Absolute worst McDonald's ever, been here multiple times over the last couple years and every time my order has either been wrong or had to a wait an excessive amount of time for a very simple order and it still isn't correct. This used to be one of the best & cleanest McDonald's in the state of Washington. The last few times we've stopped over the last couple of years, the inside floors, tables and bathrooms have been filthy. Service doesn't exist & ordering from these stupid kiosks doesn't improve anything but make employees more lazy & lacking in customer service. I didn't take any pictures but trust me, if this review goes ignored, like I'm sure it will, I can guarantee, it'll be just as dirty. read more

Stopped here on our way to vacation in Chelan. The associates were all kind and food was as expected but we went through the drive thru and had to pull around to a parking spot to wait for a while and later discovered they forgot our BBQ sauce for the chicken nuggets. Not a huge biggie and fairly normal for fast food. Definitely thankful for the kind service. read more

Ok, but hey, let's get the minimum wage back to more of a starting wage because the detriment of these guys making starting $20 per hour is that you still get cold food and now they charge you for sauce to pay for their living wage. Oh and even though you pay for sauce, they still leave it out of your order. So, the libs have basically made it so we are paying higher prices for the same low quality and low skill. When I went here to make a pit stop because I was hungry I ordered 1 ten piece chicken nuggets and they told me to what at the parking lot because it would take a moment to get it ready and I thought it was going to take 2 minutes but no they took 30 minutes. And when a car was parked next to me who was also waiting got their food before me and they had a whole meal to feed an entire family. Can't even get a simple order right. We ordered 2 unsweetened tea, they waited until we had paid and got to the pick up window to tell us. We said ok, 2 cokes and a water. Girl at wimdow tried to hand us an ice cream cone, told her we didn't order that, then she tried to hand us 2 waters. I had to go in to get the 2 cokes. The manager was rude to me about it. I have been stopping in here the last couple of weeks in the morning and they are still not open till about 6:45 even though it says they open at 6:30. They typically forget napkins, straws, and other items if you go through the drive-through and you have to go back inside. Fortunately they are going to be opening a Windys a block away in about six months so that should solve the problem of unreliability and inconsistent service. read more

We just went through the drive through at this location on 8/6/23 2:30pm and oh my goodness. Judgy McJudger at the first window where we paid was a little much. We have a party of 8 and a large order. The person to take our payment said "wow! That's a lot of money!" While glaring at us in a accusatory fashion. My husband explained there are a lot of people in our party and tried to laugh it off but the person just made a dismissive sound and continued to glare at us and shake their head with an attitude. Food was fine, same old McDonalds food. No complaint about that but could have done without the side of attitude that we didn't order. Slowest service ever. My god I have been waiting 15 minutes for my order that I placed on their app. I'm now waiting inside. They have no idea what fast food is I guess. In the age of COVID-19 this location decided it would be best to increase human to human interaction by having a staff member take your order in person by the car window even though their normal ordering system appeared to work normally. Fries were well salted (YUM!) but undercooked. They also forgot my BBQ sauce for my nuggies :( read more

I live locally and order the same thing each time I visit. Every time I order a filet a fish it comes with the fish half way off the bun. It wouldn't be that big of a deal if I could move the filet back to the center of the bun. That is impossible because the quarter slice of cheese cements the filet in this awkward position. This leaves half of the sandwich with no fish and the other half with no bun. read more

Not sure why, but the lack of normal McDonalds customer service continues. Had an add up for two items for $5. Person taking order said that was only for the weekend; It's 1 pm on Monday. Asked for a manager and was told the same; challenged the manager as to why an easily removed sign was still up. Reply was that it had been left up from the weekend... Pointed our that this was "wrong" and asked for the price advertised. They did so and then removed the sign, which was proper. But I've left 2 stars as this is the way it has been here for years. It may be hard to get help in a small community. But McDonalds prides itself in the customer service training they provide. Not sure why it's not reached here... read more

we will never return to this McDonalds. We waited almost an hour for our food after asking the cashier where it was 3 different time they said they were just busy. we watched people come and leave that ordered after us. come to find out they deleted our order after we asked about our food for the 3rd time. Cle Elum has joined the 20th Century and has a McDonald's! They opened last year, and been a hit in town. I pass through Cle Elum regularly and have stopped here a couple times. The food is as you would expect from McD's. The service, it's typically good. Once I stopped in and went to pour my Coca Cola. Well it was obviously coming out weird, and tasted the same. I asked if they would check it, and out comes a 16yr kid from behind the counter. He looks at the drink machine, presses the button for a couple seconds, and says "I think it's fixed now". Well it wasn't. The parking lot is odd a layout, and not completely paved, not sure what they are doing there. I like the booths inside with TV's in them. P.S. They are building a new Taco Bell one block behind the McD's. read more

This place is busy - and I mean busy. Decent size indoor lobby. Okay sized parking lot, sort of weird layout, traffic backs up onto the road. Inside is very clean, and there are a good amount of tables to sit at. A Double McChicken on the $2 menu?! I've never even seen a Double McChicken on any menu where I'm from! Cooked hot and fresh? Even better! This was probably one of the better meals I have had at a McDonalds - basically it is so busy here that there isn't even a chance for the food to get cold/go bad because it is being cooked and served so fast. The employees handle it well. They seem to work really well as a team at this location. Will definitely stop back here when we are in town! read more

I would give a zero if that were an option! The manager at this location refused to stay open long enough to feed 50 hungry and exhausted firefighters who were on a search and rescue for a fallen firefighter. Not to mention they deserved a much better meal than McDonald's but it was the only place open. The order was placed BEFORE closing and they were turned away because the manager could not stay open past closing time. Very sad when so many businesses are doing so much for the communities in these crazy times. read more
