They said I forgot a bag when I asked. my response was but the bag on the receipt is one of one and it's really detailed and it should be in the bag. This place should not be associated in any way with the franchise Wendy's. It gives the franchise Wendy's a bad name. Order three Burger meals with french fries and sodas and a order of the Wendy's chicken nugget. Once we got our food and sat down, everything was cold. French fries were cold and stiff, hamburgers where stiff cold with no tomato lettuce and whatever it is that was supposed to be in the burger. Chicken nuggets were like rocks. He took back the burgers and called us at the counter two minutes after. And what's worst is that he gave us back the same exact Frozen burgers with nothing inside. When I told him how horrible and cold the food was he told me that what do I expect it's fast food. About 15 minutes later another manager came in. this time it was a female and she had purple hair. I thought I'd give it another try and walk up to her and tell her the bad experience I was having since this was an order that was for my granddaughters. She told me thank she would take note of it and kept walking. no apology for the employee's behavior no apology for the horrible food, nothing! First of all the parking lot was not up to my standards. My spicy nuggets were cold and not spicy. My biggest complaint is the drive thru clearance bar. It is not set to the marked height and damaged my ladder. I am completely and utterly disgusted. The bar clearly stated 8' 6". Which is horse crap it is 8'. Your standard fast food service, standard Wendy's quality food. I've eaten in and went through drive thru several times. For me the late night drive thru ladies at this location seem happier (or at least they smile) than the usual fast food service. Wendy's is my choice of national burger fast food chain restaurants (or BK, MCD, etc). Spicy chicken sandwich and beef burgers are my usual picks. I liked their nuggets but rarely ordered since they changed the cost to the standard 4 piece. I've never tried their fish sandwich. read more

A man in front of me was waiting a half an hour for a spicy chicken patty, not a sandwich, which he was given twice.
