This is the worst McDonalds on the south side of Chicago! Whoever owns this restaurant should be ashamed of themselves for allowing the foolishness they I saw in there today. Whom ever trained these children should be fired immediately! When do you have earbuds in at work? How are all those girls with this long weave not have on one hair net? How is the front line person picking up garbage off the food then going to fixing food? Speaking of garbage it was everywhere food was being prepared. The pies had no date/ time on them and no one would own up to who put them out like that, I guess that was not part the training! Then you had this girl in the back making special orders for the people she knew that came strolling in working the girl with the red hair nerves who by the was thy only one with a net partly on. I guess the real managers work early hours and leave the store to the children at night. I waited in this place well over 40 minutes for them to get my order some what right! My Big Mac went in the garbage because it was made looking like garbage! but I bet the food she made for he friends looked good! The girl with black and white hair had no hair net on either! Smh! I have frequented this McDonald's for 6 years and spent probably close to a $1000 here on my way to work. I have tolerated the bad service and the incorrect orders. After today I will never spend another dollar here until they remove the bootleg "no conceal carry" sticker from their doors. That's right they can't even get the correct sticker so you could still legally carry into this establishment with CCW permit. Waiting in drive thru about 3-4 to get order taken. Then once at the pay window had to wait another 2 minutes bc they decided to change the drawer out in the middle of the day, could have picked a better time. Once at the pick up window there were strange smells coming from inside that McDonald's that were a bit disturbing. To the point it made me question if I want to even consume what I ordered. Ordered 2 caramel macchiato bc it was buy one get one. Both smelled super weird and tasted strange. Not like they normally do. Today I was told I had to pay 42 cents for a small cup of water! Really????? I have experienced inconistent (given the wrong order) and slow service the last several times I have patronized this McDonalds. Today's announcement of 42 cents cups (small) of water takes the cake. Imma be honest witch u I don't expect much from a McDonald's but this, this set the bar even lower. so I order my food and there's only one person at the counter so it takes forever and of course they forgot all of our drinks so now I standing at the counter waiting for someone to get them. We wait about 5 minutes then we finally get the attention of one lady and she makes them and I guess she wants to protect the turtles cuz she forgets a straw. I visited this location recently and I was nearly physically ill at the dirty condition of this place. I took photos of this to provide to you as well. The floors behind the counter were filthy. The chocolate fudge dispenser was disgusting. All the tables were dirty and even the cash register area was a mess. I can not begin to tell you how GROSS the bathroom was. There was actual FECES ALL OVER EVERY STALL! I am sure someone will, if not already, become very ill from the poor sanitary conditions of this location. I feel that this location should be closed or your business will eventually be faced with a lawsuit for making the public sick from the deplorable conditions their food is being prepared in.
