Ordered food for my family and waited over 40 minutes in the drive thru and paid 70 dollars for just about everything to be wrong and crushed. We ordered 4 Doritos tacos, 4 beefy 5 layer burritos, a Mexican pizza, a chalupa supreme, and 5 chips and cheese with some drinks. What we received was not that. We received 2 regular hard shell tacos, 3 dorito tacos 2 beefy 5 layers and 2 breakfast burritos. The Mexican pizza and the chips were the only thing correct in the entire order. I GOT FOOD POISONING FROM THE CHICKEN (2/28/25) I hadn't eaten all day so stopped and got a chicken cantina burrito(which I have had multiple times from multiple locations and never had a problem with) at around 8:30pm when was heading home from work. The next morning I had intense stomach pain but thought it was "just Taco Bell not sitting right with me". Later that day I started having diarrhea, a fever, headaches, and continued stomach pains. Waited in the drive thru for well over half an hour. There was one car in front of me that ordered food and eventually got it. The man on the drive thru said he would be with me in a moment. 20 minutes go by and nothing. I then lose my patience and pull up to the window. I see they are taking care of all the customers inside and completely ignored the drive thru. Countless cars drove past me while I was waiting to order. If they are short staffed and cant work the drive thru that is understandable, but at least communicate that or put a sign up. On Saturday April 1, 2023 we decided to go in to grab something to eat. Wrong choice! Didn't know it was bring your kids to work day. Now, you could look at it in a different way; at least mom came to work & they weren't short staffed, but it was like romper room! Two young children sitting at a table, with no visible parent. One in a high chair, the other was elementary aged, both had tablets and toys to try and keep them entertained. Food, cups, silverware and drink all over the floor. Youngest child screaming and throwing toys. The oldest kept going to the counter (kicking garbage in the floor), while customers were waiting for food, telling her mom to make her a quesadilla or that she needed a cup. The 30-45 minutes sitting there talking, "mom" never came out to check on the children (even with the youngest screaming). Drive thru next time! read more

In my opinion Taco Bell is one of the better fast food joints and this one is conveniently located for when I'm on this side of town. The drive thru can move pretty slowly at times but I'll cut em some slack as most drive thrus have been getting hit pretty hard in these pandemical times of 2020. And y'know I got a phone to look at during the wait anyway. You kids don't even know what it was like waiting in a heavily stacked drive thru in pre-smartphone times. I vividly remember reading an entire Dostoyevsky novel in a Hardee's drive thru in 1996.* They've never gotten my order wrong here though the other week I had a #1 combo with a Baja Blast - what I usually get - and after pulling away discovered she gave me 18 fire sauces and zero napkins. Clearly, she got mixed up and gave me an extra handful of sauces when she meant to grab napkins. Fortunately my car is usually a fast food graveyard and I had napkins already laying around. (I don't hold stock in the Taco Bell diarrhea stereotype but I do find it is messier to eat than most fast food.) Not only does this location consistently get your order wrong, they are extremely rude. I understand a mistake every once in awhile, but every time I have gotten food here (4-5x in last month) the order was missing multiple items or had things I asked to not be on. They also are just plain rude. No kindness or politeness. They seem to rush you through the order and practically throw your order at you. I'm one of those annoying vegans and have to customize my order but never hear any complaints! I usually go through the drive thru and ask for now cheese, sour cream and remove the beef; I have gone in a few times when the drive thru is kinda busy. The inside is clean and everyone is actually working and isn't just standing around talking but they do seem like they always have a new person or training a new person at the cash register when I come in. This is the closest Taco Bell in my area. First and last time going to this location. It's honestly worth driving the extra miles to go to a different one. Waited 40 minutes in the drive thru line (which is corona season so that wasn't totally unexpected). Reached the window to get a "what are you ordering" I asked for the cheesy Gordita box, come to find out they just don't have it (maybe discontinued?) Not sure. They also didn't have the Baja blast freeze just the regular pop one (which had zero ice & was flat, didn't end up drinking it). This store has to be the worst I have ever been too. More often than not, they get orders wrong and regularly miss items. When we make a run to the border we do so as a family. Every time I go to this store we find out later they missed an item. They are not apologetic, they are out and out rude. I've had one woman throw my change at me and called me rude when she missed something in my order. I tried one time to go in at night, and the shift manager took 15 minutes to complete my order. I know it was her and I watched her go through the motions. At the 10 minute mark I was asked if I had been helped and I said loudly enough for the shift manager to hear "Yes my order was placed 10 minutes ago and I am still waiting" I still go to Taco Bell regularly however I will visit other stores and avoid this one entirely. This is the first time I have ever left a review for anything/anywhere!-that's saying somethin.. A hello, a smile, or a "how are you?". Some people don't understand how far that goes and how much that can make a persons day! This young lady greeted me with a smile and a how are you? I responded with ahh pretty good how are you? She said don't lie how are you!? I said well, just had a super long day at work so I'm just tired. This girl socialized a bit with me and offered me a drink. This Taco Bell isn't in a great location, a little bit "ghetto" if you must. BUT, this location has always put out great Taco Bell for us. We used to love coming and talking to the drive through gal "Money" not sure if she works there anymore, but her name always gave us a kick. She was kind and efficient at the drive through. We did go in for the first time and all the men behind the counter seemed to be working their tails off. The interior was clean and taken care of for a fast food restaurant and especially so for the area. I was impressed. I normally wouldn't give a fast food place a 4, but this Taco Bell seems to have it together and deserves the stars. read more
