The worse Mcdoald i ever visit . Since very close to my house i go at lease 5 days aweek for my son. Be careful when you fried new full. I have to ask them 9/10 time to fix my fried. Also carmel frap i pay for large and the Only have 2/3 of the cup so i have to go back inside and ask for new one. Terrible service came on 10/24/25 around 7:30pm went for mobile delivery and parked in spot 6 and ordered my food, after 15 minutes I went inside to see why my food hasn't came out, I see other cars parking and leaving after I parked, after I get my food from inside I checked and my burger was made incorrect, i physically touched the burger to check to make sure it was made incorrect went inside and told the manager and then they realized they swapped the burgers with another order and proceeds to give me my correct order and puts the burger I touched in a bag for a customer, IM A MECHANIC MY HANDS ARE FILTHY AFTER WORK, and they decided to put that in another persons bag! I told the manager that is disgusting and how I touched the burger and how they need to toss it! Do not go here for food they do not care about your safety! The tables and seats along the window are all dirty with crumbles. I asked a guy who was holding a broom to clean the table. He did clean the table but not the seat. When I asked him to clean the seat he said I didn't ask him to clean the seat earlier that's why he didn't clean the seat. I then asked another server to clean the seat. She came but started to clean the back of the seat. I pointed to the crumbles on the surface of the seat and asked her to just clean that area because that's all we need. She said "I'll get there". Then she proceeded to clean the back of the seats before clearing the crumbles on top of the seats. As she was about the leave, I pointed at a big wrapper right next to my seat on the floor and said if she was going to pick that one up too. She said for that she'd need to go get a broom. My wife and neighbor usually visit this MacDonalds around 10:30AM every Sunday morning after Church. We always order from the counter, and have never had to wait for an employee to take our order. Today, Melissa assisted us, and she was very really good. After our order was placed, I realized the order wasn't complete, so I returned to the counter to order additional food. She recognized the mistake immediately, apologized, and said would bring the order to our table immediately. When she delivered the order, we asked for additional Hot Mustard and Honey Mustard, which she brought back immediately. We discovered we were still missing something, and with a smile she said "no problem", and brought it right to our table. When we had finished, we elected to get a refill on coffee, and Melissa, with a smile, took care of it for us. In parting, she said "have a nice day", which you don't hear very often. I would recommend this MacDonalds due to the service (however, the food was delicious also). read more

Horrible service, with the prices they charge for cheap food you'd think the food would come out fast, nope they take their sweet time. It's always dirty I would stay away. Sometimes the workers are nice never really had an issue with their attitude from my experience. But yes they take forever definitely not worth it. The McDonalds off of Ramona and eucalyptus is way better but they don't stay open 24/7. There is honestly no point this place should be open 24hours lol and sometimes they turn off their DoorDash tablet to not receive any orders oh well I hope they sell it to a new franchisee hopefully that way they make a lot of changes. read more

if i was able to leave negative stars i would. this place stays getting your orders wrong, foods always sloppy, workers are rude as f*ck and petty. nasty attitude because of there life choices leading up to them working in fast food. i placed an order 15 minutes prior to even getting to the mcdonald's (whole point of a mobile order) when i get there i order extra fries using the deals and when i get to the window i pay for my order just fine and say i also have a mobile order then proceed to tell me that i have to go around and wait and in line again to tell her the code ? i told her my code and she wouldn't listen and wouldn't give me my food that was already paid for 15 before before then. i told her i wasn't going to go around and she then starts taking orders from the back window that was first closed originally. the pettiness of this miserable women is disgusting. so after working a 10 hour shift i wasn't able eat because of the worker not giving me my food. the order said it was ready , it was as easy as her matching the orders to see if they were accurate and i would've went on about my day. i kept asking for her name and she kept refusing to come back to the window to speak to me. read more

I've tried multiple coffee products on the menu. I keep thinking maybe they'll do this one right this time but no. They even got regular coffee wrong. I've tried the latte and it was watered down Their iced blended drinks might as well would have been just an iced coffee and an iced coffee might as well have been hot. I love this McDonalds in Chino! I live 1 block away from the McDonalds on Grand, but I will drive 2.5 miles to this location because it is superior! Their drive-thru line is quick and efficient. They ALWAYS have what is on the menu (unlike the McDonalds near my house). The staff is always friendly. And believe it or not, items are cheaper at this location than the one near my house! This always seems to be a very popular McDonald's location as no matter the hour there seems to be a line at the drive thru! We have tried both the drive thru and curbside options during Covid and have had some issues with both. This location is definitely hit or miss and we haven't yet figured out the pattern! The beauty of the mobile app is that it's more difficult for them to screw up your order, but it doesn't mean it will necessarily come out fast! If you've got that McDonald's hankering you can absolutely stop by this location, but make sure you're not expecting to get through with your food in mere minutes. Cheers! read more
