I drove through this location after a long run, and I was a bit dismayed at the long line for the drive thru. This was late Sat. morning, so I guess it should have been expected. What was great was that the line moved very quickly. Plus, when I got to the "pay" window, I was greeted by Shayla. She used eye contact and a smile :o) She was happy and personable. Not very happy with them at the moment I was here before breakfast hours. They would not serve me dinner. Then I ordered breakfast and set in the drive through over 20 minutes! I saw them play fighting and running through the dining area. So I guess they have time to play but not fix food!! read more

I ordered an iced caramel macchiato and was told to pull up to the second window, sat there for 15/20 minutes before finally going inside, only to find out they forgot about me. When they gave it to me, it was in an insulated hot beverage cup with the corresponding lid. Wtf? I tried putting a straw in it but it spilled everywhere, and when I asked for it to be put into a regular iced coffee cup (not a ridiculous request in my opinion), they seemed annoyed. Finally, the drink didn't even have caramel in it. Took over 30 minutes. What a mess. read more

Awful. Hate to kick a horse when it's down because of all of the 1 star reviews but it's terrible every time I go to this location. No straws to accompany my kids already melted milkshakes. Waited 12 minutes in the drive thru line AFTER we ordered our food. Ordered a Diet Coke, got a Dr. Pepper. All of this accompanied by lackluster attitudes. This was my last straw. I honestly do not understand how this location is still open. In such a high traffic/busy area by Kenwood mall you would think they would have a single competent employee. Was in the area yesterday and wanted a tea. Well they don't carry Sweet N Low that was strike 1. The place was so darn dirty I wouldn't eat anything that came from here strike 2. I took a walk around the restaurant while my friend was using the restroom which he said was dirty and the floors look like no one had sweep them for weeks strike 3. Left and took our business with us. I did say something to an employee and she said they were short staffed and no one had time to clean the store up. It sure didn't look too busy to me. Drive thru cannot get your order right even if they repeat it back to you !!! It is not that difficult to take an order and everyone else to read a screen. The fries were perfect honestly. There was a long line and the staff got everyone threw in a very efficient manner while still being pleasant. I also asked for extra sauce while I was paying and the kind guy at the window said he would add 10 sauce packets and I greatly appreciated his help. The guy who gave me the food at the second window was even really nice. I highly recommend this location. I live close by and I've had yet to have a bad experience here. read more

Note: we left early without even ordering due to lack of service. Got there around 10:40 on a weeknight. Walked up to the door; locked. Read the door; says they close at 11. So we decided to go in the drive through. Waited 10 minutes in line, and we moved nowhere, so we had to bail. So disappointing. read more

Ignore all the 1 star people here. This is a very busy McD no doubt but the drive-thru is always fast considering the volume they pump thru.

We don't frequent fast food very often and this could be why. We sat in line to get food in between children's bball games and literally waited 20 minutes before even pulling up the speaker. We were only 5 cars back from speaker when we got there. In those 20 minutes they switched from breakfast to lunch- all kids chose McDonald's because they wanted breakfast. They took a breakfast order from the car in front of me and refused to offer breakfast to us only a few mins after 11 even after explaining we were in line LONG before breakfast was over. They opened the second line of ordering while we were still waiting but couldn't get over there and 4 cars got through that line before I even ordered!! We waited 7 more minutes until we paid. Giving 3 stars because the staff was super friendly and polite- and the food order wasnt correct when we finally got it. But surely wasn't waiting to fix it/ I don't know what's up with this McDonalds but I don't suggest it. read more

This location is better than most. I used the drive-thru and had to change my order while at the second window, after I had already paid. The staff was a little thrown off because they were very busy on the Saturday morning but they were able to quickly accommodate and get me my order without much delay to the rest of the line. Each team member spoke to the person at the next window to make sure they were aware of the change in the system. It felt good to know they were flexible and didn't make a big deal about it. read more

It was almost noon and my favorite coffee shop next door was jammed packed, so I ran inside this McDonald's for some caffeine. By the looks of all the cars in the parking lot, I just knew this would be a mistake at this hour. I'm impressed! This area is known for high traffic and they seem to handle it extremely well. I waited less than a minute to be waited on. The cashier greeted me and served my coffee with a smile. I was out of there in less than 5 minutes! I'm not the biggest fan of their coffee, but my order was correct and the coffee was hot. read more

This place is PATHETIC!! We come here fairly often and something is ALWAYS wrong. ALWAYS! A couple of weeks ago I came through the drive through and purchased about $17 worth of breakfast. Took it home and low and behold - 4 sausage biscuits (we ordered 4 bacon egg and cheese meals). I call and request a manager. Someone who CLEARLY states their name was Jessica told me to come whenever was convenient for me, mention her name and that they would replace my order - I just needed to save the receipt. Today, I come in to so just that. I wait in a drive through line for 20 damn minutes for them to tell me (and I quote) "we ain't got no one here named Jessica". I drive up and request a manger who I later identify as Tammy although she wasn't wearing a freakin badge. Tammy says - I can't help you because we don't have a Jessica. EXCUSE ME, WHAT!? So I reiterate that I spoke to someone who claims that was their name - not that anyone wears a badge at this location - and she offered to cover two biscuits. I was very disappointed with this place. The store was filthy. They were out of sweet tea on the drink counter. There was a girl that was supposed to be sweeping but sitting down talking on her phone while holding the broom! The food was ok but finding a clean table was impossible. I literally sat in line for 20 mins. All I was getting was 2 Mchickens and a fry and the drive thru girl pulled me up. When I went inside the young girls that were working were arguing with each other and clearly there was no organization. I am still in disbelief over the behavior I observed at this McDonalds. At 3:00 P.M. last Saturday, there were approximately 5 cars in the drive through and no customers in line, when I went inside to order. One worker was shouting to another (who was on break) about the quality of their food. I was standing right in front of her, for a full 3 minutes, she made eye contact with me, then she turned away and went to talk with the other 4 employees who were chatting near the drive thru window.
