Everyone likes to go to a McDonald's every so often. We all get that fast food craving. McDonald's to me are average fast food spots. My favorite item to get is the double quarter pounder with cheese burger. I enjoy this sandwich. This is a very juicy burger and much better than their Big Mac. The fries here are very good too. I also like their big breakfast deluxe combo. The pancakes, sausage, and hash brown all go together nicely. I've had no issues at this location. read more

They never get orders right and then on top of that when you order NO SALT they repeat back SALT. Bruh, then on top of that they had some little homies floating in my sprite! I have to agree with everyone....This is the Worst McDonald's in NJ ...it deserves negative stars!!! There are no redeeming qualities about this location 90% of the time the order is wrong or cold the burger buns are really stale ... It's seems like it maybe food from earlier in the day or the day before If you do get fresh food it looks like it was drop kicked across the restaurant before they bagged it up ..... missing ingredients and falling apart before you eat it Nuggets are stale hard and reheated/microwaved. And the drinks are gross the mixture is way off or they are not using the correct product.....it may be off brand syrup flavors instead of real (Coke) products The best thing about this place is everyone knows to go somewhere else!!! read more

I ordered two McRib sandwiches waited at the drive thru. We asked for a little barbecue sauce. They made the sandwiches while we waited. Got home they were disgusting. Simply the worst drive thru experience I've ever had at any McDonalds location. The order taker got the order wrong, and gave me attitude when I got to the pay window and asked him to reenter the correct item. All I asked for was a simple Sausage, Egg, and Cheese bagel right off the menu. No substitution, no deviation from the menu board. When I got up to the pick up window, they had run out of sausages during breakfast, and said two minutes, please pull to the side. 10 minutes later, a young woman came out with the original mistaken order. I went to McD because I was running a little late, and figured it would be quicker than running into the local bagel shop. What a terrible mistake that was. Now I'll know better than to patronize this terrible location ever again. read more

This McDonalds is okay, It was pretty nice back before this location offered a playable Gamecube. They got rid of it for some reason and i never got a chance to play with it as a kid. Thanks location. Also the place is super outdated and dirty and needs a remodel. Sure the modern ones are a boring generic square but it's better than this. This location had it's one saving grace removed, the Gamecube. And since the removal of the Gamecube here there is no justification to keep this location around and it must be remodeled to a modern one. It would justify the excuse of the one purpose and gimmick this location once had. read more

When I walked through the doors, I was horrified to learn that they lacked coleslaw. Aside from that, the burger was so greasy it seemed like they drowned the whole cow in grease. Went in today to try and not wait in the huge drive thru line. Noticed maybe 4 employees running the whole place during dinner time, still had to wait. Food was fresh, but inside the restaurant was filthy especially around self service drink machine. I don't know if that was because of short staff or what but needs a lot of work inside or full renovations. Swear the place looks the same as when I was a kid. The franchisees should hire more people and pay more attention to cleanliness! I've been here 3 times. If it wasn't in such a close location, I wouldn't even bother giving it a second chance. The buns were completely stale the first two times, and the third time they were completely out of hamburgers(!) - it was 6:20 on a Thursday night. I just don't understand... this location is absolutely horrible. How is it even allowed? They mess up our coffee order almost every single time. My husband and I order 2 coffees with cream and sugar sometimes on the weekends and they "forget" the sugar 9 out of 10 times. Why? It's on the receipt! I love McDonald's fountain sodas, cheap and easy to go through the drive thru during the week. Not here! I ordered a large Dr Pepper the other day and was given a small Diet Coke. It's different people who mess up so it just doesn't make sense! I also constantly see someone in the waiting spot like their food isn't ready so they make them wait. I've done it twice. We moved here a month ago and I've had to wait twice already. The place is so old and run down. All other locations are updated but this one is just crap. Sucks it's the closest. They really need to work on these employees being so slow and messing up. And to think fast food workers want $15 an hour... ok learn to read the screen and take peoples orders correctly! This has to be the worst McDonalds EVER! I've lived in town, three blocks from this McDonald's for 30 years. Every single time I go there, I regret not taking my business to the Hazlet McDonald's which is just 2 minutes up the road. I just got a new car, which has light color interior. The drive thru girl went to hand me my drinks with soda dripping down the sides of both soft drinks, so I asked if she could wipe them down, as they were dripping soda. She gave me a nasty look and loudly sighed as she angrily wiped them down. I don't think it's asking to much to not hand me something that is spilling, and this isn't the first problem I've had with this McDonald's. It's almost every time. If you don't want to do the job correctly, leave. Their best employee, which has never done me wrong, I think is on the spectrum. I used to love this McDonald's but the service now sucks. The night staff is not professional. The past two times I went thought the drive through they screwed up my order. The last time we went in to eat at night and the staff wasn't paying attention. They were not friendly at all. The morning staff is very friendly. When I go there for coffee they are very nice.
