Me and my sister have never physically been inside this McDonald's as we do not live close enough to go there. My sister is 12 years old and a goofball, she decides she wants to prank call a McDonald's, she calls and does a simple story, she said something along the lines "Hey, my mom has been in McDonald's for 2 hours and told me to wait for her, can you check if she's there?" She waits for a response and the guy on the phone says "Your mommy's gone." She didn't think much of it because it was in the same call, but when she started getting calls back even after moving on, it got weird. I was in the same room as her this whole time, I was dying her hair. I thought it was weird, and she thought it was weird. The second call was from a No caller ID. She answered, at the moment we thought it was a bit weird for them to be calling back, don't they have better things to do then call the prank caller back? Keep in mind, she's 12 years old and never threatened them to be doing so much. When she picked up the phone, we heard a whispering deep male voice say "You're dead." After that, we were both shocked. She called back the McDonald's once more and asked if it was even McDonald's, the guy on the phone was acting as if its an abortion clinic, and began to say unsettling things. Now I don't want to get too into detail since he said some diabolical things, but after that call I informed her to not call back and not answer any calls she gets from that number, or the no caller ID. We tried to move on from the situation, but it couldn't leave my mind. She started getting calls back to back from the No caller ID. She luckily didn't answer, but she was left with a voicemail of him screaming. At this point, it went from a silly joke, to being freaked out. In one of the calls I remember my sister got upset and cussed the guy out, but that's as disrespectful as she got. This guy was nonstop spam calling her, spam calling a 12 year old girl over a prank call and talking about free abortions and rape is not funny, it's disgusting. After about an hour, she called back asking about it, she was laughed at and belittled by the manager, which we don't know if it even was the manager. Do not go here, as after reading the reviews it shows they're ignorant, they don't do their job whatsoever. And do not call here, yes these are McDonald's employees and probably don't want to be prank called, so do not prank call like my sister did. But they went out of their way to spam call her 14 times and say innapropriate things. These people are immature, and Innapropriate. Worst McDonald's experience of my life - ordered inside, waited 30+ minutes and never got my food. No one was at the front the entire time, so I couldn't ask anyone what happened to my order. Pulled around the drive thru just to talk to someone, and still didn't get any help. When I finally got a hold of someone, they told me the food was still being made, while I watched them hand an order (with the same thing I ordered, a snack wrap) to someone who was in line way after me. Employees were super rude when I asked for a refund, but eventually the manager was able to get me one. Truly the worst fast food experience I've ever had. read more

By far the worst experience I've had with students. Brought 17 students here for a quick meal. The staff ignored us until we didn't leave, had no idea how to take or place our order. This place was a disgrace to the Golden Arches franchise. The dining area had no clean tables and the floor was a mess. The men's bathroom was out of order. Three young female employees were on break and gossiping the whole time we were there at a table nearby. My Quarter Pounder with cheese had what looked like salsa chunks on it. I'm concerned about the cleanliness. The soap in the men's bathroom was put when we arrived. We let the crew know it was out. We saw an employee go in and come out a little later. We went back in and it was still out of soap. At a minimum, that means the crew member touched the bathroom door and didn't wash his hands, but I assume he used the bathroom and didn't use soap to wash up. That's nasty. Food was good, but cleanliness is important at a place like McDonald's. No ketchup was out, and the napkins were out of order. The sole napkin thing was out of order. What in the world? Honestly I just went to the bathroom and asked my dad to get me a iced tea. I really can't tell you anymore than that. I just woke up and I was in the middle of Wyoming so I was kind of disoriented. I am dying for a Egg McMuffin but hesitate to go after reading all the horrendously bad reviews about slow, messy and rude people who get your order wrong. I even saw where someone complained about no paper towels in bathroom to dry your hands and told the manager. Shortly afterwards an employee walks in, goes to the bathroom and leaves... No paper towels left SO he didn't even wash his hands to go back and make your meal! Another complained about part of a fingernail in her ice cream. Why doesn't anyone call corporate? Horrible service!!! The girl talking over the intercome literally cut me off in mid sentence. I was like you just completely cut me off. She was like OK! Didn't say sorry or anything else. For all you negative people, cut them a break! This is the only McDonald's in Cody, a town of over 10, 000 people, plus thousands of tourists. Active military, veterans and their family please be advised. Cashier was a doll... we inquired about military discount... before i finished my sentence the manager cut me short with an abrupt "NO". The local Burger King, Wendy's and Dairy Queen gave us 10% off and a "Thank you for your service" even though they do not officially offer any discount... you'd think McDonald's would also follow suit. Food was ok, the manager was not, he is a prime example of what not to hire for a supervisory position. He screamed profanity (GD, s$#t) so loud, I thought he had dipped his hand in the hot oil.
