Was craving a burger and wanted something different, so I decided to stop in after reading the reviews. The staff were very welcoming and provided recommendations on what to try for a first timer. I went with the Olive burger since it was unique, and this was a great decision. The burger was actually fresh and had great flavor, the olives gave it the right amount of saltiness plus some crunch which I enjoy, the buns were great too. Come to later find out they use beef tallow to cook which is rare to find in a lot of fast food joints. Fries were also delicious and perfectly cooked. Drink options were great, Boston cooler was interesting. I also dined in since the place was very clean. My left overs were still good later on. Had the beefy double burger and a Boston cooler. Have had better burgers, but this was the best fast food burger I ever had. From the picture, you can see three patties without the useless center bun slice. Came with cheese and the usual. The sauce added just enough juiciness. Culvers and Portillos have better taste. The fries weren't hot but had great flavor and were slightly crispy. I liked them a lot. The $12 price of the meal was a good value. The food was delicious!! I had a BLT Cheddar burger that had a perfect amount of BLT and other toppings. This was my second time around, I went around opening day and you can tell they really stepped up their game!! The service was great. As soon as I got in the building, the cashier took action and told me If I have any questions, I could let him know. The building itself is a classic fast food restaurant, those are the "vibes" it gives off. The restaurant was clean, with an employee wiping down the tables periodically. First, there did not seem to be anyone in any sort of management there, and it shows! I ordered an Olive Burger combo, a double burger combo, and a cheesy single burger to go. When I got the order I asked if it was my order and if it was all there and the girl said "I don't know, I didn't make it." I should have checked!! When I got home I noticed I did not get the olive burger. Instead, I got some other burger that was hardly anything special. Plus, the burgers were cold and subpar at best, no value what so ever. The fries, tots, and curds were good though. I then called to talk to a manager and the phone just rang and rang. I don't normally leave reviews, but I feel I paid $36.00 for $20.00 worth of food. Well, there was no one in line inside or outside. Only a table of two inside eating and yet everyone stand around not waiting on me until finally a young man took my order. 4 people were working, one cook, one drive thru, and two counter or runners . The food was ready for what seems to be 5 minutes but the two runners were engaged in a personal conversation and ignored me and my food until the cook asked if they gave me my order. Still in no hurry the female continued her conversation and then bagged my order. This transaction took way longer than necessary and I didn't feel important as a customer.
