I watch from one of the drive thru lanes as they let five people pass me after telling me to wait. The 'young woman' who took my order was rude and dismissive and then they couldn't even bother to get my order right. wanted a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle meal with no drink. They didn't give me my hashbrown, which I managed to catch, but they gave me the wrong food still. how hard is it to ask for correct food service and pleasant wait staff? And they want factory wages? This Mc Donald's has to be the worst in the area. Cashiers don't listen to your order had to repeat 3 times, then get to the window and missing a Big Mac when I refuse to pull up was told they are calling police. Really your mistake takes less than a minute to charge me for it and hand me the missing sandwich. I never wanted anything free get home open the box and this is a Big Mac. Well we all know that Mc Donald's doesn't put extra sauce anything all the other sandwiches had normal what I expect from Mc Donald's. This is by far the worst McDonald's in the area. Avoid if possible idc if you order the bare minimum it will be wrong and they will forget your stuff. Every time I go there the order is messed up. Instead of the manager begging her employees for a time frame of when they'll be there since they're coming late. She should pay attention to her employees and make sure they're doing their job right. It don't make any sense that you have to drive by your house to get good service. You can't stop at the restaurant that's on your way home. Idc day or night the service sucks. read more

This location is terrible. The service is horrible and the owner doesn't care. I have been going to this location over 20 years because it is the closest location to me. Never again. Pretty standard McDonalds. I got a Triple Cheeseburger and it just seemed smaller than I remember when these were on the menu in the 90's. Literally had to pull the lid off of it to tell if it was a double or the triple. Other than that the service was good and it was a clean restaurant. read more

This is the second time in three weeks that I've gone to this McDonald's and they're " not taking orders " but the employees are there. I thought maybe the first time that it was just because they were short staffed but this is the second time I've gone when they are open and they're not taking orders through the drive-through and the doors are locked. I hope they can get it together the food is halfway decent but it's just the same food that I can get any other McDonald's. They're just not open their hours are not accurate. read more

I am an EVERY DAY customer here and will never return after todays experience with a rude manager. I went through the drive thru and made a purchase. My vehicle was overheating so I pulled into the first parking spot. I realize it is for drive through/mobile orders, but there were FOUR of them and they weren't filled. Sat there for about a half hour waiting for my engine to cool, and the manager comes out and tells me I can't park there. I started the car, sat for about 1 minute to see if it was still overheating, and she comes BACK up to my car and rudely says "you need to MOVE!!" (Still 3 empty spots next to me , so I'm hardly inconveniencing anyone!!) Absolutely NO reason for a manager to through her authority around like that! read more

Another terrible McDonald's. Customer service is terrible, beyond ... I had to literally repeat my order ( not kidding) 6 times, and the girl at the speaker wanted me to repeat it again! I told her forget it and drove away. I have a very clear speaking voice, and so this is beyond baffling. In fact, its happened more than once, otherwise, probably wouldn't have written this review if it was just that once. TIRED OF REPEATING MYSELF at this Mcdonald's will not revisit. Don't normally go to fast food joints but the kids had a half day of school and requested McDonalds. I have to say, my order was quick and the staff were super polite and respectful. I forgot to ask for only ketchup on my son's double cheese burger and when I remembered and asked they politely responded and actually remade the sandwich at no extra cost or grief for that matter. I figure they can't be awful all the time right? Right? WRONG! They absolutely can always be bad. 4pm and only one car in front of me so hardly busy. Can't hear a damn thing on the intercom. Get my food fast but at sacrifice of quality. My Big Mac has dry ass bread and isn't even put together correctly. Missing cheese and Big Mac sauce. Overcooked, old fries and overcooked, old chicken nuggets. Everything was ice cold and dry. They couldn't even get my dipping sauce correct. How do you mistake SWEET & SOUR for BBQ? The only thing they got right was my drink. So glad this trash cost me $15. Not even worth the gas to drive back just so they can give me another crap order to replace this one. Never again. Fast service and always has my food to me in less 7 minutes. Staff is very nice and always comes around and ask how the food is like a restaurant. My favorite thing about this McDonalds location is that it is extremely clean. The cleaning lady is always cleaning and is really good at it too. Usually at other locations you go and it has dirty booths, dirty fountain drink area and dirty bathrooms. But no, this place is so clean. Also, the cleaning lady is super nice too lol. I suggest this McDonald's location!!!! read more
