As a frequent flier this ranks in the top 3 worst in the country. The employees have blank, who-gives-s sh$t looks on their faces. Numerous signs clearly state 24hrs but this morning at 515am there was a long line forming and 2 workers setting up the kitchen and the cash register area. Neither would acknowledge any of the customers who kept walking up and trying to get their attention to ask about their operating hours. After the initial orders started flowing, there were numerous complaints from customers which were ignored by the employees. The best was the nice older lady who asked for a refund after being told her drink choice was not available... she asked for a refund and was told, "...we don't give refunds" read more

I there a lower rating then one star.. I bought a #1 with a large OJ for 7$ and change. I paid with a 20$. When the lady went to hand me back 2$ and change I stopped her and told her I paid with a 20$. She called the manager to count her register draw. When the manager returned she told me that the draw was only $0.05 off from the register tape. I informed the manager the since the cashier had given me NO change at all that the register should be at least $2.50 over if I paid with a $10?? The manger handed me $2 and change back a told me to go away. They would not even check the security video to see what I handed them. The cashier and manger are THIEVES!!! read more

This location is just at the Y intersection of the F and E gates in terminal 2. So with that I can say I ate at the Y? Ok. Bad joke. This food is the best you will ever buy. Ha! I went to this Mcdonalds and I was totally outraged by the service. I ordered one hash brown and a coffee and the coffee took over 10 minutes to arrive and so I asked the worker. She gave me so much attitude and didn't answer the question earnestly. I waited for another 20 minutes and almost missed my flight. I will never be coming to this McDonald's for this reason. Horrible. Horrible horrible! Ordered a egg white mcmuffin the woman looked at me funny. She put in a biscuit I kindly said I wanted the mcmuffin. She then puts on my order no biscuit. Low and behold we get to another gate I open my sandwich up and the label says no biscuit. Wth is it? A biscuit with cheese, bacon, oh one thing was correct the slimy egg white. You have to stand in a very very long line because all you can order form are two touch screens and NOBODY behind the registers.

Located for years at the break between the E/F concourses at O'Hare, it's not usually as busy as the one over on Concourses B/C. Service is swift and it's a good rushing snack on the way to the plane, as the dining options past this split are much more limited on these concourses. read more

I always get my mc griddles and orange juice in the mornings when I come to this airport at 5:30 am! The staff its usually very friendly and all smiles even this early! The line does move very quick! And I'm usually in an out faster than expected. No complains so far! And its close to all gates! I think its kind of in the middle of all the gates. read more

I would typically NOT review a McDonalds, let alone at O'Hare Airport but this time...it's a must. For starters, I travel often, and I fly out early and McDonalds Breakfast is a guilty pleasure of mine - ALWAYS the Egg McMuffin meal, nothing too fancy, and among the easiest of the breakfast selections. I always tend to see a small line at every McDonalds at every terminal at O'Hare, but they usually get you in & out quickly. NOT this one. I seriously, could have missed my flight over this place and would have had better luck sitting down and dining at the Blackhawks place a few doors down for breakfast. The staff here were as SLOW as can be - taking orders OUT of order in which people were placing them - HUGE crowd waiting around, oh and talking to each other, the "manager" included. Talking and not working - there is such thing as multitasking. The woman next to me checked her receipt - 20 MINUTE WAIT for her breakfast and mine followed, so it took about the same amount of time. The McDonalds Corporation doesn't care to hear of these complaints, nor do they do anything to improve service because, well...they're McDonalds but I feel better now that I vented about all this. My suggestion - if it looks crowded, move along and find some place else to eat, unless you have hours to wait for your flight. read more

The worst McDonalds I've ever been to, the worst restaurant even. Not sure what the issue was... it was about 930pm... 3 people waiting to get their food. 2 people in front of me ordering. As I get in line to place the order, this male flight attendant is screaming into the kitchen, "I've been waiting for 20 minutes, it cant take you that long to make 2 cheeseburgers!" I'm sort of thinking to myself, chill out dude. This guy must be exaggerating. There are 3 people back there working at this time. Couple of minutes later the guy gets his cheeseburgers. I order my food, and 10 minutes later I haven't gotten my nuggets and there are 5 people in the kitchen. My order is 3rd on the list still. No one in front of my has gotten their order since the dude and his 2 cheeseburgers. Couple of people finally get their food. Now i see someone in the kitchen drop some nuggets into the fryer... This McDonalds move pretty quick and has handled busy crowds well. I grabbed food here late one evening and they were out of some items, which seemed odd, but nothing major. My most recent meal was thrown in the sack quickly so my fries were loaded upside down and I had to eat out of the bag. There isn't a lot of standing room to wait for your food if it is busy, but they try to move orders pretty quickly. read more

Place has extremely rude staff (putting it nicely), has the usual wares, but their food quality is obscenely awful: put together badly, made me sick when going on a trip to Boston. Will never, ever go to this place again. I'd rather starve. I don't care if its free food - I am not getting sick and again, and to get horrible attitudes from ordering food. This is the second worst McDonalds I've been to. I went for it because it's cheap and I'm trying to put something in my stomach quick but on an order for a 10 nugget combo they gave me a small when I ordered a medium, shorted me two nuggets, only put in one BBQ, the nuggets were overdone (usually I don't mind this but with everything else it's worth the mention), and they served customers wildly out of order. Despite the clear popularity of this hotspot, reservations were not only unnecessary but were expressly discouraged. Bad attitude and terrible service. I have flown through Chicago a number of times, and this McDonalds in prime location for grabbing a bite to eat coming from almost any direction in Terminal 2. Despite the good location, I am leaving a poor review for consistently bad service and sass from employees. Today in particular I was very harshly told not to use the McDonalds app, despite the app being accepted at every other McDonalds, and I was rushed into ordering something different even though there was no line behind me. Some Sister started throwing fries and drinks off of random peoples tables at these 2 dudes, who apparently disrespected her or somethang thang. 40% of the Fries flew in a direct assault while the other fries went about everywhere possible fun. I stopped to get a cup of Decaf coffee. The pot was full after the order was placed. I had number 188. Orders number 189 and 190 with food was serviced before me. When the looked at the board my order was gone and so was the decaf. I asked to speak to the manager about my disappointment. His response was about a warm and considerate as Hanibal Lecter. I used to work in O'Hare as a flight attendant. I never said anything about how freakin' rude the staff was because I knew I'd be back for cheap food that was on the way to our crew room. I swore on my last day of work, I'd go give them a piece of my mind. I would stand there and dream about the slew of curse words I'd use to express my anger at how they treated their customers/fellow crew members. Long story short, I was injured and couldn't return to work and I live in TX. One of these days...one of these days I'm going back to Chicago to have a field day w/ those broads.
