I went to Taco Bell today for the $5 box... they no longer have it. They have menu of items that are $3 or less, but they mostly have no substance. I asked what the cheese roll-up was... apparently just a soft shell with melted cheese for I think about $1.60 or so... I laughed at them, and asked if they're serious. Yes, apparently they are. So I basically left there with something that resembles a folded quesadillia with some small amount of dog food (err..umn, beef???) In it, and a double stack taco, which had a little bit of beef and cheese in it. Luckily it was their "happy hour," so I got a small berry freeze for a dollar. Long story short, I don't think I'll need going back there again. The only box deal they have is now $10, and it seems like it isn't much more food than when they charged $5 for a near-equivalent. Taco bell is certainly not a thrilling establishment that bends customary standards to a good extreme, but this location happens to be a fairly clean, quick, and reputable location. The ONLY reason I am writing one is whoever is training the staff at this location does an amazing job with their customer service skills. I will say that this location has seemed to have improved over the past months. It is still sort of hit or miss. The remodel has left the drive through very small and awkward for a normal sized car much less a truck or suv. But the food quality is great for being taco bell. The correctness of orders is fantastic which is a big issue with any taco bell. read more

I wish I could give this place a negative scoring. I went there tonight, 11-15-18, 3 girls were working. We ordered a Gordita-no cheese, no sour cream (dairy allergy), add tomato. After patiently waiting in the drive thru line for 20minutes, which I don't really mind because it's Taco Bell, what do you expect? We get the order, we always check it before we leave because more often then not- it's screwed up, always with some form a dairy, and yes, this time was cheese. I walk up to the counter, the girl on the drive thru window runs past me, walks out the front door and says," I wanna see how long the line is in drive thru!" She walks back in and goes to drive thru. A girl on the line has to come up to me, I repeat our order and show her the cheese, I explain the allergy. Person who answered the phone said to bring receipt back and they would fix.
