My introduction to Chick-fil-A came courtesy of a friend who rang me up, bubbling with excitement over their "Paint a Pot" spring welcome event. She and her husband are regulars, and on occasion, they even join in on Bingo nights there. We decided to grab a meal before the painting program. Brilliant marketing strategy on Chick-fil-A's part, I must say, because it absolutely worked on me. Walking in as a first-timer, I was studying the menu when the manager noticed and came right over to help. I mentioned I didn't have much of an appetite, and he guided me toward the nugget meal; a smart suggestion, since it came with a choice of drink and waffle fries at a very reasonable price. Helpful, attentive, and not pushy. A great first impression. Here is my rating for the meal: ~ Chicken Nuggets ~ 4/5 stars A small mix-up on my end: I accidentally ordered the classic nuggets instead of the grilled variety. I'd seen the photo but missed that all-important word, "grilled." Entirely my fault -- and honestly, no complaints. They were freshly made and wonderfully crispy. The manager also noticed I was unfamiliar with the sauces and asked whether I preferred spicy or sweet, then generously sent me off with Zesty Buffalo, Sweet Sriracha, and a ranch to play it safe. A thoughtful touch. ~ Waffle Fries ~ 5/5 stars These were the standout dishes of the meal. Generously sized, with a slight crispness on the outside that gives way to a soft, fluffy interior. No condiments needed -- they're perfect on their own. I highly recommend it. ~ Strawberry Hibiscus Lemonade ~ 4.5/5 stars Balanced, refreshing, and thirst-quenching. The citrus is front and center, with a pleasant sweetness that doesn't overwhelm. A refill was happily offered -- and happily accepted. ~ Strawberry Hibiscus Sunjoy ~ 5/5 stars My friend recommended it, and she was absolutely right. This one blends their classic lemonade with freshly brewed sweetened iced tea, landing somewhere between tart and floral and lighter on the sweetness than the lemonade, and a touch more nuanced. It's my new favorite. Don't skip it. The staff throughout the evening were attentive and genuinely warm, keeping the dining area clean and tidy without missing a beat. One curious observation: there's a basket near the counter where unused condiments, dipping sauces, and children's meal prizes are collected, sanitized, and offered to the next guest. All in all, a wonderful first visit. Good food, great company, and a charming painting event to round out the evening. I'll be back, and next time I'll remember to say "grilled." read more

Went for a late night dinner and wanted to try the new Jalapeño Ranch Club sandwich. Asked for the ranch on the side, it was okay. Instead I put honey mustard which sufficed. The bun was super delicious and the fresh veggies with the perfectly grilled chicken breast made and bacon- spectacular!! The sweet gentleman in charge of the dining floor was super sweet. He cleaned my table to ensure before I ate it was clean and sanitized. Bathrooms were clean and the restaurant was neat and organized. Staff were attentive and nice. Food was ok. Came for breakfast this morning because we were going to Costco and it was right there. Definitely overpriced. Had the chicken biscuit and the biscuit fell apart. Service was ok, staff are friendly. The place is clean. I was grossed out because they have a bin asking ppl to return unused sauce packets so they can be sanitized and reused. That's nasty. I came around 8:20 with some friends to have an after concert snack. I left around 9:25 where I realized I forgot my phone. Since they closed at 10:00, I went back around and reached there by 9:30. At this moment, one of the employees locked the door and when I explained I left my phone, he cursed me out and shut the door ON MY HAND. He and a couple of his friends and coworkers made faces and laughed at me only until an adult stepped in and cursed them out. I stopped in for breakfast while passing through this area for work. The chicken biscuits were amazing. So were the tots! Fresh delicious and all served by very friendly staff. Clean restaurant too! I have to say amazing experience! To top it off later that night as I boarded my flight from LGA to MIA, I realized I was missing one of my phones. I turned on find my and it was at Chick-fil-a. They were so incredibly helpful! They went above and beyond by reaching out and coordinating with me to have my phone shipped to me! This location has been very efficient and I've been here 4 times now for lunch. The drive thru line may be long but they get you thru quickly. I tried their carry out option on the app my last two visits and everything went smoothly. Food has been fresh every single time. Had the Market Salad today w/ the zesty apple cider vinaigrette. Yum Yum and filling. Side Note: For those who want to visit for breakfast, unfortunately, they are currently not serving breakfast due to staffing shortage. They are specifically told not to give bags out to delivery services such as Uber, Door Dash and GrubHub. They expect the drivers to carry multiple bags and drinks without a big carrying bag. Every single Time they get my order wrong. I always order 2 pepper jack cheese on my order, & they only put 1. Every single time. This is the only location that keeps getting it wrong consistently. I had 2 people confirm my order and they still got it wrong even after calling it into the kitchen via headset. I go to this location almost everyday because I just love their chocolate shake and that is the only thing I get. The line is usually pretty long so I wish they could do something to minimize the waiting time. The staff seems polite but sometimes not. T He only other thing I ever tried from the is the waffle fries and I got them twice. The first time the fries were put so badly in the bag that all of them fell in my car and they didn't give me any sauces. Both times the fries were soggy and the box wasn't even full. I used to love the fries and shake together but now I don't even bother ordering them. They got my order wrong, which was suppose to be Gluten free- spicy grilled chicken sandwich on a Gluten free bun for my son with celiac's. They gave him a regular spicy chicken on a regular bun with bacon and lettuce. When I called and explained the situation the girl just said we were very busy and cannot remember the order. I asked to speak to a manager and she researched the order trans. 1182 register 53 on 4/23/21, and said yes they packed the order wrong with regular sandwich And did not seem to not understand how much of an issue it was to give a person with Celiac a regular sandwich. Workers are all very kind and accommodating. Super clean and spacious on the inside and food is always good! Only thing that sucks about this place is the parking lot situation. Drive Thru is horribly long. They use to have curbside but they couldn't handle all the orders so they ended that service. Twice they forgot my fries. No one picked up when I called. Had to wait till morning. Manager pretty much told me they have kids running the asylum during that time. Not going back till they improve their situation. read more

I'm glad there is a chick fil a closer to my house! I totally understand that there are long lines - which has nothing to do with the workers themselves - but the service is still great. They are so stingy with sauce every time we go. They only give 1 sauce for every 2 meals ordered. My kids like chick-fil-a because of the sauce. Having been to multiple Chick Fil A's across the east coast, this by far might be one of the worst. There is always a problem when I order. The workers who take the order are always rude, confused and focused on something else. Most recently, one of the workers rang up my order a la carte instead of as a meal (even after I instructed him to put it as a meal) so I got charged more for absolutely no reason as a result. I spoke to another worker who said that he can't do anything now and all he said was "sorry" with no resolution... So I should swallow the additional money? One time is understandable, but this happens about 75-80% of the time with having something go wrong here. Management is rude and unwilling to help. Overheard a manager saying something rude about a customer multiple times over my trips to this location. Owner doesn't respond to complaint emails or through the Chick Fil A app. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location. Chick Fil A is a wonderful and amazing franchise from my experience, but this location should be shut down. The workers aren't trained, there are way too many errors that go unfixed, and the drive thru is a 20-30 min wait on any given day of the week. read more
