Quick breakfast after Thanksgiving with family. Breakfast burrito was good, tasty and freshly made. Better than my local McDonalds and seemed to have more sausage than other McDonals I have been too. Service was McDonalds so any expectation like red carpet treatment is really setting up for failure. So this should be just pass or fail. Ambiance is the whole McDonalds modern which is nice. See what happens when you give $15 as the minimum wage, you lower customer engagement and these kiosks are annoying but this is how it is going to be moving forward. Place was cleaner than most. I've been going here consistently since moving to the area six months ago. Food is always ready quickly and correctly. Staff is always friendly and even when they are busy I haven't seen any unprofessional behavior. It's a McDonald's so the food quality is very consistent with any McDonald's. Plenty of seating space which is always clean. Plenty of parking. Drive-through is set up nicely for the space. read more

Stopped in one August 16th driving home from VA. I have never seen such a filthy bathroom in my life. The restrooms had no toilet paper and when I asked them to put some in, they did, but left the bathroom looking like this for me to use. People were waiting in line to use the bathroom. Went thru the Drive thru at McDonald's in Stevensville, Md .. Eastern Shore , exit off Rt 50. I asked for a fish combo ... and was taken back when I told the price. Extra charge for Buffalo sauce, and extra charge for the pickles... asked the person on the register is there was a deduction for the tartar sauce I did not want ??? The manager was right there and took the $.15 off. Got the receipt, and noticed that everything was rung separately , asked again and they said that's how they do it. I thought the combo was one price!!! Got my bag, checked for my Buffalo sauce & pickles No sauce... and they put the tartar sauce in a small container. No pickles either !!!!! .... Asked for the sauce , gave back the tartar sauce and asked for my container of pickles... 30 cents for 5 tiny pieces!! Open my fish sandwich.. a sliver of cheese ... Geassh !!!!! .... After all that I really didn't want to eat it!!! Wished I took a picture of the small piece of fish and what they call a slice of cheese ... Just thoughts on the subject.... I drove to this area when we had the urge to drive on the bridge to watch the sunrise. While driving, we got hungry and came to this quite medium sized strip mall, with several food options and retail shops. Since it was Sunday morning and it is still during a Pandemic, there were not many options. So, we came here and using the drive through, we got what we wanted. The only hiccup I experienced in the drive through was the fact that they had a pay window and a pick up window. I guess since it was early morning, they didn't have the pay window opened and I was just sitting in my car for a while. They waved me to come down after about 3 minutes of waiting and then I was able to pay and pick up at the end. Probably should have had a sign there. Not a big drawback, just inconvenience. As for the food, not irregular. By now, most people have had McDonalds and we didn't get food poisoning, so it was regular for us. They didn't mess up our order and they didn't treat us badly. Wow. Wow, Wow, Wow. This McDonald's is amazing. I walk through the door and already I see Mcdonald's worker coming to the register to take my order. I haven't even said a word! We got our meal but there was a mistake. They added more items then we ordered. I was looking at my receipt when a mcdonald's worker comes and says, " everything ok? " She politely and nicely gave me my refund and not just that but all of the food I got by Mistake, she told me that I could have it! Amazing! There's amazing music in the speakers, the tables are SPOTLESS, there's even electronic tables with lights! And not just that but there was an entire map almost my entire height of all of the mcdonald's in the Delaware peninsula. This mcdonald's exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to others and to myself. I will definitely be coming back. THANK YOU SO MUCH! read more

I just stopped here a couple minutes ago after a long day at work. This is the closest McDonald's to my home and I wanted to give it a try since I just recently moved to the area. The line wasn't too long which was really relieving since it is really late at night and McDonald's is usually pretty busy. As a vegetarian there are not many vegetarian options at McDonald's so I had to improvise; this is not the first time that I had to improvise at a McDonald's. Normally I order a cheeseburger with no meat and kind of make it into a grilled cheese sandwich. I've never had any issues with this order before and people are usually very understanding when I order it. When I ordered the sandwich tonight at this location, I was excited to see if they would add pickles and ketchup to the burger. The lady taking my order did not seem shocked that I ordered a burger with no meat. The total was only five dollars for a cheeseburger with fries... however when I opened the box I found a beef patty with cheese, tomato, and pickles. I obviously did not eat the sandwich, it was missing bread (a bit odd) and since I had a beef on it I couldn't eat it. I was honestly pretty disappointed because the box was even labeled cheeseburger with no meat. I'm not that upset because it's not a menu item, but since I've ordered it many times before hand at other locations I didn't think it would be an issue. I will just be eating some thing from home tonight even though I did not feel like cooking this late. I'm not sure if I would come back to this location for a cheeseburger, but I'm sure I will try it again for some thing else. The staff was friendly and kept the line moving quickly as well so don't expect a long wait. read more

We often stop here on our way across the Bay Bridge and have usually found it to be clean and with fast service. Not much you can say about the food, it's McDonalds. Stopped here last Saturday morning though....and they have evidently implemented a new system. The old system was not broke but they decided to fix it, and fix it they did. I entered the throng of people in the front of the counters and eventually, found myself in (sort of) a line. There was a lady in front of me who placed her order, and the counter person told her he did not have change, and she would have to get her change when she got her order........in the "cast of thousands" who appeared to be milling around down at the end of the counter, where there was a big red digital sign putting up order numbers.....which never appeared to change. So, I'm thinking this is not good, but when I got to the counter, and placed my order, he gave me change just fine. Next I entered the bold new frontier under the red sign. The small counter space there was a scrum of customers waiting, struggling to get cream for their coffee ( which some Einstein decided to place right there in a vain attempt to monitor the cream consumption) and servers flinging bags on the counter and shrieking order numbers. 317!!! 109!!! 115!!!317!!! Add to the festivities the fact that a large number of customers who were fortunate enough to get orders found them to be incorrect. The lady who had been in front of me finally heard her number called and got her bag, then had to gesture wildly and shout about her change.....only to be pointed back to her original counter person. She was not happy. My number never got called, and it never showed up on the sign. There was a lonely bag sitting on the counter, no one had claimed it.....but what was I supposed to do? Rummage through the bag that might be mine, but might be someone else's? I gently peeked into the top of the bag.....it looked a little like what I had ordered. I finally held out my receipt and one of the people throwing bags up looked at it, then rummaged through the bag in question, and said "oh, this one's yours". So, free to finally rummage through my pawed over breakfast sandwiches myself, I found.......it was all wrong. I cannot believe I just wasted five minutes of my life writing a review of McDonalds, but don't go there.......just don't. read more

Always friendly staff' clean and timely on getting food. Mickey D's is a Mickey D's, but the focus of this review is on the over marketed Old Bay fish sandwich. Zero freaking flavor of the seasoning, maybe the prep cook forgot to add the seasoning' but it was the normal taste of a below average fish sandwich. I wolfed it down because I didn't eat all day, otherwise I would have returned it. Nothing more than a MARKETING Ploy. Total Scam!! Same old boring fish sandwich from McDonalds!! Ordered 2 egg McMuffins. They came with sausage instead of Canadian bacon. We got handed the bag of food that was soaked with soda. The attend would not pay any attention to us. We did not move for several minutes and to service the next person in line they had to finally give us a new bag. Waiting a total of 20 minuets to order and get the wrong order is abominable. The lady at the window told us they were cooking the hash browns and asked me to go wait in a spot and someone will bring it right out. It's the almighty double arches which I am not a fan of in general. Food was what to be expected from a multi million dollar monitored chain. I want to complement on how clean the restaurant was and how I love the idea that once a month on fridays they throw a themed party for children based on a popular movies in theaters.
