Stopped for just an order of fries. They were freshly cooked but tastes like the oil is rancid.

First , I enjoy MCDONALDs. Their basic old school menu is the best. I ordered a quarter pounder. Hot and fresh. Diet Coke, the mix was good. My daughter ordered a new spicy chicken sandwich. Stop for Breakfast at least once week and the morning crew is always super friendly. No issues with my food or order getting mixed.

This McDonalds messes up our SIMPLE orders every time, forgets our sauces, and the service is terrible. they added an AI to work the drive through and it is the stupidest thing in the world. I almost got out of the car to to punch it. The employees and rude (most of the time, some of them are very nice) and the entire inside is sticky and dingy and gross to sit in. Lady at register was slow, rude, made nasty comments to us, forgot my whip cream on my shake and got my breakfast sandwich wrong!!!!! Experience was horrible! My bun was very dry and the burger was not hot. The sandwich tasted like it had been sitting out. The fries were very fresh and good but that burger was so bad I can't rate any higher. I never eat McDonald's but I thought I would give it a try again. I really wasn't missing much. I'll continue to eat elsewhere if it has to be fast food. read more

Usually I really like this McDonald's over the ones in Milford and ESPECIALLY the one on Beechmont Ave near 125. But today I could have played hockey with the muffins from my Sausage and Egg McMuffin sandwich. It was burnt around the edges and hard enough it tasted like it was leftover from breakfast. This was at 2pm. My tea was good and cold. And the coffee made right and hot. Also the young lady that took my money was very friendly and pleasant! She is why I gave the 3 star rating. read more

Just tried to make a quick stop for a breakfast sandwich, only had a $100 bill. They refused my money! Really , last I checked my money say "legal tender for all debts public and private". Why don't they have change!! If the help isn't smart enough or trusted enough to change a $100 bill put in a bill changer and ask the customer to let the computerized equipment handle making the change. Awful drive through!!! Taken me 15 minutes just to order and almost another 15 minutes to get food. Not fast at all!!!

We pulled into the drive through lane over 10 minutes before closing. The employees running the drive through took SO LONG getting through customers that we pulled up to the speaker at exactly 11pm. We were greeted with "sorry we are closed". We then had to sit in the drive through for 15 more minutes as the line was totally full behind us. Whoever the manager is of this location should not be employed. We will NEVER return to this terrible location. What a joke! Horrible employees!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! read more

So, my husband and I stopped for lunch today at this location, and what an experience. As we entered, a very slender employee without a name badge, by the way, was loudly reprimanding a new employee and made sure we all knew that she would take the next customer, even though she was on her break. After threatening to cry and quit, she finally, loudly left for her break. How fortunate for the customers to have this commotion to entertain us, along with the only person taking orders talking nonstop, since the wait time felt like an eternity. As we all waited and waited and waited, the atmosphere imploded with employees yelling at and blaming each other for not getting orders out. One customer asked to see a manager, who never appeared, by the way, and at least 2 customers asked for their money back because they could wait no longer for their orders. An assistant manager, who, incidentally, was the only counter person that consistently tried to help customers, ended up in tears after the 2 refund. It is clear that this McDonald's is in serious need of a manager who can organize the staff, teach employees when, where, and how to deal with conflict, which, incidentally, is not right in front of customers. Cleaning the grease off the tables and floors wouldn't hurt either. read more

So I get stuck in the drive thru for 15 minutes only to be told that the credit card machine is down. So now I'm stuck for another 20 minutes trying to get through the line because I can't just back out. My entire lunch break is wasted I cannot get any food so I get to work the rest of my day with nothing to eat. I come through here every day for a cheeseburger and a large sweet tea $2.07 and I could not eat today because the credit card machine is down and now my entire break is over. So to say the least I will not ever be back. I can't chance it because I have low blood sugar so I have to eat or I'll be sick. Everytime I come through here it's always something. I drive an extra 2 miles to get to this mcdonalds. Not all Mickey D's are created equal. This one usually is quick with the service--unfortunately not a given for all mcdonalds. Sometimes when I'm desperate I'll go to McDonalds for coffee if I can't find a Starbucks, thank god that rarely happens. Me my mom and a friend were on are way to kings island and wanted to get something to eat before we went, As we got there there was on about 2 cars in front of us and when we got to the thing to order we sat there for maybe around 15 min with out one person saying anything to us. But when they did finally answer we order 2 frappes and a fudge Sunday two 6 piece nuggets 2 plane cheese burgers and a mcchicken. So we pay as usual and when we get up there we see that there is a new guy because his badge said he was new when he was making are frappe we could see him he had spilt it all over his hands and even dipped his finger in it and we even heard another worker say "That may be one of the most worst frappe I had ever seen!" But no one stopped him from giving it to us and then after that my friend had a got a CHEESEburger but when we got it there was no cheese and before you think that is it it's not you know that fudge Sunday we never got that they gave us the bag of food and said thx bye and we left we honestly just wanted to get out of that crazy place we left so fast we forgot about it but so did they cause they told us to leave so I will definitely not be coming here again!.!.. read more

Ya know, I am a person who loves to give places more than one chance. If I have a bad experience, I will go again because hey, we're all human. Maybe someone was having a bad day on the day I went, and we all do that. However, there have been just too many bad experiences to be counted at this point, and this morning was the icing on the cake. The line was long, which is normal for breakfast hours, so that I don't really mind. The problem comes into play when the service is bad, and the attitude towards you is that you are ruining their day by being there. On this particular morning, I ordered the 2 sausage burrito combo with a diet coke. I pulled up to the first window, and the cashier just stood there looking at me. No greeting, no telling me my total, nothing. So I handed her my debit card, she swiped it, handed it back, and closed the window. Alrighty then! So I pulled up to the next window where everyone looked frantic and freaking out. Not a good sign. One lady stood there pouring drinks, never acknowledging me sitting there, and another lady ran over and asked me what I had ordered. I told her, and as she turned to talk to a manager, her long ponytail kept raking across the whipped cream of someone's frappe. I was so grossed out! She finally turned to me and said "You're gonna have to pull up into Bay 1. Everything is all messed up". She said it in a way as though I had done something wrong by daring to order my food at a time when they were busy. I pulled into Bay 1 and waited almost 10 minutes for a manager to bring my food out. I told him I hadn't gotten my drink either, and he huffed and puffed and acted like it was the biggest inconvenience in the world to have to go back in. Once he brought it out, I realized that I also had not gotten my picante sauce, but I let it go. I took a sip of my drink, realized I had been given the wrong one, and vowed never to return to this location. read more
