Oh my gosh! Who-da-thunk it in Old Brooklyn? Knew nothing of this place until recently. Had a…read moreburger. Awesome. One of the best around. Great char flavor with great pickles. As a sour dill pickle lover, I really loved the cucumber-flavor pickles. They are great for the burger -- adds even more flavor without overwhelming like some pickles can. The pickles taste how I imagine they would when only half through pickling process -- a combo of discernible cucumber with a mild dill flavor. Very nice. I was disappointed with the octopus. It was delicious and uber tender, but only one small tentacle -- not enough to share with anyone. My husband and I can share a meatball at most places but this tentacle was too small. The gnocchi that accompanied it could be a dish all its own. The gnocchi with the potato alone would make a great app. or entree. We were really impressed with the food and are looking forward to round 2.

Example: Ketchup Martini had anchovy and herb oil. Confusing on the palate...and nothing stood out. Octopus dish was smothered a spicy chorizo. Had to scrap the chorizo off just to find the octopus...which had no chance of standing out after the other oils and spices. Shared fried chicken. A bit undercooked. What we could eat was ok...not extraordinary. Wine selection was abysmal. One red wine....in a can. Ceviche was excellent. Service was good.

We let a gentleman go ahead of us because we were unfamiliar with the menu. My wrote ordered the "Savage Salmon w/ORings" my mom ordered the "plain Salvage Bacon Cheeseburger w/Fries" sthen comes my order "plain Savage Double cheeseburger w/fries". It took a few minutes because they were all made fresh, the ORings & fries were made fresh. The sides were just the right size for the meals. My wife's Salmon was to perfection & so was my mom's burger. My burger was flavorful just the right seasoning on fries also, just wished I didn't have the i think it was the green parsley but it was OK on it I'm not a big fan of it. The tables were clean & so was the entire restaurant it made it more welcoming since it was clean. So we're the workers... I would definitely come again, oh I forgot to mention my wife & mom would come again that means a lot to me... ***BUEN PROVECHO***

The burger was cooked to perfection no pink but it was not burnt to a chard. The fries are fresh and not overly seasoned. My husband ordered a grilled salmon burger.... he received a fried salmon burger yet it was tastey. The lobby was clean and tidy. I would wish the screen pricing matched the register pricing. And that the cashier understood how to take an order. There are some things lacking but those will come with time. Just watch the pricing and double check your order before you leave.

Simple focused menu, reasonable prices. My husband got the burger and house made fries and I got the small house salad with added fried chicken tenders. Easy pay with credit card and they give you a number that you can take to any seat you find. No soda other than bottled root beer at the bar, but iced water is available for others that don't drink. My husband's smash burger had plenty of cheese and was well seasoned, the fries are amazing and highly recommended. My house salad was excellent, not just an afterthought with included spicy marinated cucumbers, tomatoes, fresh spring mix and feta. The salad dressing was a green goddess - it was amazing, flavorful and bright. Their house made sauces were all wonderful and they should be bottled. Their bbq sauce was spicy and sweet and Dilly ranch is a must try. Highly recommend paying extra for their sauces - may have been my favorite part of the meal. The added fried tenders were only $5, great deal as they are freshly made, large portion and perfect with their sauces. Service was kind and efficient, great overall experience.

Was way too fried and couldn't see the shrimp or taste it. Very weird dish. If you're a vegetarian or a pescatarian your choices are extremely limited. Took a smash burger home and it was basically way too much special sauce and a side of burger! Less of the sauce or on the side would have been the way to go if I would have known. Will not go back as an extremely limited menu. More of a kids hangout where they're not too picky about food. If you are a foodie, this place is probably not for you!
