Klatch Coffee is definitely cracking! Came here on Mother's Day and it was packed and super busy. Told me it would take 25 minutes to get an Iced Crème Brûlée Latte. So I just opted for their delicious Nitro Cold Brew. Super on point. Delicious, cold and strong just like I like it. Added some half and half for creamy texture. Definitely no issues with my coffee. Lots of nice seating upstairs. 6 two seater tables and a row of a bench with stools. Decent amount of tables downstairs as well. Service was also perfect. Isa took care of me quickly and efficiently. Great coffee shop to come to if you wanna read, relax and chill or just grab a quick coffee to go. Highly recommend and I'll definitely be back. My group stopped by here before leaving the shopping plaza because one of our member's really wanted a coffee. Really lovely and cozy interior, with quite a number of people inside on a Sunday afternoon. They have a charming upstairs area with seating as well. Got a standard latte, with an extra shot of espresso. The drink was fine, but I think it was overly sweet. Even with the extra shot, the coffee flavor was overtaken by the sweetness. It was sufficiently milky though. Service was quick and pleasant. There weren't too many people ordering when we were there, so we all got our orders fast. Would love to come back and try their pastries on another visit. They actually looked super tasty! read more

After doing a team binding activity at color me mine, we went for a quick coffee. This coffee shop is located in an outdoor mall with plenty of businesses and nice to walk around areas. They have a modern welcoming feel and very nicely decorated. I decided to try something new that I've been seeing in coffee shops lately and went for the iced lavender latte with oat milk. They don't charge extra for changing the milk which I appreciated. The coffee came out relatively quick. You walk to order and wait for it at the pickup area like a Starbucks. They have indoor and outdoor seating areas. We chose outdoors since it was a beautiful morning. My coffee was really good and gave me the boost of energy I was looking to push me through the day. Sorry not sorry If you're going to have policies that deter your loyal customers away then I guess you lose. I don't lose a thing. I get to keep my hard earned money. I placed an order and I was trying to pay with cash, but your employees would not take cash. I didn't get there names but it was agencies and a make at the register around 4:30pm on Sunday December 28. I find this practice unreal and out of this world. Other small businesses would be thrilled to take my money, but you won't !! Yes you best believe I'm bothered !! It does not even to explain how upsetting this is. I love coming to Klatch to get some work done. I'm not a coffee drinker so I can't comment on their beverages but I love their sandwiches and their breakfast wrap. I would consider coming early if you're looking for a spot as it can get filled up pretty quickly. The tables downstaris have plenty of outets and there is also an upstairs area though outlets are a little more spread out. It's not quiet like a library but it's also not too loud to where you couldn't hear anything coming from your headphones. The staff is super friendly, food is great, and it's a nice place if you're looking for a change of scenery to do some work. read more

The drink itself wasn't bad. As for the vanilla bean latte, one of their classics, it wasn't my favorite because their beans had a peculiar taste to them. The service here is pretty welcoming and helpful. I've never had a coffee made here, but we come for the bags of coffee. My friend really enjoys these bags so when we're out and about and need a refill, we always stop here. We try to switch it up and try a different flavor bag each time, so we've tried a few of their selection. They each have their own profiles, and I do enjoy them all for different reasons. I like to have lattes in the morning and my friend prefers espresso. Making coffee at home has become a favorite part of our routine (I used to just buy coffee out, and sometimes I still do!). I went here on a Sunday to avoid the heat and when I went inside, it was just as hot! It didn't seem like they had their AC on... I went into the restroom and it was way cooler in there.. Anyways, service was just okay. She took our order and explained w little bit of the pumpkin drinks but that's pretty much it. There wasn't anyone inside and most people were sitting outside. I think if they had AC people would hang out and want to stay. Unfortunately, it was hot in there... Outside had a breeze. The coffee itself was good. I enjoyed mine, Carmel laté. I always love the coffee flavor and it wasn't too sweet. My wife also got a pumpkin laté but it didn't have a lot of the pumpkin taste to it. It was okay. I have visited this location a few times and always have a great experience. Wanted to give Vanessa a shout out, she was super friendly and helpful and just brought the positive vibe that makes it another awesome visit. The blended Creme brûlée was super yummy!!! Staff members were awesome. I think they had a new worker because he was trying to read the steps for our drinks and I loved seeing that! He made them absolutely delicious. I wish I could have gotten that gentleman's name and said thank you because he made my coffee drink perfect. Well, anywhere I go "Starbucks" would be the first priority because they are everywhere. First time here at Klatch, it was a sweet treat from my friend. I would say their coffee is DELICIOUS, great service, they are fast because when it comes to foods/Drinks I don't have patience for long wait :) the service is quick and friendly. Dropped by this morning to buy some beans, great experience and customer service. Although its a chain, staff felt very personable and mood was positive retaining a mom and pop charm even though its a chain. I didn't dine-in, but they have an upstairs section and outdoor patio which offers great variety of choice if you wanted stay for a chat or for work. Had a delightful conversation about the beans, and a complimentary coffee just for the sakes letting me try what their current brew offered. We went on a hot Saturday for some drink- we went with the iced matcha latte and the iced paradise drinks. The line moves quickly to order. And it doesn't take long before I was called for the drinks. Both drinks were refreshing and perfect for the summer. The staff were very friendly and efficient in what they do. The ambiance is casual and relaxing, they have plenty of tables and chairs both on the main floor and the second floor. The first time I came here was during the power outages from the fires in LA last year. I needed Wi-Fi, a place to work, and coffee... and this spot was exactly what I was looking for. I ordered the iced white mocha and it was so good perfectly creamy with just the right amount of caffeine. I've also had their sandwiches and they're always a hit! The ambiance is great and there are plenty of tables, which is honestly hard to find. It's two levels, so I was able to sit and actually get a lot of work done during the few days we didn't have power. I've been back more times than I can count since then. Klatch coffee is always best but mostly their own operating stores.. I expected a lot when I went to Chino Hills Klatch coffee shop but very disappointed at their poor managements. Their coffees are with no taste and quite different from San Dimas store.. They need to be well trained with more specialized skills to brew coffees. read more

Review based on customer service ONLY. Mobile ordered my coffee grinds only to find out it wasn't available for pickup when I arrived. They were sold out. If Klatch doesn't have stock why allow your system to accept the order? Why isn't stock monitored? I went out of my way to stop at this store for my coffee grinds. When the barista told me they were out she said she could give me my money back and I can drive to XX location to get my grinds there. Look! I'm not trying to get a free coffee, but I place an order for an item that you didn't have in stock + your system accepted it. Then I'm just supposed to leave without coffee?? The right thing to do for wasting my time & gas would've been a complementary small coffee for my troubles. That would've been the right thing to do. But, no. I was told to go fetch my coffee beans/grinds at another store 20-30+ miles away. I could've ordered myself a coffee drink there, but I refused based on principle. Wow wow soooo yummy. I had the vanilla bean latte which the worker said they make their vanilla bean in house and it was the smoothest most foamiest delectable latte I've had in awhile. I was pleasantly surprised at how yummy the latte was, I had decaf espresso and it was very smooth and didn't taste bitter like most decaf can taste. Also the honey bacon biscuit was tasty, a little sticky which is expected from the honey but overall very yummy. The ambiance is nice and plenty of seating options upstairs, inside, and outside. The service was pristine and I was so happy with my order I told my husband we have to come back so I can try more of their drinks and food! A must if you're in the area! read more

They serve cold coffees in smalls and larges and hot coffees in an 8oz, 12oz and 16oz. I ordered the pumpkin chai which tasted pretty good - it was a nice balance between sweet and coffee.
