necessarily my favorite, (I prefer more savory than sweet regarding biscuits) I did get what I ordered and will not take off points for my personal preference. And as far as service goes they're miles beyond Starbucks in friendliness, accuracy, and quality. And this shocked me: they're even faster! Be careful before trying this shop. been here many times and it has been a very enjoyable experience, but the last few times I have been it has been a complete disappointment. it is very clear from the taste that the proportion of ingredients is not being measured correctly and this is based on multiple experiences. standards have fallen drastically as this used to be my favorite spot for a specialty coffee, but im not sure I can go back again after paying $11 for a coffee that tastes like steamed milk. it's just a matter of maintaining standards, which have fallen off the boat. This was our first time visiting. This is a different concept for coffee shops in Chattanooga, but in Seattle the drive through coffee shop is the norm. It took about 10 minutes when we pulled up to get our drinks. There is a drive through on each side of the building to help move things along. It was quick and convenient. They serve pastries from local businesses from around the Chattanooga area. They have outside seating which is really cute. It's a perfect place to get some work done while getting your caffeine on!
