Stopped in before taking care of some business in the area and it never ceases to amaze me how long the lines r, but how efficient and fast they get orders out! The parking lot is a bit small, but again there isn't ever a time when there isn't parking! It's definitely a good location, with a surprisingly easy-to-find parking despite how busy it is and a very hospitable crew. My brother and I stopped here after going to see Black Flag at The Glass House in Pomona. He ordered an animal-style double-double with fries, and I ordered a Flying Dutchman and a tomato-wrapped cheeseburger. Everything was cooked to standard and was good. I'd never had either of these burger variations before, but I definitely preferred the Flying Dutchman, despite it being quite messy to eat. The tomato-wrapped burger was OK, but it kind of revealed the quality of In-N-Out's tomatoes to me--they were flavorless and just tasted like water. Overall, it was a good experience. I came into this location for lunch on a Tuesday at noon. this location is WAYYY too small. In n out is usually busy and the size of the lobby and the parking lot are much too small for the volume of customers coming thru everyday. Also, the customer service is just awful. I'm honestly shocked to see upset employees working at in n out. The employee Marcos was rude and has the attitude of "I really don't want to be here". He did not greet me with a smile and he didn't even ask what I'd like to order. He just stared back at me with an upset look on his face. There was another female employee whom I asked for more spread. And she tossed the spread onto my tray and walked away. The employees need to be retrained on customer service. OR the person doing the hiring needs to be more attentive during the interviews. read more

We all know that the service and food at In n out is AMAZING however this review is more for the parking/drive thru situation. I went here on a late Thursday night and I was going here to pick up a gift card. However when I was going to turn into the In n out, there was a huge line going out into the street from the drive thru... I needed to head into the lot so I was able to get in but there was no parking.. The lot is small and fits maybe 15 cars.. so I waited for someone to leave.. also the parking lot goes in a circle so I accidentally went the wrong direction.. I had to back out and go in a circle to go back into the right direction. It's a good spot but I wouldn't recommend going at busy times.. parking is rough and drive thru is pretty bad too.. drive thru you can only enter from one side.. We love In n Out, my husband ordered two cheeseburgers and order of fries to go for lunch. When I opened the bag when he got home I was so surprised by my cheeseburger, mine was without onion. I thought they must have made a mistake and received a special order that had been mistakenly placed in our bag. My hamburger looked like it was from McDonald's. I thought it had no lettuce or tomato just the meat cheese and dressing. Well when I opened the bun there was the tiniest piece of lettuce and a small slice of tomato. I was pretty disappointed, wasn't anything like it should've been. I didn't want to send my husband back with the burger so his could get cold. I ate it, it was just OK. This location has gone down the drain! I've been coming to this INO since 2005 and maybe for the last 3 years this location has been terrible. I live down the street so we go out of convenience, I don't even know why we continue to do but we do and it's such a waste of money. Our order is always wrong even though they repeat it to us correctly upon ordering and paying. When we get home the food is always wrong, we typically get indirect sarcastic responses on our custom food orders, for example today I asked for my Flying Dutchman with pickles, they put about 15 on top. The food is also very heavy on salt to the point where one of the burgers was pretty much inedible and just thrown out. We've contacted corporate before they apologized and sent us gift cards. We used said gift cards and they still messed up the order! We go to INO locations in other cities and it's always so good and fresh and correct-every other location is so much better than this one. We keep going back to this location thinking "maybe this time will be better?" But it progressively gets worse. My family and I will no longer give any more of our money to this location. read more

The staff is great and very friendly. But I think I just have bad luck with wait times. Every time I go it takes long and I get cold fries. I arrived at 11:30am and the drive-thru line wasn't long, only against the back wall. I noticed the car behind me backed up and went inside. She must have known something that I didn't. Every time I go here something is wrong, but this time got me. I ordered a burger, fries, Flying Dutchman, and 6 sides of pickles. Every store I have gone to will put the pickles in a plastic container to avoid juice spilling. As I finished my order, I took a quick visit to the restroom to cleanse my hands. When completing my short refreshment in the restroom, I encountered a situation that was unintentionally my mistake. I thought I had mentioned my allergies for the spread & asked for my cheeseburger to be delivered without the delicious spread. Unfortunately, this is my third time going to this In-N-Out and they gave me the wrong order. They repeat the order correctly, but what was inside the bag was not correct. They did make it up by giving me a new order however, I felt bad that I had to return the other order that was incorrect because they were just going to throw it away. I just hope when I go back to this In-N-Out, I'll have a better experience. The food is always excellent and their customer service is always great. I went through the drive thru and ordered 6 burgers 2 were cheeseburgers with grilled onions no lettuce and tomatoes, a cheeseburger with grilled onions, a 3×3 with grilled onions and no tomatoes, and 2 double doubles with no tomatoes. I paid at the window and noticed the people inside were goofing off alot and when I received the food I checked my order and to my surprise the 2 cheeseburger with no lettuce and tomatoes with grilled onions had lettuce and tomatoe on it so I gave the gentleman at the window my good back and tge receipt and he said well will take care of it and all he did was show it to someone else and he kept looking back to see if we were looking and all they did was remove the lettuce and tomatoe with his bare hands and give it back to me. There really wasn't any spread and there wasnt grilled onions when I got home and there was pieces of lettuce in my burger which I can't digest so I ended up getting sick.
